Great hotel, with good service. A bit further out of Magic Kingdom and a few other parks, especially when you're tired at the end of a long day, but great bus links. Room was spacious and felt like a mini apartment as we were on the ground floor. Main pool was closed when we went so we didn't swim, but there was a smaller but quiet busy pool available. Not too many vegetarian options and food is expensive. Pizza is great though. Would definitely stay again.

Overall great location. Service at the lobby was great. However our room was dirty on arrival. Went to lobby and asked for the trash in restroom to be taken out and some towels. Was not done when we came back at 9pm. Overall had a hard time getting clean towels and trash taken out. Then on our last night I called to ask for towels it was 10:30 at night the lady on phone was rude and said it shouldn’t be expected we get clean towels. So she said she’d put a request. Towels arrived at 12:30 am. So yea wasn’t happy. Food in cafeteria tasted bad for $60 just go to Disney springs. The pros is they do have buses to parks, they have a cute store, pool is awesome, they also have a kiddie pool next to the lobby pool.

Great stay of your on a budget.
Transportation is frequent to parks.
Staff is really, really great.
Food is pretty decent but nothing fancy.
Very clean and well maintained.
But… the walls and floors are thin.
Bring your earplugs, white noise and melatonin if you’re sensitive to outside or surrounding noise.
If you happen to have an ignorant family who thinks they are the only ones doing the park above, below or next to you, your sleep and downtime will suffer.
Every runnning kid can be heard.
EVERY DOOR CLOSING 🚪 shakes the building.
Every shower 🚿 Every flush 🚽etc. is clear as day too. But comparing to the doors…that’s livable.
All else is fine. But that part honestly sucks.
The building structure just transfers sound so easily, unfortunately.
I’d also like to add that Star Wars episode 7,8,9 are terrible.

First off, huge Disney Toy Story fan here! We love toy story the movies and couldn't wait to visit the resort. We were able to stay in the toy story building which was beautiful. The attention to detail is impressive. The resort is well maintained and the service is impeccable. The resort offers lots of parking but parking spaces are a little tight. The resort seemed very safe and we felt comfortable walking around at night.. Disney goes above and beyond to provide top notch service. We booked 2 different rooms since the dates we needed were unavailable. Disney provided easy luggage transfer to the new room so that we could enjoy our day. After a long day, the room was comfortable and the water pressure was perfect. The resort is not one of the moderate resorts but the service provided made you feel like it was. Would give 10/10 rating and will definitely visit again.

I can't say enough good things. It was our first time at a Disney resort and moving forward we will only stay at Disney resorts when visiting. Rooms were clean and nice. Staff was unbelievably friendly/helpful. Great food court and pool areas. Our family loved it!
