We loved having a full kitchen and a spacious living area. It was so nice to enjoy our morning coffee on the balcony before heading out for the day. It felt more like a luxury condo than a hotel. My husband and I just wrapped up a 5-day stay at Floridays Resort, and it was absolutely wonderful. We were looking for a place where we could truly unwind, and this resort delivered on every level.

This resort is about a 1.5 star. It may not be the absolute worst but in a city full of great options it misses the mark on the details.
The buildings and rooms feel like poorly maintained shells with absolutely horrible WIFI.
Loading a simple website or video was often a struggle.
Our first floor unit was missing the rubber under the door so there was a 1/2 inch gap open to the elements. We requested maintenance upon check in but had no one follow up after a day.
There are clear signs of prior water damage to the bathroom cabinets which were not replaced.
The outlets look to be 20+ years old and several did not work or had the red light on from a breaker being tripped. The ones that did work barely charged a new phone.
All the internal doors don't fit properly so they either stick and are loud or don't close well or lock.
As others noted, the window shades almost always leave a gap, which on the first floor is pretty important.
These details are extremely important when you have young kids.
The best thing I could say is that check in was great and they were gracious in letting me cancel a day in and avoid charges for remaining days.
If you need a shell with a decent bed, this may work for you. But if you are looking for a comfortable 3 star hotel, this just ain't it.

We were thoroughly impressed with our recent condominium stay. The property was exceptionally clean and offered a very spacious and comfortable environment. We particularly enjoyed the well-maintained amenities available for guest use. The pool area and hot tub provided a wonderful opportunity for relaxation. Furthermore, the staff we encountered were consistently friendly and helpful throughout our visit. It truly contributed to a very pleasant and enjoyable experience. We would gladly recommend this accommodation to others seeking a high-quality stay.

Great resort hotel, great bar, pool hot tub etc. Staff very friendly and helpful. Only gripe was the shuttle service to the parks, its an outside company so hopefully they start using someone else, as the bus was late everyday for my whole 2 weeks, on occasion just didn't turn up, so I would definitely hire a car next time, as ubers add up to and from the parks. Otherwise cant fault the place.

I almost changed our booking last minute based on some reviews. I'm so glad I didn't. From check in, Marylou was stunning, it was pleasant all the way up to check out. We're from South Africa and stayed for 11 nights in December as a family of 6, we chose the 3 bedroom unit. Indeed real value for money, space galore and all the staff were helpful.
