We just spent 2 weeks here and it has been outstanding. Food was great. Room was big and clean. The resort is BIG, but not as big as you'd think. One end of resort to the other was about a 15 minute walk, helps you walk off all the great food and drinks! Entertainment was awesome, shows, pool games, beach volleyball. Christopher with the entertainment staff was amazing.

We visited Grand Sirenis in January 2024 for a hen do.
The resort is lovely, lots of wild life and huge.
The only thing which was a little annoying was the lack of vegetation options at the restaurants.
There is a healthy smoothie cafe which is near the beach and this has refreshing smoothies.
The evening entertainment is fun, and we went to the outdoor disco.
The beach that the resort has is amazing with lots of loungers, a few hammocks and also a swing.
The gym was well equipped and quiet on the days I went.
We used the spa and this was a really good experience, we had massages on the beach which made the spa treatment feel extra special.

This resort is a great value and worth the travel here. The all-inclusive aspect of it keeps you moving and busy all day. There are many different events for members and non-members to enjoy. Cecilio from the sports center is an amazing instructor and very supportive. I know the staff here loves to laugh and ensure a grand experience. I love the location and energy this resort brings. The bartenders are quick and talented. The a la carte restaurants have great service and my favorite was the Brazilian, along with the steakhouse.

Beautiful resort. We had amazing service, provided by Jorge at the main buffet. He went the extra mile every time we sat down. Our concierge, Christoffer and Diego, in section 2800 were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and catered to our needs.
For dinner, I would suggest making reservations as soon as you get here. The buffet had plenty of choices for all types of dietary needs and if you can't get a reservation the buffet is a great choice too.
Overall, we all had a great time

Loved the Grand Sirenis Riviera Maya! Went with my family of five. My vaca was booked through Ultimate leisure Club, which is a whole different review. But in short, they are a timeshare company.
But back to the Sirenis, we had no problems, rooms were nice, a little hot but we did not complain. Grounds and pools are very well maintained. People are constantly cleaning all day. The food buffet was awesome. My top three ever and I have been on a few cruises and resort type places that serve buffet style. Of course, they also have other restaurants. It is recommended to book your dinners asap upon arrival. Staff is excellent across the board.
There is some wildlife that share the grounds, harmless cute critters, colorful birds, and a couple of monkeys! Very cool. I would recommend booking this resort if the area works for you, unless.. you do not like walking. This is a big resort. Me, with a family, it was difficult to leave in the morning to simply go get a coffee without planning for the whole morning. And, of course, someone would forget something minutes before an excursion outing. Then it was off to the races, me running a quarter mile back to the room. But hey, it makes up for the caloric intake.
Several pools, lazy rivers, eateries, and grilling beach side. lots of shade for chilling all day.
