Amazing resort, the food is incredible my favorite was the Japanese ala carte. The buffets offer delicious food with a wide variety of food. Highlight was definitely the snorkeling the best I've done. I have paid for worse on excursions. The bartender by the back bar on the beach is the best, the lobby bar has a wide variety specialty cocktails. One downfall is the coffee bar is a fare walk in the morning. Spent hours floating down the lazy river and the wildlife is spectacular every morning we seen all sorts including monkeys everywhere, the night wildlife was always entertaining with the racoons. The people were all spectacular. It's very large but the shuttle service is great, we walked everywhere, logged 95kms in 7 days. Would highly recommend and would most definitely return.

We had an amazing time at the Grand Sirenis Riviera Maya Resort. The buffets (main buffet, Peublito Lindo) were fantastic and we always found something we loved to eat there. Our son Owen loved the Kids Club. The girls who looked after them (Ana, Kass, Litsy, and Andy) were always happy to answer all of our questions about the days schedule too. Our son met a great friend there and they went there everyday together. It allowed us to have some adult alone time while they played at the club together. They let them swim at the kids club, they took them to the lazy river, they take them for lunch at the buffet, they did crafts with them, and they even had them participate in the Lion King production which was absolutely fantastic!!!! The last night we were there there was a pajama party with the kids too which our son and his friend loved. We are so grateful to the kids club girls who made the kids vacation so special!! The lazy river was a great feature at the resort. So relaxing and calm. Sometimes we had trouble finding lounge chairs at the pool but we made do. We would definitely recommend this resort to anyone who asks us about our vacation.

The kids club is amazing. The staff is incredible and super accommodating. Ana, Kass, Litzy and Andy went above and beyond to accommodate my children and make sure they had fun and were kept safe. The staff and chefs at the restaurants, buffets and à la cartes all took special care of me and my family. They accommodated my multi allergies perfectly and made me special meals when I couldn’t eat. To name a few of the people who helped were Jassmin, David and Angel. The concierge is super helpful. Eduardo and Alberto (I probably spelled his name wrong) are always so friendly and willing to help with whatever we need. The shuttles take awhile cause we are not members but they always do come and help. I did have some issues with check in as it was late at night but they fixed almost everything in the morning. This is one of the best resorts I have been to. While things are spaced out and of course not perfect most of the staff will always try to help.

We had such an amazing stay at Grand Sirenis in Mexico! The resort was beautiful, the atmosphere was relaxing, and the entire staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive. From the moment we arrived, we truly felt taken care of.
A very special thank you to Ana at the Kids Club. My children (ages 5–7) absolutely loved going every single day. Ana was so warm, patient, and genuinely caring , she made them feel safe, happy, and excited to participate in all the activities.
They couldn’t stop talking about the games, crafts, and fun experiences they had with her. As parents, it gave us such peace of mind knowing our kids were in such loving hands while we enjoyed some relaxing time.
Ana and the wonderful staff at Grand Sirenis made our family vacation unforgettable. We are so grateful for the beautiful memories and would absolutely love to return !

Very happy stay.
Highlights:
- Wildlife and forest trail (monkey!)
- Snorkeling off the beach
- Easy to find chair on the beach or pool
- Regular visitor are first class visitor (only a few area are reserve to their club members)
- Let you use the facility on checkout day
As expected:
- Clean/cold room
- Good buffet and drinks
- Friendly staff
- Very safe
Could be improved:
- Beach sea weed removal capacity
- Diner restaurants were Ok but no wow, Bahia Principe and Barcelo were both better.
- Diner booking was difficult (everything full in the app), but work with your concierge (he managed to get us booking for every night)
