Poor room, no hair dryer no enough towels, only one towel for the couple to share even we asked many times they didn't provide it, shower is old water goes all over the place, bathroom sit is old. The day for check out, we left our room for breakfast we came back to the room we found the cleaning women already started working on our room while all our staff still there and it was 3 hours earlier before check out time , our visit was in quite season and hotel wasn't busy but the service was worse. The breakfast was good many options.

This is my third visit at the hotel, staff are all very polite and helpful, the rooms need a bit of renovation as they are getting old. Location is perfect great fast food in the hotel and a sheesha bar, fresh juice available to buy at reception. Plenty of shops outside great food around the beach and desserts. The animation team is great in entertaining and putting on shows by the pool and in the evening. Realy enjoyed our stay

Perfect location to explore Agadir, beach on your doorstep. Beautiful gardens and clean pools plenty of entertainment for both adults and kids. Rooms are a little dated but for the reasonable price paid was well worth it. Would definitely book again.

A hotel that scares you away! I am full of admiration for people who decide to return to this place. The staff working at this hotel, especially the reception desk, is the worst I have ever dealt with over the years and during visits to many resorts. Incompetence and zero experience in dealing with people had terrible consequences on our satisfaction with our stay in this place. From the first day, before we were assigned a room, we were informed that in the event of our dissatisfaction, we would be able to change the room, the very fact of such news is a reason for worry. As it turned out, our room had a broken air conditioning, the reception was reluctant to respond to this message, we were offered to change the room the next day, and let me add that sleeping in 37 degrees Celsius with the balcony door open is a real nightmare! Unfortunately, the annoying staff doesn't mind if you and your child are eaten by mosquitoes! . In addition, a flock of ants came out of the toilet in the middle of the night! This proves the terrible dirt and hygiene of this place! Beware, I won't recommend this place to my worst enemy because no one deserves such conditions! The rooms are dirty, the towels are old and yellow, God bless you, the staff takes your towel in the morning and returns it in the evening, each towel is counted and you are treated as a potential thief of such an old towel! The Internet is a national joke, it is not available in the "lower class" rooms, only in a few by the pool where perpetual partying is normal. The food is old, dry and stale. Be careful, stomach problems are common! The best part of the hotel is the nice underpaid cleaners who are very friendly and polite, they work hard everyday to help you as much as they can . I do not recommend this hotel ! I am disappointed that a week of my vacation was wasted, and nerves and stress are a daily occurrence in this place ( rooms 917/916 )

Dirty place, only outside is clean and very pleasant. Rooms dirty, bathrooms very old, damaged, difficult to clean. Towels old and grey because of bad washing. Food mainly vegetables and sweets,no meat or good fish.
