We travelled to this resort early April 2024.
we all loved this resort. Rrcently added to Hyatt chain.
Service was awesome. Lobby bar and Oceanic service was top notch.
Beach is nice - the rock wall prevents large waves and reduces the seaweed.
Recommend this resort to all ages.

We Just left the resort and had a great time. Every one there is super friendly. The front desk, the workers at the restaurants, room service were all great but Javier in the valet greeted us with a smile when we arrived and when we left. He helped us clean out the rental car. Offered us water, answered all of our questions and if he didn’t know the answer he found out for us. He just went above and beyond to help us. I wish everyone could have his spirit! Can’t wait to return.

I was there with my wife and 18 months old child. If you want a party resort and a very loud resort, this is not for you. We absolutely loved this resort and it was amazing. The rooms are updated. The food was wonderful and that night they closed the buffet and they made it all à la cart restaurants so you can go have a nice sit in experience. Everybody was so friendly, and the employees were amazing. Alan, who does all the food/room service was great and his English was perfect so you can understand your orders, and they would never mess up. It’s not a huge resort which we loved because it didn’t feel like there’s 3000 people running to the buffet and not getting enough food, like I said, it was perfect for A family to enjoy a nice, relaxing resort visit. The rooms were super clean. The drinks were great and the entertainment people are really fun. I would definitely come back to the resort again, thank you to everyone who worked there. You guys do a wonderful job and the hotel is lucky to have you as employees.

We had an awesome stay at Dreams Aventuras! Our check-in was smooth and our room was nothing short of amazing. Joshua from the Preferred Club took care of us all week and all of our needs were met. We got spa services and Victor was super helpful in getting everything set up. On thing I would be aware of is the preferred club pool is not adults only as advertised, but it was much quieter than the main pool. The food was great at every restaurant, no complaints! The neighborhood that the resort is in is super safe and fun to walk around and see the shops. We are excited to come back!

Eric and Federico were the best bartenders. They take care of you at the swing bar. They remember you and your drinks and are pleasurable and attentive. The resort itself not what I was expecting it was smaller than I wanted. But a very nice resort. If you want total relaxation this is the place. no loud music or big partying the staff are amazing. Only real disappointment is no beach to walk on right there. But overall loved it
