Great hotel. We loved using the skyliner to Epcot, Hollywood & Boardwalk! It's the perfect location for traveling to those places and saving time/money on transportation/parking. Rooms are clean and room service comes ever other day. Food was yummy and didnt seem overly priced like other places in Disney. Downsides were the pool was freezing, there was always 10+ unsupervised kids in the hot tub and overall its a bit pricey for the size of the room. We also tried to extend our stay 1 night, online priced that night at $320 and the front desk wanted $360 (with being a FL resident). That being $140 per night more than the other nights we stayed I felt they were price gouging so we decided not to extend. All in all we would definitely stay here again for the location and convenience.

Came back to WDW after 33 years away; in our 70s; was told of the amount of walking in this resort; it was fine; nicely appointed landscapes; paved sidewalks well kept; lots of little nooks and areas to go off and sit and even use hammocks; each "village" has its own pool and bus stop; while we had a king bed room (may I add a comment about the shower/bath- there are no safety hand rails/grips nor any safety strips or mat on the floor of the shower/bath-dangerous I think)-in Jamaica, probably the furthest walk to Old Port Royale, the main facility with check in; stores, restaurants, it was no more than a pleasant 8 " walk there. We were very close to the bus stop as well as the skyliner building. we can't complain. We could even see fireworks in the distance each night. All staff were pleasant, going out of their way to get me a ride the first afternoon when they noted my limp ...we'll come and stay there again for sure.

A first time visitor to Sebastian's Bistro and will not be the last. I would rank this Restaurant as one of my TOP 3 places to eat at Disney. The food was excellent!!! All of it was seasoned perfectly for my taste. If for any reason you get AJ as your waiter you are lucky and will be more than pleased with how you are treated during your experience. All the staff seems like one huge family and works together like a well oiled machine to take care of as many guests as they do in a day. Come really hungry to this one because you don't want to miss out on trying everything. The restaurant stays very clean and it was noticed that the staff LOVED their manager as after meeting her she was an absolute sweetheart and poured a LOT of that back into her staff and job position. If you are visiting the Disneyworld Orlando area please don't miss out on this culinary experience.

Great place! The resort is absolutely gorgeous. Staff was wonderful, rooms were well appointed, comfortable and spotless. The food in their quick service was excellent. This is a older resort but has been well maintained and updated. However, there are no elevators, so anyone with mobility issues would require a first floor room. Also, there are fewer electrical outlets than the newer resorts .Bus service was very good and the resort is on the skyliner route. I highly recommend this resort and would love to stay there again.

We loved this Resort. Impeccable! The rooms are nice, clean. We love the easy walking access to our rooms, the skylift and to resturants and shops and pool. The only complaint we have is that no one told us the water park is free on our first night stay at the resort. We would have really enjoyed that if we had been told, thats why I will only give 3 stars for service because thats a benefit someone should have told us about.
