This is great solid budget hotel. The bathrooms are super clean. The beds are very comfortable and I slept well every night. The towels are bright white and very fluffy. The bed linens are very clean too. The maids do an exceptionally good job of keeping the rooms clean. The hotel is very well located opposite the pointe. The bar and deli were great too slightly expensive but it's to be expected. All staff were friendly and welcoming. My only negative is that the rooms are dark and could do with a refurb but I would absolutely stay here again.

Rooms were a bit dated but we had good luck with cleanliness.
Used this as a trip with over 35 rooms and they were accommodating of our large group.
Breakfast was always well stocked and fairly delicious.
Front desk was fair and easy to speak to with any issues that arose.
My only wish was for more public areas to gather inside. Only had a few tables and chairs.

I recently stayed at this 4-star hotel, and while it’s good value for money overall, I was disappointed by the unfriendly attitude of the staff during check-in. The fridge in the room was dirty, which was a bit of a letdown. However, the hotel’s location is excellent, making it convenient for exploring the area. Overall, I’d say it’s a decent choice if you’re not too picky about staff friendliness and minor cleanliness issues.

Amazing Resort, with A LOT of Pools!
I stayed at this hotel during February 2024, and it was definitely a solid hotel for what it was worth. Amazing view from outside the hotel, fair and comfortable beds.
Great shop at the resort as well with a range of snacks and even hot food if you want a quick to-go meal (Pizza was GREAT)
I think some parts of the hotel were a bit outdated, but on my visit, I saw they were working on parts of it, so it looks like they’re making improvements...
Good hotel, would come again.

We stayed here for 4 nights, and honestly — we were deeply disappointed. For nearly $600, the experience was poor and frustrating.
First of all, this is a motel, not a hotel. Each room has its own outdoor entrance, so you constantly have to keep windows and curtains closed because people are walking right by. Privacy is basically nonexistent.
The worst part, though, is the extreme humidity inside the room. Clothes never dry — not overnight, not after ironing, not even new ones. Everything ends up feeling damp. We came for a conference, and our outfits looked terrible despite efforts to dry or iron them. It’s not only unpleasant, it’s probably unhealthy. There’s likely mold, even if not visibly noticeable. You wake up feeling swollen and uncomfortable every morning.
The room is dark too — no ceiling light, only a few lamps. So between the humidity, the darkness, and the general discomfort, it was a miserable stay. We even had to hang clothes outside on our last day just to get them to dry at least a little.
For what it offers — basically just a bed, running water, and a mini fridge — the price is completely unjustified. Maybe there are some positives, but the disappointment was so strong, I genuinely can’t recall any.
P.s. And let me just add — clever business model you’ve got there. Keep your rooms so humid that guests are forced to use the paid dryers. We hung a couple of completely soaked clothes on the outdoor railing just to air them out — five minutes later, security showed up and told us to remove them and use the laundry room instead. And of course, the dryer is not free
