This is my full experience thus far at the resort. One of the door handles came off the closet, which I have provided pictures of, and one of our showers doesn’t have hot water. When this resort says that they have shuttles to and from the parks, this is false. They have a contract with the Holiday Inn Express who has a shuttle that only takes you to Magic Kingdom at 9:30am and Hollywood Studios at 11:30am. Honestly, who goes to the park at 11:30am?!? Majority of us want to go to the park right at 8am when the park opens. It’s like the whole day is already ruined if you go to the park at that time. THERE ARE NO UNIVERSAL STUDIOS/ISLANDS OF ADVENTURE/EPIC UNIVERSE BUSES AT ALL!!! On another note, the service here is impeccable! Amazing staff that caters to your every need! In particular, Maya is amazing! She catered to our every request with no questions asked and did it with a smile!! She is absolutely amazing and the rest of the staff is awesome too! This resort is beautiful, but I just wish they would tell you all the facts before you stay here especially about the bus schedule. They need to have their own personal shuttle that takes you to and from the parks every hour and a couple of hours till after closing as well as another shuttle that goes to the Orlando international airport.

Nice size condo, rooms are better than decent. Actually quite nice other than a little worn. Typical most places I've stayed in the past. The grounds are exceptionally clean in the pool is very well maintained. Overall very clean in and out and a great location. Early January and the places pretty empty which gives you lots of opportunities of seating at the pool and great parking. This location turned out to be very good for us, and the value versus the quality of the room was excellent.

This is more like a cheap motel than a resort. The room smelled awful, lights were strobing. They said they would send maintenance and never did. The bath tub was moldy and gross, the room looks nothing like pictured. Old, outdated and stained up furniture that is oversized and blocks closets from opening and the entrance to the bathroom. We asked to be swapped to another room and were told no. Old gross carpet, the elevator was surging and super sketchy. The play area for kids is closed until further notice. Wifi would connect but had no internet. The coffee shop and pool area ia not at the property but across the street behind a holiday inn. People doing drugs in the parking lot. When I asked for a refund was told to get with expedia. When I asked Expedia was told to get with the property. The cleaning person was knocking on the door 20 mins before check out time and waited at the door till we left. Terrible experience. Left as soon as we could get into another resort. Photos are VERY misleading.

Everything was perfect from check in to check out! Staff was incredibly welcoming and accommodating. Our 3 bedroom condo worked well as a family of 6. 5 pools, 3 hot tubs, basketball, volleyball and mini golf made for great family time and never a dull moment. Thank you for a memorable trip!

This was a great resort value for the reasonable price we paid.
The 3 bedroom villa was huge. Everything was very clean, the appliances were relatively new and the kitchen was well stocked with new cooking utensils, etc.
The resort amenities are nice and well cared for. Plenty of activities for kids and adults alike. Some of the amenities were "out-of-order" but we were told the resort was just purchased by Capital Vacations and is about to be renovated. Not sure if that is true or not, but the rooms and facilities are pretty nice as they are already.
