We stayed at Aventura 2 weeks ago. The hotel is nice and modern. The service was good but felt more of a chore with some staff than helpful. The rooms are very small. We are a family of 4 with 3 suitcases and our own personal bags and there was no room to move around. It was fine for a few days but couldn't imagine any longer. Also, no house cleaning every day. Awesome that there is a Starbucks right in the lobby and the pool area is very nice with lifeguards. So great with kids. But very much a place to sleep and easy to get to when you are at the parks. My only real complaint is in the main floor/ eating area was not clean under the tables. Often saw food/ crumbs on the floor.

Always a great experience. We brought my mother in law with us and she needed to use an electric scooter. They let us keep it and charge it in the luggage storage area.
The hotel is so close to all the parks, we walk the beautiful trails or go to Sapphire Falls to take a boat to the parks. The food is good, a little pricey. Pay attention to the color of the carpet as it will help you remember which hall your room is located in. The staff are always helpful and friendly.

Spent nearly two weeks at this hotel, had a fantastic time lovely rooms with excellent views of the parks, very modern rooms with lots of technology, robots that delivers to your room! Friendly staff that are very helpful. Only slight negative is limited food options and not alot to do for kids, but with Universal on the doorstep it's not really a problem. Overall very happy with my stay at Aventura!

I found check-in and parking very simple and prompt, very friendly service and informative. The hotel itself is a tad bit confusing at first due to the layout, but it didn't take long to navigate with no trouble. We stayed in the deluxe double queen room, and it was spacious except for the tightness of the bathroom and vanity area. It was impossible for more than one person to get ready in this area, which was not a problem for us, but could see it being too tight for some. The walk-in shower was AMAZING and highly recommended. The beds were comfortable, and floor to ceiling windows had fantastic views of the pool area and Volcano Bay! We were visiting in April, but the Florida heat was already high, and the air conditioning kept us nice and cool. We were on the 4th floor, and the pool area was very loud Saturday night, but quiet all the other nights. I would definitely stay here again but would request a higher floor or not a pool view.

One small hotel type bar of soap for two people and for two days. One each small bottle of shampoo and conditioner. Paid extra for top floor view through a small window. No way a family of 4 can fit in the tiny room, at least not comfortably. No furniture to hold baggage other than a folding baggage rack that didn't fit anywhere. Luggage valet cart couldn't be loaded in room, had to load it in the hallway. Floor lamp had on/off switch on floor. Very dark room at night. $24.00 ~ for biscuit and gravy $23.00 ~ for requested plain pancakes, came covered with fruit and whipped cream. The good news, no extra charge for dead bug on the bottom of the breakfast beverage. ONE towel holder shared between the toilet/tub room and the vanity which couldn't be reached by either. The calking around the bathtub/shower combination looked like it was done by Ms. Smith's 3rd grade finger painting class. Park opens at 7:00 AM, the breakfast venues open at 7:00 AM. Several of the Water Taxi "Captain"s were very unfriendly and had overblown power trips. The desk chair was an uncomfortable lunch room chair with no wheels or armrest. The actual park employees were very professional, helpful, and entertaining. We'll never stay at this hotel again!!!!!!
