Excellent hotel and staff. I was not expecting much with this being a “park” hotel, but was pleasantly surprised. Rooms were great and the hotel and property were beautiful. Even more impressive was the staff. Everyone was friendly and inviting and so very helpful. We stayed during the week of 2/14. The pool was nice and my granddaughter loved the slide. Starbucks in the convenience store was great. If you was an excellent meal eat at The Kitchen. The workout room looked amazing and Included a sauna. Great hotel will stay there again. Location was the best only a five minute beautiful walk to Citywalk and the parks.

Rooms outdated, small, no balcony and motel vibes. Staff super nice, helpful, and polite! Pool shallow, hot, and not relaxing. The current from the slide felt like a whirl pool/wave pool. Nothing blocking off the slide so kids were constantly getting in front of it or being pulled towards it from the current. Food overpriced for quality. DJ super cool and gets kids involved. They loved that part. Water taxi is nice and right there. Walking is also good and easy! Bus easy to get too. Overall for the price, the hotel not on my top list for the room.
Unlimited passes are a great benefit to have for the 2 parks and happy we had them! I would try another hotel with the same benefit next time

This is our second time staying at this hotel. We stay on the Rock Level and we find it worth it. A short walk or boat ride to city walk is fantastic. The hotel is very clean with a great pool area and friendly staff. If you are going to the Universal Parks this hotel is definitely worth a look. Great vibe here for adults and kids!

Me and my boyfriend had the best time. Im a big Taylor Swift fan and the moment I walked in the door I about cried cause of the HUGE portrait they have. The staff was kind and the pool was really great! 10/10 the restaurant was really really good but it was pricey. Def $$$$. Love it here. Great for couples and music lovers!

Our stay was fantastic!!! All the staff were so friendly and helpful. The pool is a amazing, my kids loved the waterslide. The walk to the parks is what we found most convenient. The path way to the park is done with beautiful landscapes and is well lit at night. The rooms were clean and the beds and pillows were perfect. Highly recommend a stay here.
