We always love staying at Disney. We have been to many of their resorts. This was our first time at All-Star Movies and we really enjoyed our stay (it was our favorite out of all the All-Stars). Rooms are always very clean and the whole place is very safe and family friendly. Kids love the huge statues of Toy Story and 101 Dalmations; lots of photo opportunities. Rooms have one bed that is a Murphy bed. In the daytime it is a table to eat at and bed at night. Rooms are identical to other All-Star layouts. There is not a fridge, it is a drink cooler. A sign says it is not for keeping food cool. If you need a fridge, either keep ice in it or bring/have delivered a Styrofoam cooler. Lots of parking, wonderfully cute pool, another quiet pool, lots of photo opportunities, nightly movie, daytime pool activities, and a cafeteria at the resort for yummy food. Would highly recommend and we will be back!

Our visit to Disney's All-Star Movies was great! We had a wonderful experience. The pools were clean and fun, they offered games and music which was entertaining to my daughter. The food court was a great option and was open when we needed a quick bite or pick me up! There are a few reasons I didn't love it which is why I gave it 4 stars. The resort is far away from the parks, it is a value resort after all, but it felt like the buses for this resort were fewer than any other value resort. Our rooms were clean, cute, and fun but the joining room door seemed to carry a lot of sound from our neighboring room, who we were not traveling with, think hearing their whole conversations. It felt weird so we kept white noise on most of the time we were in our room. The only other draw back was the smell outside our room, not sure if it was the landscaping, some sort of animal, or the damp weather conditions, but it was rather stinky and there was no garbage in sight.

I absolutely loved this place! Customer service was top-tier. There was five of us (3 littles) that stayed in a double queen room and we had plenty of space. Never bumped our legs on the bed. We're a simple family who shoved everything in one large suitcase and I propped it up on a chair, so that it would stay out of the walkway. Shoes on one side, dirty clothes folded in the bathroom nook. Simple process. Food, pool, and buses were great! Wild bunnies were so cute.

Its a beautiful resort, with large characters around the resort, great for pictures. A large pool open long hours with life guards all the time.
Nice souvenir shop in the main building, along with the food court.
We felt the food court expensive for cafeteria style food. If u want a nice family dinner, you will have to go off resort. I knew the room was going to be small, but to walk in with 4 people, to find one bed, and a table with 2 chairs, which had to be folded down to make the 2nd bed, was a little disappointing. The bed should have been down, so u didnt realize u were losing the table and chairs for your stay. Fridge is bar size, but only deep enough for some drinks.
Bathroom was lovely with lots of shelving, toilet and shower were separate from the sink, so multiple people can get ready at the same time. Plenty of drawers and storage room for clothing. A little tight getting around when the second bed was down, which we left down all the time, so we had no table to sit at.
All in all, a good stay, kids loved it.
I feel there could be more signage as to how to get to the pool or the main building, as the resort is quite big.

Everything was great but the room was always hot. The thermostat is conveniently located right below the ac duct so it would not cool the room.
The pool was clean and comfortable and they had life jackets for the kids. The food court was good and easy. The staff was helpful and cheery.
Checking in through the app did not work at all.
