My family and I have stayed here before, and our previous experience was wonderful. This week, however, was absolutely one of the worst experiences of my life. 2 out of the 3 elevators are out of order, and although the staff was able to accommodate us to a room near the working elevator, the lobby was all the way across, so we still had to walk quite a bit. This elevator issue is not recent, and with my heart condition, I wish I was notified ahead of time so I could make necessary adjustments to my vacation. Due to this issue, I was forced to rent a scooter to prevent an injury. Second complaint would be housekeeping, when we transferred rooms, my daughters food was left behind in one of the cupboards, and although it was my own fault for forgetting it, housekeeping knew it was a room transfer and failed to contact us regarding the items left behind. When I contacted them less than 24 hrs later, they notified me the room had not been occupied and that they would search. I was told they were thrown out, but then I was given a different story and only half my items were given to me. That same night, we were locked out of our room, our keys had been deactivated and no one could give me an explanation as to why.
The only positive experiences here was the breakfast (great variety), the rooms, and the customer service that was provided by Odette and Clara. They truly went above and beyond for us and I really do appreciate their empathy, kindness, and help. It was them who made our trip memorable.

2 bedroom suites are perfect size for families. Love that they have 2 full bathrooms. The pool area is very nice. Breakfast was ok
I don’t like how you put the tag on the door do not disturb but housekeeping came in the room anyways when we weren’t there. They have a laundry room to use at no charge but only have 3 working washer and dryers and they all need replaced. The elevator broke the second day we were there so we had to walk 4 flights of stairs every time we left and came back. The office staff was friendly

Would have given 5 stars if all the elevators were operational.
The breakfast buffet was good. The egg omelet would have been better if the cheese was cheddar (and not what seemed like Velveta), but the waffles were great (and they had 3 machines, so the wait wasn't as long as usual and they could be eaten hot 😍). And the waffle toppings were an unexpectedly wonderful touch. (Wish I thought to mix the blueberry or cherry compote into the plain yogurt.)
The pool looked very inviting.
Check in and out was fast.
Overall a good value, especially if you were staying for a few days or more and could make use of the kitchen.

We had a great stay! The room was spacious and had everything we needed (and more!) Each room comes with a full sized fridge, cooktop, toaster, microwave, pots, pans, utensils, plates, bowls, cups and cutlery.
The front desk staff were always pleasant and check in was quick and easy.
Breakfast was delicious and there were always plenty of options and things were replenished frequently.
The pool and hot tub were well maintained and a good temperature.
The hotel offered free washers and dryers which was nice. You do have to supply your own laundry detergent though.
Overall a great place to stay!

Pros: location and customer service. Pleasant woman who checked us in, very friendly and professional.
Cons: As a dedicated platinum IHG member this is probably the second most disgusting property I’ve stayed at. The room is completely outdated, with a severe musty odor. Sticky worn out carpeting. Sticky laminate floorings. Stained furniture. Pillows that were stained a fraying. It was more comfortable for my kids to sleep on the floor than the paper thin pull out couch mattress that was stained and the frame protruding through. Bathroom wasn’t provided with toilet paper. Cracked and molded caulking in the bathroom, with stained shower. The caulking has definitely been applied multiple times layer upon layer, and not properly fixed. AC unit that blew out musty air like the filters haven’t been changed in years. Broken microwave. No utensils in the drawer. The online photos DO NOT portray the presence of the rooms at all. This hotel needs a complete overhaul!!!
