4 story buildings with no elevators. No "Do Not Disturb" signs. No maid service until you check out unless you request it. I would imagine they'll charge you for that, but I haven't tried. They cheerfully gave me a 3rd room key card when I locked the other 2 in the room. The rooms are clean. There's a safe, a free coffee maker and refrigerator, but the TV won't turn on. The floor is that plastic fake wood. It's nice, but I would have preferred carpet. It's easier on the feet and to exercise. The buildings surround a pool and bar with some food and a volleyball net for which they imported a ton of sand next to the pool. It got quite noisy Friday evening with music at the pool and other patrons sitting on the walkway next to my room yapping away. That quieted down around 9:30 pm. The rest of the night was quiet, and I was able to sleep. This is clearly no frills place, clean, but no frills.

You get what you pay for. It’s absolutely not a fancy hotel. It’s a Florida motel in a great location for a very low cost. But it was clean and the staff are great. I had an issue with a sink and it was fixed to a very high standard before we returned that day.
Floors could do with being cleaned more frequently in the rooms but this is due to there being sand at the pool, not because they’re actually dirty.
I’d return again purely as the cost of a Florida holiday is so high that this helps the cost be a lot more realistic for many.

This resort is very deceiving. The lobby is kept well, with nice finishes and clean. However, upon checking into the rooms, we noticed many issues with cleanliness and maintenance. Our room numbers were said aloud which it a major security problem for female travellers. No recognition of wrongdoing nor offer to change rooms.
The door to the room did not shut properly without assistance. There were visible spots on the floor, walls and baseboards. The window has the typical blackout blind and then a light shade. The blackout blind had no cable to roll up. I could roll it up manually as I could reach, but the shade would not unroll whether it was with the cable or manually, so we had to keep the blind down. The base of the cabinet underneath the lavatory outside the bathroom was damaged, as pictured. The bathroom door and molding is rotten and damaged as bugs were often crawling in and out of the frame. Noticable damage within the shower tile. Lastly, it seems like the rooms get the "landlord special" with white paint slapped over most things, yet there were a number of questionable marks on the bathroom walls, my thoughts varying from lipstick, shoe scuffs, chips of plaster missing, and door knob marks.
There were no Do Not Disturb signs. We were told that housekeeping only comes every 4 days or upon request. They attempted to come in the room each day of our stay. One of these days, they opened the door and entered the room despite verbal declining of the service by a guest in the room. The guest beside our room did not have his door shut after housekeeping visited his room. It was unknown how long it was left open or if anything was missing, but we made him aware. Unfortunately the same guest also had his identification card lost by the front desk.
The pool is a nice amenity, though there are no towels available poolside so you must bring your own towels/from the room.
The on-site café/grill on site does not offer complementary breakfast so prepare to spend at least $15 dollars per food item for any meal. The proportion sizes are not worth their cost. Walking to nearby restaurants would be best for budget and quality. Service at the café/grill was hit and miss, sometimes efficient and friendly and other times long waits for poor service with no communication.
If you need quiet to sleep, this is not the hotel for you as it is adjacent to I4 with traffic and vehicles constantly whirring by.

Bar staff amazing always polite and helpful couldn't do enough for you especially Peregrino he was amazing he got used to our eating times and what we what drank.
Pool area was great for all the hotel always had items for the kids to play with.
Reception staff helpful especially when they were a mix up with our check out date Shaun dealt with it straight away.
Great location for getting to any parks the only down side we asked to book on to the bus for seaworld and got told they are a bus but no one uses this so to use the public bus, the universal bus was always on time drivers were really nice. Magic kingdom bus never turns up on time roughly 40 mins late all the time.

I honestly cannot say anything bad about this resort! The hotel is great, location is great but the staff were fantastic! The girls behind the bar were friendly and on point and a big shout out to DJ 007 who had the pool area buzzing and made sure we all had a great time! Defo was not ready to leave today but excited to come back again in a few weeks and do it all over again! Thanks for a wonderful vacation!
