We are currently staying at this resort and we are having a blast. There is 11 of us here and the hotel has been fantastic to all of us. Alejandro from the swim up bar will take care of you when it comes to the drinks and will provide shots without even asking! The restaurants have been very good and offer plenty of food options, Route 66 staff was top notch and the hostess was a great guy! The resort offers plenty of activities whether it’s around the pool, shows and activities for the kids. Roman who offers a cold plunge down at the beach was nice little bonus you can do in the mornings. Overall very happy with Ocean Coral and Turquesa!

Had a wonderful week! Service was top-notch and everyone always had a smile on their face. We stayed in the privilege area and the experience was worth the extra $$. Having a great bar, privilege lounge and restaurant and loungers so close to our room was a major plus. Housekeeping was thorough and no issues with restocking the room and bar reach day. Carlos, our butler, made sure that everything was good each day, from our reservations to our accommodations, he was always there to help. Diving can be arranged right onsite and they pick you up on the beach. Alberto (dive master) brought us to a bunch of different sites along the protected reef right offshore. Reefs are in good condition with lots of colour and wildlife. All in all a great experience and I hope to come back soon.

I really have been enjoying my stay at Ocean Coral & Turquesa. It was my first trip alone and I was a bit worried especially as a young Canadian woman but they really made sure I was safe and content. The staff were the most fun and nice that I ever encountered in a resort! Special mention to Jorge Villegas who really made sure I was having a great time and took care of my reservations 💜 One thing I recommend however is to NOT mention politics because it might lead to an argument, especially after too much tequila 😅 Beside that, I met so many friendly people (and cute guys 🤭) The food and drinks were also excellent. Im a big fan of tacos and grilled/roasted meats & veggies so I was a happy girl. The beach was amazing too although some days there were seaweeds but it is normal and did not bother me. My room also was huge and comfortable, always clean too despite me being quite messy some days 😅 Anyway I had a great time here and would recommend it even for people travelling alone looking for a restful & party vacation 😴💃

While the resort boasts a breathtaking view and a relaxing atmosphere, our experience was somewhat marred by the **quite rude demeanor of some of the staff**. The facility itself is huge, and the service was generally okay, but the interactions with certain staff members were disappointing. The food options were also not that great. As lovers of Mexican cuisine, we were surprised that some famous dishes like **Mango salad, bean taco options, avocados, and good quality guacamole were not even served at this resort.** Furthermore, there were hardly any consistent options for vegetarians or vegans on a daily basis. Even simple requests sometimes proved challenging. On a few occasions when our room cleaning wasn't done, we requested towels and other necessities, but they weren't delivered on the first request. We had to make multiple calls to finally receive them. Adding to the frustration, the resort's website didn't indicate the specific location of activities or performances if you wanted to attend them. Except for a few activities held at the main lobby and one of the swimming pools, it was surprisingly difficult to figure out where the evening activities were scheduled to happen. This lack of clear information made it challenging to plan our evenings and participate in what the resort offered. Despite these significant drawbacks concerning staff attitude and food variety, we did enjoy the beautiful view and the fun activities, especially the kids' programs which our children loved. Their happiness was a highlight of our stay. Our suggestion remains regarding the food—offering a wider variety of vegetarian and vegan choices, and ensuring the availability of popular Mexican dishes, would greatly enhance the experience for many guests. Overall, while the potential for a fantastic getaway is there, the **rude staff encounters and limited food options** significantly impacted our stay. We would consider returning if these areas see improvement.

It was a great stay...no complaints. it our first time here... Luis our butler great. All our requests completed to our satisfaction. Also he was always making sure we were being taken care off. The Bristo at El Peso pool was the best...a big thank you to all the staff our lunches, breakfast and drinks were great (Ivan , Freddie, Maria, Marisol, and last the drink man Wilbert.) In reality all the staff and food at this resort are fantastic.
