This was a very nice resort . Really great location near by everything for tourism. Affordable rooms staycation . Wonderful customer service by Natalia. She was very accommodating even made sure she gave me extra coffee . Hotel coffee ☕️was really good. On our last night we really enjoyed the hotel 🏨 we went to the pool and enjoyed the nice warmth water of the hot tub 🛁. We made sure we cleaned up after ourselves before leaving and washed the towels and pillows cases used made sure bathroom was cleaned washed all dishes . It felt like we lived there like we were apart of the Florida community.Overall we had a really wonderful stay . A perfect way to end the summer !

Our room smelled likeold and you could see visibleold on the doorway and wall. Room size was very nice and the pool was very nice. People were smoking weed in the condo next to us outside on the balcony. Didn't smell great.

It's great for a short vacation stay. Everything was clean, but the place could use some serious upgrades. The pool bar was great. We went so much that the servers and the owner knew us, lol. It could use a few more smoking areas. People do still smoke, and you don't want to run them off by being unfriendly to that group. It was close to a lot, and overall, we had a fun time. The screened patio was also great. We were glad it had a ceiling fan, making it quite pleasant at night.

The 1 bedroom villa was not a villa at all. It is a 1 bedroom suite in a condo style building. The room was supposed to be a wheelchair accessible room. It was not. The doorway was 35 inches not 36 like it should be. One of the bathroom entrances lead to the kitchen. To access it you would have to take out half of the peninsula because there was not enough turn radius to get into it. The other entrance on the other end led to the bedroom. To get there you can barely fit the wheelchair past the bed to make the turn
First you pass by the enormous tub. Then you pass the roll-in shower that had was extremely small. I'm a bit on the heavy side and I don't think I could fit in. Then you finally get to the toilet. No idea where the sink was. There was no way to get the wheelchair in the very tiny kitchen. The wheelchair could not make the turn after the peninsula to get to the kitchen. This was also where the washer and dryer are.I could stay because I was unable to access the toilet. Due to the false advertising of it being a villa and that I wouldn't be able to got to the bathroom I was forced to find another hotel. I wanted a full refund. Booking said the hotel had to okay it before a refund. The hotel told me to talk to Booking to get a refund. Meanwhile I do not have my money refunded yet. I canceled the room for false advertising and Booking is telling me that there is a cancelation fee. I think not. I would have stayed if the bathroom, kitchen, and doorway would have been up to ADA standards which they are not.

Check in was smooth, the black girl behind the desk was really sweet and professional unlike the Spanish girls. When we got to our room, the villa size was nice for the price, but filthy! The dishes were so dirty and some still in the dishwasher, meaning their maids do NOT clean well or at all. The pools are filthy! This resort needs to clean the bottom of their pools, it's so disgusting 🤢 then when checking out, one of their maids were so rude! I opened the door to the lobby, already had walked in, while this maid was trying to walk right into me. She clearly knew what she was doing because she looked me dead in the eyes and did it. I did complain to the front desk that they need to reprimand her, but I'm sure they didn't care. I will NOT ever stay here again because of all of this! FYI if the maids or any employees are not happy working there then don't work there.
