1 week in and it has been amazing. The hotel is lovely, the staff are all so kind and go above and beyond. We have really enjoyed the entertainment especially around the pool during the day they get everyone involved. Couldn’t recommend this hotel more!!!! The specialty restaurants are amazing especially Carnal we have managed to book one nearly every night 😊

I came here for my 30th birthday and the experience was not good. I’ve been to Mexico three times and this is the worse resort I’ve stayed at. The cleanliness of the rooms are not up to par including bedding, towels, and wash cloths. We were not able to reserve spots at any restaurants because they were fully booked upon are arrival. Which you are not allowed to make reservations until you check-in. How do you pay all this money and no accommodations can be made. How is it all inclusive and I am not able to enjoy the full amenities. The pool closes at 7, outside bars and food stations close at 6. How do you have a big resort hosting a great amount of people and can’t accommodate for people to enjoy the restaurants that are included. I will never come back here. The beach was also terrible with a nasty smell and very rocky.

We had a fantastic family holiday at Grand Sirenis and couldn’t be happier with our experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly polite and welcoming, making us feel right at home.
The location was perfect — beautiful surroundings and easy access to everything we needed. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made our stay even more relaxing.
The food was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. There was always something new to try, and the cocktails were a real highlight — expertly made and never over-poured.
Entertainment was also top-notch, with something fun happening every day and night. A special mention to Emily, who brought so much energy and talent to by the pool — she truly made the days extra special for the whole family.
Overall, we had an amazing time at Grand Sirenis. Wonderful food and drinks, great service, spotless rooms, and a warm, friendly atmosphere. Highly recommend — we’ll definitely be returning!

I want to leave this review specifically in regards to the kids club. The staff that work here, Evelin and Aseret in particular are incredible. They are so caring and kind and my kids just fell in love with them and begged to go back to kids club! The place feels so safe and the women there make it that way. One of my boys also has food allergies and the staff took it so seriously and made sure they understood what he could and couldn’t eat, and always found alternatives for him when they took them to lunch at the buffet or were having a snack with them. Couldn’t recommend the kids club highly enough based on these women and their love and care for the children

Wow what an amazing 2 weeks we had at this place!
An unforgettable family holiday made even more memorable by the amazing location and staff. We were all blown away and absolutely gutted when our 2 weeks came to an end and we had to say goodbye. One thing is for sure we will be back and can’t wait.
