Came here for a week on our honeymoon!
Our suite was absolutely enormous and was cleaned quickly, efficiently and the in room mini bar was topped up daily.
Food in the buffets were fantastic everyday and consistently great all the time.
The pool and pool bar were never too busy and there was always places to lie in the sun and there was always enough staff behind the swim up bar.
Beach was closed due to excess seaweed but we knew this was a potential issue but it didn't really put us off from visiting the beach bar/restaurant.
Our concierge (Diego Building 20) was fantastic and was always polite and willing to help us with our enquiries.
Our only complaint was the all the A La Carte restaurants were fully booked before we ever checked in. (We did manage to get into 1 of the 7 or so available).
It was a truly amazing hotel and its one of the few hotels we've gone to where we would actually want to go back to and have recommended this hotel to family, friends and work colleagues.

We had a wonderful stay at Grand Sirenis Riviera Maya Resort. The resort is beautiful, clean, and well-maintained, with great food, beautiful beaches, and plenty of activities for the whole family.
A special thank you to Manuel, the bartender at the VIP Members Club. He provided exceptional service throughout our stay. Manuel was always friendly, professional, attentive, and made every visit enjoyable. His positive attitude and outstanding customer service truly made our vacation even more memorable.
We highly recommend Grand Sirenis Riviera Maya and look forward to returning in the future. Thank you to Manuel and the entire team for a fantastic experience!

We had such an amazing stay at Grand Sirenis in Mexico! The resort was beautiful, the atmosphere was relaxing, and the entire staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive. From the moment we arrived, we truly felt taken care of.
A very special thank you to Ana at the Kids Club. My children (ages 5–7) absolutely loved going every single day. Ana was so warm, patient, and genuinely caring , she made them feel safe, happy, and excited to participate in all the activities.
They couldn’t stop talking about the games, crafts, and fun experiences they had with her. As parents, it gave us such peace of mind knowing our kids were in such loving hands while we enjoyed some relaxing time.
Ana and the wonderful staff at Grand Sirenis made our family vacation unforgettable. We are so grateful for the beautiful memories and would absolutely love to return !

We have Just returned from the Grand Sirenis, Wow what a holiday, we stayed for three weeks and didn't wont to come home. this is the first all inclusive that we have stayed at that truly is all inclusive with everything you need and no need to leave during your stay. The Food , the atmosphere is truly a Joy to from start to finish. At the Members Beach Club , thankyou Alex and McDonald for making sure we where comfortable and had what we needed. Saret and Karen for your non stop attention to the guests on the beach you seem to know exactly what we needed and when, WOW you work hard. Sonia in the members lounge , thankyou for starting our day of so well, with coffee and a Spanish lesson. Hugo, we so looked forward to your smile in the evening , your knowledge of cocktails and your sense of humour if we could have smuggled you back to England as our adopted son we would have, but we, don't think you would last long in the cold . and finally our concierges.
Isa, Octavio and we are sorry we cant remember the name of of the over young man who worked in block 24, they all cared for us , took care of our bookings, arranged transport and it was nice how the greeted us each morning and made sure we where ok and had every thing we needed.
as you can see from the above you will have a great time, with people that treat you like Family. would highly recommend, Cant wait to visit again
