If you're looking for a hotel in Orlando near universal, Disney, SeaWorld, Disney springs you've found the right place! The Ramada Plaza hotel on International Drive is not only a beautiful inviting hotel, the staff is absolutely amazing and they really make you feel like family! 2 pools (1 on the main level, 1 on the roof top.) Parking is very convenient with a 2 level parking garage plus a parking lot. The rooftop has amazing views of Universal and Epic Universe. This hotel is the only one in Orlando I ever stay at especially for long trips. The club level suites are outstanding and include access to the rooftop where this hotel really shines! Up on the rooftop there is a great bar (most drinks included with your stay). The entire team there is exceptional and I couldn't possibly recommend this hotel more! I am planning on staying here again very soon and very much looking forward to it! You can even see Rocket Launches from the space coast right from the rooftop! I would strongly suggest going with the club level Lakeview suites. Thank you Ramada Plaza and the entire Team for being the best and making my family and I feel at home when we stay there! Can't wait to see you all again soon!

Ignore the negative reviews. As a budget option, this hotel smashes every category. We’ve just checked out after 2 weeks and couldn’t have been happier.
The beds were so comfy, the lake view was stunning, the location is super convenient with lots of restaurants in walking distance and the iRide bus stop just outside.
The shuttle bus to Universal provided by the hotel was good (you have to book the day before) but was at fixed times that weren’t convenient to us - so we simply walked 10 mins up the road to Endless Summer and took the universal shuttle from there. They run every 15 mins and are free to the public, as well as hotel guests (I checked with Universal first!).
The FREE breakfast was great - a pancake machine, bagels, waffles, fruits, granola, yoghurt, cereal, endless bread for toast, there’s bloody loads. And juices and coffee too!
Housekeeping seems to be an issue for people but every 3 days was not an issue for us. We never ran out of anything, had loads of towels, toilet roll etc but reception did say in the meantime if you need anything like that they’d sort you out.
And free unlimited fast WiFi! Would 100% return if we came back to i-drive.

I cannot begin to think where I’d start with expressing how poor of an experience my co-workers and I had dealing with this property!
We asked for early check in and got to the hotel to be told the rooms were not ready yet. It is no exaggeration when I say it was 8 hours later before our rooms were ready. 8 hours.
We were not the only ones either. There’s a big convention going on that a lot of us attending this week. You’d think a hotel would be prepared.
Once we got to our rooms things seemed fine but several of us had TV issues. Mine had a staticy pop that occurred about every 5-10 seconds.
The cleaning staff were extremely noisy out in the hall and well, it’s just bad for the price you pay during convention season. This is a mistake we will not be making again.
I’m no prima donna but damn, what a terrible experience.

We stayed at this hotel for 7 nights during our New Year’s trip to Disney World and had a very pleasant experience. The room was a good size and offered beautiful views from both sides — one overlooking the lake and the other facing the city. It made our stay feel bright and relaxing.
Housekeeping came every 3 nights to clean and replenish the room, which worked well for us during a long stay. Breakfast was served early with simple, basic options. Just a note: if you arrive later in the morning, there may not be much left since items aren’t refilled.
For the price and the hotel’s proximity to Disney World, we felt it was absolutely worth it. It provided comfortable living at a reasonable rate, which is perfect for families spending most of their time in the parks. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a convenient, comfortable, and budget‑friendly place to stay in Orlando.

We were really disappointed with our stay. The check-in process alone took about 15 minutes and was far more complicated than it should have been. After a long day of travel, the last thing you want is a frustrating arrival experience.
The biggest letdown was the pool and hot tub hours. They’re only open from sunrise to sunset, which meant they closed around 6:45pm on a Saturday night. For a place that markets itself as a “resort,” that’s extremely disappointing. Most guests expect to be able to relax in the pool or hot tub in the evening — especially on a weekend. Check-in wasn’t until 4pm so by the time you do that then get dinner you have no time to relax in the pool.
On top of that, there were no other noticeable amenities to justify the resort label. The only good thing was the busy general tourist location. Overall, it did not meet expectations whatsoever.
