I absolutely felt loved the stay at Avanti. Front desk, especially Joycelin, were incredibly kind. We had a pool right under our window, whereas pool had dj, game room, dining room with good food, medicine (advil) and even toys for the kids.
I felt secured here, since the place has security guards in the evening. All the attractions - walking distance from the hotel (less than 10 min walking.) Sea world and other Orlando attractions 10 min driving. Rooms, after requesting to clean them, were clean and spacious. We ended up extending our stay 3 times (that's not a joke), and didn't go to Miami since we loved the stay here so much and chose Avanti over any other place in Florida. Overall - this is a family friendly, absolutely affordable, greatly located resort/hotel. I'm definitely bringing the rest of the family here. Would recommend this place to a friend! And absolutely sincerely give this place a 10/5 review. I'm glad to find this gem❤ 💎

I had the absolute pleasure of being served by Demi during my recent stay at the Avanti Resort, and I can confidently say she is one of the best in the business. Demi went above and beyond to ensure that every guest at the bar felt welcomed, valued, and taken care of.
From the moment I sat down, she was attentive, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable about the drink menu. She took the time to make thoughtful recommendations based on what I liked and even customized a cocktail that was absolutely perfect. Her energy was contagious, and she created a fun and relaxed atmosphere that made the experience unforgettable.
What stood out most was her genuine care for each guest—she remembered names, drink preferences, and kept a calm, professional demeanor even when the bar got busy. It’s clear she takes pride in her work and truly enjoys what she does.

Front desk was awesome. Food was good but took awhile. Housekeeping only stopped at our room once, I had already went to the front desk to get towels and supplies. Don't get me wrong i don't mind that we were not disturbed but it would have been nice to at least be able to ask Housekeeping for stuff on our floor. No one was on out floor otherwise

I stayed here over the weekend for the Premiere Orlando Hair Show and had a really pleasant experience! The location was super convenient—just a quick 5-minute shuttle ride to the convention center. You’re right in the heart of everything with restaurants, fast food options, and Walgreens within walking distance. Plus, Whole Foods and other grocery stores are just a short drive away. The area was bustling with activity and easy to navigate, even with all the traffic around. Highly recommend for anyone attending an event nearby or wanting a central place to stay in Orlando!

Absolutely the best decision I made to book at Avanti Resorts. The staff are all exceptional, and the resort itself is fantastic. Rooms are clean with plenty of room, and the pool area is spacious with daily entertainment, providing a great vibe. Gameroom, cafe, and outdoor bar. This resort is central to all attractions and is located next to Icon park and restaurants. The perfect place to get away.
