Best hotel experience! I love Hard Rock! I'm a Pass Holder and this is my favorite place to stay when I visit Orlando. Comfy beds, pillows, and I had an epic view! Amazing play list throughout the hotel and you can hear music while you're swimming in the pool, too! Totally worth having the Club Level perks as it makes your stay even more enjoyable. Rock Level had all great quality snacks, breakfast, and refreshments and happy hour throughout your stay. Thank you to Chris and Don who were so kind and hospitable during my stay. The pool was very enjoyable as well and the slide was so much fun! I only have great things to say. Thank you to everyone who made our stay so memorable and lovely. I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else. I can't wait to visit again for Halloween Horror Nights!

Hard Rock Hotel at Universal Orlando is a great option if you are mostly wanting super quick access to the parks and CityWalk - you can walk to them within minutes. The atmosphere of the hotel is top-notch and our family enjoyed looking at all the memorabilia and fancy features. The staff are very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful which made us feel very welcomed there. We also really liked the relaxing pool area and the water slide was a blast.
However, the main reason we struggle to give Hard Rock 5-stars is due to our guestroom experience. Being on a tight budget, we had hoped to eat breakfast in our room each day. However, the mini fridge in our room was entirely too small and barely cool which caused the dairy products we brought to spoil within a day. There was also no microwave in the room and they charge $15/day if you want to rent one. Very inconvenient. Finally, the bathroom, while large, had zero counter space - just a tiny glass table next to a pedestal sink. This made it difficult for our family of 4 to use the space efficiently.
Overall, we had a great experience at the Hard Rock Hotel and would stay there again now that we know what to expect with the guestrooms.

Our recent trip to Universal Orlando started off a bit rocky — we began our stay at Helios, where unfortunately the experience didn’t meet expectations. From the moment we transferred to the Hard Rock Hotel, though, everything turned around.
The difference was night and day. Hard Rock reminded us exactly why it continues to be our go-to Universal property. From the moment we checked in, we were greeted by experienced, professional, and genuinely warm staff who made us feel valued and welcomed.
Every interaction — from the front desk to room service, valet, and poolside staff — was a perfect example of top-tier hospitality. The energy here is unmatched, the rooms are always clean and comfortable, and the entire vibe of the hotel just elevates your vacation.
We wrapped up our Orlando visit with peace of mind, comfort, and great service — all thanks to the Hard Rock team. They truly know how to take care of their guests, and we’ll continue to choose them every time we return to Universal.

Super polite and helpful staff. Comfortable rooms and great service. Having the Express Pass for the Orlando parks is AMAZING-a huge perk that saves tons of time. The pool is excellent and adds to the relaxing vibe. On the downside, the business internet needs serious improvement-it was nearly impossible to hold a stable Zoom call with multiple participants. The hotel would benefit from ready-to-go conference gear. Also, drinks are a bit pricey, but that's expected in this type of resort.

This was our second stay at the Hard Rock Hotel at Universal Studios in Orlando. Fantastic location. Steps away from the park or you can take a water taxi to the park entrance. The hotel is very clean and very accommodating to guests. We had a couple of quick rain showers during our stay and the hotel was immediately reactive by providing stacks of warm, dry towels for guests as they re-entered the hotel from the theme park area.
