Excellent resort! The staff were so friendly and couldn't do enough for you! The cafe is a hidden gem (best coffee in the resort) the entertainment staff are always so lovely and fun and have a huge amount of things to do for all ages. It's a shame the main pool is warm like bathwater, but the adults only infinity pool is nice and refreshing. Lots of restaurants on site - word of warning if there's a wedding or event on the restaurants are short staffed so there will be a bit of a wait to get in, otherwise the buffet restaurant is air conditioned and generally quick to get into. The food was fantastic and our room cleaner /maid Adriana was so lovely and helpful. Holiday of a lifetime would recommend a stay here!

Now, if you come with a negative attitude, just to complain, or expecting absolute silence and formality... maybe this isn't the place for you. This is a place to laugh, enjoy, connect, and live life to the fullest. And yes, if you're looking for a little romance, there are beautiful moments, but always in a cheerful, family-friendly atmosphere.
And please, if you're here to take advantage of or be rude to the staff, don't even set foot here. This place is amazing, full of good vibes and friendly people.

So we paid $1600 for 4 nights and booked a garden view and this is what they gave us. When we called the front desk they told us that is what we paid for, they responded, saying the view is what it is, when we clearly see it’s not. They took forever to bring our luggage up, so we had to go get it ourselves. Our customer service person was rude. The other staffs were pretty good. The food was ok. If the customer service person was not so rude and seemed unconcerned with our request, we would have given a better review.

My husband and I chose Dreams for our destination wedding primarily because it is a family-friendly resort and we were traveling with our toddler. I’ll admit, I was nervous at first after reading a few negative reviews, but I am so happy we went with Dreams. We had an absolutely magical wedding and received outstanding service every single day of our stay.
Our experience was truly made special by the incredible staff. Our housekeeper, Isai, did an amazing job keeping our room spotless, we wish we had gotten the chance to say goodbye and thank him in person! At the VIP cabanas, Santiago and Abraham went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and taken care of.
During our wedding events, the service from Alexander, Carlos, and Edgar was nothing short of phenomenal. They worked tirelessly during our Mexican fiesta and reception and truly helped make our night unforgettable. A special shoutout also goes to Efrain and Wilbert in the Preferred Lounge, who provided wonderful service throughout our visit, Efrain makes the BEST spicy mango margarita! And Chef Alba absolutely knocked it out of the park with the food for our fiesta.
We genuinely feel that every staff member we interacted with worked so hard to make sure guests were happy, and we hope they are recognized for their dedication.
Last, but certainly not least, Fernanda, our wedding coordinator, was an absolute angel. She handled every detail with such care and made the entire planning process stress-free. We feel so lucky to have had her by our side.
We would 100% recommend Dreams for a wedding or vacation and are already talking about coming back one day!

Such a great experience! The service is outstanding. Everyone goes above and beyond to make sure you receive the best experience at the hotel. The food was delicious and there are plenty of activities throughout the day for all. We enjoyed an evening circus show that was spectacular but they had many others we missed due to visiting some off site locations. I look forward to going back soon!
