This is my second trip to Floridays
There's been a couple issues this time
1 our door being left open by an employee while we were out for the day
2 waking up covered in bites
3 booking the room until 2pm on checkout day and then being locked out of our room at 12
But other than that
The pools are large and child friendly
The rooms are large and spacious
There's an arcade for little ones
Pretty good wifi throughout
Location is out of the way a bit, but that's not necessarily a bad thing, it's right on the bus routes
If you're planning on exploring around, I'd suggest the iride bus, you can pick up 3/7/14 day tickets before 12 at reception, very cheap way of getting around most places. There's buses to the parks you can book at reception.

Our stay at Floridays Resort was disappointing. Upon arrival, we discovered that the toilet in the master bedroom was leaking and wouldn’t flush. Despite multiple visits to the front desk and repeated assurances that it would be fixed, it wasn’t repaired until the evening of 3/29—nearly the end of our stay.
The room itself had several other issues: the closet doors were broken, the jacuzzi bathtub jets didn’t work, and the second bathroom’s toilet was dirty. The closet door in the first bedroom was also loose and nonfunctional. While the pool was fine and the staff was polite, there was a serious lack of communication between them. I had to request towels multiple times before finally receiving them, and when they did arrive, I was given far more than needed—another sign of poor coordination.
The room had the potential to be amazing, but instead, it was just mediocre. The location is great, but that’s about the only highlight. Even the accent blankets and the bedding for the couch bed were dirty. This was my first stay at Floridays Resort, and unfortunately, it will likely be my last. After 20 years in operation, I expected better.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was very friendly and helpful. I especially want to thank TK for the amazing service. TK was kind, professional, and always made sure we had everything we needed. Their attention to detail and warm attitude really made our experience special. I highly recommend this hotel and hope to come back soon

Stayed for a week and very happy with the overall experience. If I were to list everything we loved about it this will LENGTHY! Staff went above and beyond to resolve an issue with our room. 10/10 for cleanliness- in the room and common areas/ grounds. Close to all the amenities. Very well built- kids can run around the room without feeling like we're being a nuisance to other guests. Kids loved the pool area so much we spent the end of every day having a great time.

Great condo hotel, very spacious! We didn't want to be crammed into a small hotel room with no kitchen at a Disney or Universal hotel. We like our own space and Floriday's was great. We had a huge two bedroom with two bathrooms and plenty of room, the washer & dryer was such a great extra. The condo was clean and modern. I just wish we were closer to the pool and restaurant and not so far away from the amenities. My only complaint... I requested additional towels and toilet paper through the link they sent me. It said they were delivered to the room but they were not. The property was clean and maintained nicely, we felt safe there. We were 25 minute ride with traffic from Universal, so fairly close. The property was quiet at night and peaceful. We would definitely stay again.
