This was our first time staying here, and it was worth it! The rooms were very clean, lots of drawers and hangers, comfy bed, and exactly what we needed. The main pool with the slide was a favorite with our kids. Just wish they had more chairs to sit. I have a good allergy and they accommodated me very well. They brought out the chef to make sure my food was gluten free.
Love how easy it was to get on the bus or skyline to get to the parks.

We stayed in Trinidad. The rooms themselves were good. Plenty of space in the 5th sleeper. Was a little walk from the skyliner but overly not bad. The center market had good food and the small snack area separate was easy to navigate. We got to see chip, dale and daisy at the resort before we left. It did take about twenty minutes for the internal bus to make a loop. Bus stops stationed in the front of each area made catching a bus to one of the parks super easy. Milton in the front was super nice and gave my kids stickers which they loved. We will definitely be coming back to stay. We never heard our neighbors and it was really quiet

The rooms are super duper clean the Service is amazing all the staff will help you anytime and wherever I walk I always see smiling faces. The food is delicious you will look and think I’m not sure but when you try it tastes like magic. The view is spectacular I wake up every morning and I wake to a beautiful pond happy faces and lovely tall palm trees. The pool is great perfect for kids, teens and adults there is even a bar next to the pool perfect for enjoying drink And for watching you kids swim. The location is beautiful all different and amazing Trees And a bunch of different Resorts. Over all the place is just so kind, sweet and special to anyone!

We had an amazing time. Beds are so comfy, rooms were clean, staff was great (we didn't have to interact too much, but when we did, they were great). The ease of the skyliners was A plus. The Trinidad building was fantastic. A short walk to literally everything, with one of the grills being directly across. Food at each location was great as well. Views were beautiful. The pools looked nice although we never used them.

I stayed at the Caribbean Beach Resort in March, 2024. While we were disappointed at the time because the resort was under construction, we still had great service and location for Disney. We loved walking around the small lake and taking the skyliner.
They also accept Amazon Fresh shipments so I was able to order groceries in addition to our food plan. Almost a year later, I accidentally sent 4 packages via Amazon to the resort instead of my home. I called and had an amazing experience with the packaging office. They provided me two options for getting my packages to the right place and were incredibly friendly. Especially given they have no money or value to gain from managing my packages, I was blown away.
