The resort is big and in a great location with Sea World close by and Universal about 6 miles away. The area in the main building seems to have been recently modernized with a great pool, the Plam Cafe and the bar all are top notch. We stay in building E and it’s starting to look its age. The rooms were great with a full kitchen, island, dining room and living room that are all dog friendly but the bedroom and bathroom are on the edge of being out dated. Still everything was clean and nicely presented.

Nice setup with the kitchen, washer and dryer. We had the two bedroom. It was clean and plenty of room.
The pool area is beautiful, plenty of towels and room to sit.
There is even an arcade that our kids enjoyed.
Our flight was delayed and they let us check out an hour late. Was much appreciated.
Would stay here again for sure

For the price and location you can not beat it. This hotel is in great shape affordable large condo type rooms. Located near all the attractions and plenty of restaurants and outlets near by. Customer service was amazing. My kids loved the pools and we will most definitely make a return trip.

Reminiscent of an apartment complex with additional amenities. Check-in was a breeze. Although the 3 bedrooms I booked & paid for were not given to me, the resort manager compensated my family with some other perks, which was satisfactory. Although we we only stayed 1 night, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The pool was a bit chilly, and the hot tub was warm. Great 80's music played by the bar. We had a few cocktails that were made perfect. Rooms were clean, plus a fully stocked kitchen for us. Jacuzzi was a plus in the master bedroom. I would definitely recommend staying here. I was promised a bottle of bubbly which I didn't receive... but that wasn't an issue. Lovely resort! I would definitely stay again when I'm in the area!

My family and I arrived late due to flight delay, I emailed the hotel to notify them and I received a reply 11 days later as I arrived home after the holiday. During check-in the hotel receptionist was very rude and barely looked at me. She gave very little details about my stay and was very grumpy. A lady arrived to transport our luggage to block D and again didn't speak or look at us never mind help us with our luggage!! We did not feel welcome and at the point I had regretted booking this hotel. The hotel room was adequate with 2 bedrooms, a kitchen and lounge. Great space for a family of five.
After 4 days I had to request fresh towels and sheets and for the garbage to be emptied. The floors appeared clean but our socks got black from walking around the hotel room- disgusting! The rooms were adequate but tatty and in need of an upgrade but was ok for the price we paid. The location was good enough but I don't think I'd return. I certainly didn't feel welcome except the ground staff around the hotel were very friendly.
