Best hotel experience! I love Hard Rock! I'm a Pass Holder and this is my favorite place to stay when I visit Orlando. Comfy beds, pillows, and I had an epic view! Amazing play list throughout the hotel and you can hear music while you're swimming in the pool, too! Totally worth having the Club Level perks as it makes your stay even more enjoyable. Rock Level had all great quality snacks, breakfast, and refreshments and happy hour throughout your stay. Thank you to Chris and Don who were so kind and hospitable during my stay. The pool was very enjoyable as well and the slide was so much fun! I only have great things to say. Thank you to everyone who made our stay so memorable and lovely. I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else. I can't wait to visit again for Halloween Horror Nights!

Hard Rock Hotel at Universal Orlando is a great option if you are mostly wanting super quick access to the parks and CityWalk - you can walk to them within minutes. The atmosphere of the hotel is top-notch and our family enjoyed looking at all the memorabilia and fancy features. The staff are very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful which made us feel very welcomed there. We also really liked the relaxing pool area and the water slide was a blast.
However, the main reason we struggle to give Hard Rock 5-stars is due to our guestroom experience. Being on a tight budget, we had hoped to eat breakfast in our room each day. However, the mini fridge in our room was entirely too small and barely cool which caused the dairy products we brought to spoil within a day. There was also no microwave in the room and they charge $15/day if you want to rent one. Very inconvenient. Finally, the bathroom, while large, had zero counter space - just a tiny glass table next to a pedestal sink. This made it difficult for our family of 4 to use the space efficiently.
Overall, we had a great experience at the Hard Rock Hotel and would stay there again now that we know what to expect with the guestrooms.

The front desk service was good.
The bedding had stained markers, the pipes made noise every time someone else in a different room would open their sink faucet. And half of our room had no power. We asked to change from that room but they said no. They sent a tech to fix the power issue. However, constantly waking up because the pipes noise throughout the night was not ideal.
We tried to use room service but they said it will take about 50 minutes for us to get our food, I guess we weren't in a luxurious suite for them to treat us well.
Not a good experience at all.
I recommend using other hotel services if you are looking to experience luxurious and good care and service.
Even to exit the building was to walk from our room all the way back to the entrance because they do not have free access for guests that are at the end corners of the building. They need to replace filters for water.
Parking is limited. They said if there is no space to park in the self-parking, that we were welcome to use the vale parking with an extra fee on top of the self-parking fee, that needs to change.

I stayed at the Hard Rock Hotel Orlando in early July 2025, and the main reason for my trip was to experience the new Epic Universe theme park. I was told (either by hotel staff or promotional material) that I would be able to get 1 ticket to the new Epic Universe Park, which turned out to be completely false. The entire vacation was planned and paid for under the assumption that I was able to have at least one day with my family at Epic Universe. I booked early, paid premium rates, and scheduled time while I was off from work. When I arrived, I was shocked to learn that there were only tickets available to the park on the day I was checking out. This felt like a deliberate misrepresentation to drive bookings, and it completely ruined the purpose of the trip. I wouldn’t have come to Orlando at this time if I had been given honest, accurate information. I expected better from a brand like Hard Rock and Universal Studios. At the very least, guests should be given correct information before they spend thousands of dollars on a trip based on false information to persuade booking a vacation. Highly Disappointed!

Huge thanks to the Hard Rock Hotel at Universal for their incredible service! The club level was a huge perk and the express passes amazing. The entire team (I mean EVERYONE) was so attentive. After we checked out, we realized my daughter’s beloved plush was left behind. The staff was amazing. They found it quickly and mailed it back to us with care. It may seem small, but it meant the world to us. Truly grateful for their kindness and attention to detail!
