Port Orleans Riverside could not have been a better place for my family and I to stay for our Disney trip. The rooms were clean, the service was top notch. My kids had the best time in the several pools they have. The scenery around the buildings was absolutely gorgeous. I could go back and stay there a week on vacation and not have to go a single place else. Very helpful and accommodating staff. I don't have a single bad thing to say about Port Orleans Riverside at all. Also, for a place that is housing many families of all ages, it was extremely quite and calm. Fantastic place all around.

I am working on trying the different Disney Resorts, as I haven't been let down yet. I'm always impressed at cleanliness with how many people Disney caters to daily. And, how amazing so many of their cast members are!!! There is so many things about Disney that is truly magical. Port Orlean - Riverside is a quaint Bayou retreat with neat amenities to match. It's a perfect spot for those that like to be on-sight, but be away from too much hustle and bustle, with quick access to Disney Springs vis riverboat. This seems to be a great spot for those Disney lovers with dogs, as I saw several families with dogs on leashes. I can't wait to try my next Resort!

We had a wonderful quick trip here. My kids got to meet Pluto as soon as we walked into the lobby on arrival day. Staff was incredibly friendly and our room was so cute. We would happily stay here again. We enjoyed having a boat to take us to Disney Springs and used the bus to take us to the parks. We also loved having the food hall right by our room.

It's Disney...need I say more?! Just kidding, this resort is absolutely breath taking!! It is so clean and the cast members are all so nice, they go out of their way to say hello or good morning to you. They go above and beyond to meet your every need. The room had everything we needed in it, it was very spacious, multiple outlets, we didn't have to visit the front desk to check in or out! The dining hall had quite the assortment of selections so you dont get bored eating the same thing everyday. There is boat transportation to Disney Springs which is such a peaceful and romantic ride. And there is bus transportation (from 4 bus stops) to all 4 Disney Parks, the water parks, and Disney Springs. Everything is clearly marked and basically any other questions or help you need can be found in the My Disney Experience app including a detailed map which shows you exactly where you are at all times. I have stayed at this resort twice now and I will keep coming back!!

We stayed at Port Orleans Riverside and overall had a great experience. The rooms are beautifully themed and the beds are very comfortable. However, if you're a group of four—especially with older teens—the rooms can feel a bit cramped. I’d recommend booking two rooms if you want a little more space.
The staff were absolutely amazing. They were incredibly accommodating, especially when it came to allergies, which made a big difference for us.
We did have an issue during our stay—it was the parks fault, (not the resorts ) but it wasn’t anything we caused. It resulted in a lot of wasted time and some frustration. That said, the way they handled it was outstanding. They took full responsibility and went out of their way to make things right.
A huge thank you to Diane, who truly went above and beyond. She was kind, proactive, and genuinely cared about making sure we had a great experience. She really does make dreams come true!
