Good place to stay in. The room's AC was not that good. It provided more humidity than cooling down. The location is just on the beach of the Atlantic. Close by services, like pharmacies, markets, and restaurants. The hotel has a fast food restaurant inside of it and it was way better than expected. Tried cheese burger, and it was amazing with exceptional taste. The only dosadvantage that the rooms around the 800 units at night will be noisy as it is near the night club there. I didn't face that issue as luckily was in one of the 1000 units😁.

We absolutely love the multi-cultural vibe of this hotel!!! The staff are a credit to this beautiful place - reception are accommodating and also very patient when we try to use the local languages. All staff are courteous and professional; the rooms are spacious and vary between ultra-modern and rustic Moroccan-style (which we prefer); and the animation team are hard-working, super friendly and fun (Didi, Salah, Hamza, Walid and Ali.....you made our holiday!) We tried all of the on-site eateries and all were superb. (Breakfasts are second to none and the afternoon tea at Al Khyama was delectable!) We must make special mention of the efficiency of the security staff and, in particular, the very kind guard at the beach entrance who made a point of drawing my attention to my rucksack, which I often left accidentally unzipped! It was much appreciated, though sadly I lost the information with his name on to thank him on this review. We have already stayed here twice and can't wait to return (Inshallah). I was in the hotel for 4 days with my family. The location of the hotel is amazing but that's where it ends. The staff is not friendly, the rooms are terrible and there is no hairdryer in the bathroom. We were 4 people and they gave us 2 towels. The food was just terrible, there was nothing to eat. I would never go there again. I do not recommend it.

I don’t often leave reviews whilst I’m still at places, but after reading some of the negative reviews which almost put me off staying here I thought I’d give a fair and honest review. We are in room 122, which is ground floor right opposite the main pool, absolutely wonderful location, the grounds are vast and kept in wonderful condition, lots of gardeners and maintenance people doing a great job. The hotel lobby is beautiful with wonderful views of the sea, the staff on check in, polite and friendly. The food isn’t Michelin star standard, but you aren’t paying that price, it’s excellent still with great variety, if you’re English and are expecting a full English, you’ll be disappointed but lots of excellent alternatives, all the waiters and waitresses are polite and helpful, a tip goes a really long way and they are extremely thankful. The maids are first class, the tiles have like a grain in them and it makes you think there’s hairs everywhere (reading previous reviews people moaned about this) there isn’t, the rooms are cleaned and mopped fresh daily, could the odd hair be missed, yes but so what?! Again tip the maid they work hard. The resort is five seconds from the beach, perfect location, we’ve had no trouble whatsoever from locals, plenty of police around keeping everyone safe. I’m not saying this is the best hotel in the world, but at the price point, it’s outstanding value and we will absolutely stay here again Look out for the aeroplane bushes

All About The Gers

Stayed here for the first visit to Morocco last year and loved it. Stayed in a very modern room and the resort was really nice. Stayed this year for my 50th in February and we paid etc for a pool view room. On arrival they told us they didn’t have any pool view rooms left and put us in a very dated rundown “sea view” room. Room was very dated and they have severe problems with the seagulls down at the sea view rooms. Seagulls are very noisey on the balconies from about 4am every morning. Breakfasts this year are also very poor. White beans, lentils, cold sausages. The omelettes are nice but need to wait in a queue for ages. Unfortunately I won’t stay here again.
