Had a fantastic time at the Avanti international resort they were very accommodating with any questions or help we might require. One night the battery went flat on my key thob and they fixed it instantly. They are in partnership with Universal and provide a shuttle bus to the universal parks which was very efficient. The swimming pool, gym and jacuzzi were all kept well, the maintenance is excellent. They provide plenty of refreshments and food at the poolside bar. Though I didn’t really eat here. I would happily stay here again as it is also in good location to all the entertainment.

Hello my name is Latrice Jackson owner of Jackson’s soul food in Buffalo ny , my birthday was yesterday January 1st , I came all the to Florida to get away from a snow storm , your hotel has been absolutely awful 😞 we checked in yesterday, they gave us a room with no heat , it blew out cold air for over 4 hours we called down twice and came down once and no one ever came to fix it !! I then came down and show them how cold my hands was at the front desk , he changed our rooms , We got to the new room , the covers was so dirty , even the jacuzzi was dirty with hair wrapped around the nozzle , we asked for house keeping no one ever came , not even to bring new sheets or bath towels or clean only thing we had was now heat We woke up early and came to the front desk and said no one ever came and the black guy promised they will come from 1pm-6pm we come back at 7:15pm nothing done at all , we are sitting in the lobby , missed our 8pm dinner , still no towels , rags , dirty room and everyone is saying they don’t know why and we can’t get cleaned until tomorrow. Now we have a lady running to rooms to see if another room is available or clean while we are sitting in the lobby dirty and hungry This is absolutely a terrible way to start my birthday and new year off … This treatment is beyond werid to treat customers like this I asked for a refund , resort fees or something and they all looking at us crazy …. Missed my birthday reservation both days this is crazy We are moving rooms 3 times This has been hell no help

Great place .. good location right on I-Drive .. easy to get in and out .. wish I had time to enjoy the amenities, but only stayed a couple days and had errands to run. Think I'll pick this place again, too enjoy all that it has. Room was nice .. bed soft, clean all around. I didn't have much of a view, but I think some rooms really have a great view.

NOT A 4 STAR HOTEL!!! (BOOKING SITES SAY 4) THIS IS A 2.5 STAR! I'll start by saying there's alot of things they did right, fun pools, hottub, gym, bar near the water, sand volleyball, and they even sometimes play a movie on a projeftor by the pool. Its over all a decent little resort and very kid friendly. But its a hole in the wall hotel. Im giving one star because of the false expectation they gave me and the beds. The BIGGEST problem we had with our stay was the beds. They are cheap and uncomfortable. For the price we paid, $63 a night, it was a pretty good deal price wise, but I was looking for something more posh and elegant for my anniversary. I'm not saying dont go here, but, LOWER YOUR EXPECTATIONS! This is NOT a 4 star hotel.

I had a fantastic experience staying here for four days. The rooms were very clean and modern. The pool was great with a bar for cocktails and the gym had a decent selection of equipment. The location is perfect for a lot of major attractions and for the low price I felt it was absolutely worth it.
