Rooms were a bit dated but we had good luck with cleanliness.
Used this as a trip with over 35 rooms and they were accommodating of our large group.
Breakfast was always well stocked and fairly delicious.
Front desk was fair and easy to speak to with any issues that arose.
My only wish was for more public areas to gather inside. Only had a few tables and chairs.

My husband and I stayed here for a few nights and we highly recommended! We got the room for a pretty decent price for the area it’s in. The bed was very comfortable! They had a microwave and mini fridge in the room. A full length mirror and place to hang some clothes. The bathroom set up was nice, with the option to close pocket doors if people are still sleeping while you’re getting ready. Everything was clean, from the room itself to the bedsheets, the bathroom, the microwave, the mini fridge. It was a little noisy outside of our room with what we assume were children running along the balcony and screaming around 9:30pm. Also, there is plenty of parking usually but this time when we visited there were around 30-40 buses taking up most of the parking spaces so we had to keep circling the lot to find a place to park and several people just ended up parking all around/in-between them because there was no where else to go! The room is within walking distance of plenty of restaurants which is very nice.

The hotel is located as such a great location very walkable to the restaurants and convention center as well as other attractions. Nice and friendly staff quick check in and check out. Very clean rooms. Cold A/C and hot shower. i'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Orlando.

This hotel is at the perfect location. Walking distance for restaurants and activities for kids. The bed and pillows was amazingly comfortable and clean. The housekeepers was very sweet as well. The AC, it actually felt like an Igloo, which is 5 stars in my book with the Florida heat. The security is amazing as well, your car will be safe at night, they have constant patrolling around the property. The only CON about the room is that the water pressure in the shower wasn’t as strong as I prefer however it still felt good. And the light fixture by the bed, wouldn’t stay on, it must be a shortage in that lamp. I would absolutely stay at this hotel again.

Great customer service, rooms were clean , with comfortable beds. Love the affordable price. The pools were heated and always had clean towels available. They have free transportation to Disney and Universal Studios, which made our universal studio travel trips easier every morning. My family enjoyed the stay. We will be staying here again.
