The amenities we're phenomenal. Spacious condos. Our kids went wild for all the different pools / water parks. Would have given 5 stars if it weren't for rough late night crowd. Had to have security calm BOTH floors above us down around 4am. They were quick in response. Slept peacefully after ;)

My kids left their shoes and other belongings down at the pool and they were stolen. We went up to our room right before dark and they told me they left their things right after the pool closed. We ran down anyway to see if we could grab them and all the gates were locked and didn’t matter anyway because we couldn’t see them sitting where they were put anyway. I thought no worries the workers who came out I’m sure put them up. Not the case. The next day we were checking out and not only did I get sent in so many directions to check for the items I never did find them. They said workers come to clean up after pool is closed and take items left to calypso cay front desk. Well someone decided to keep several of our items causing my kids to just go without shoes and took my sons sentimental Mickey Mouse hat that he was so excited to wear to his first Disney trip. For a place this nice you would think they would be more on top of theft then what they are. When I told them that someone must have stole them they just smiled and said “yeah sorry” and that was it. Ridiculous it’s like they just expect it. Also, the entire time we were there the zip line and rock wall were closed.

For one the young lady at the front desk is unprofessional and it may not be due to her age but it is very unfortunate. As she was checking us in, she got distracted and was unsure on how to do a few things. She continued to have a side conversation about her nails without letting us know if she was done with us or not (she wasn't) her being distracted caused us to have the wrong room keys. So after totaling everything to the 4th floor we had to go back to the office to get the correct key. Upon opening the door , the room was full of mildew , you could smell it in the air. Had to come BACK to the office for a different room and key .. the second room was better when we walked in but quickly learned the toilet didn’t work. However, at that point I was so over switching rooms and going to the office we just kinda dealt with it. One room had bed bugs , another had a leak in the shower so I was also paranoid that if we did switch rooms again , it may have been a lot worse. Oh & do not fall for the “gifts” they offer you .. free week stay or the $150 it is a scam to sit in a presentation for almost 3 hours of a timeshare company trying to FORCE you to buy a package !! The location and pool was the only good thing about this villa.
They also blamed a lot of the downs on them renovating but it doesn’t seem as though they started. We spent too much money for these villas to be how they were. Never again !

Not Happy at all Elevators don't work properly and stairs feel unsafe. Rooms are old smell iss not the greatest, and I was truly disappointed at the views 😔 windows had mold in the outside. But we had a great time i always traveled with my sheets and bed stuff, so we survived. Won't be going back

Not a pleasant experience. Won’t let kids that can swim go down larger slide unless over 48”. Zip line and rock wall are closed Mondays and tuesdays. Bouncing attraction and other attractions shut down and let go to shit. Staff not on time for opening times and act like they couldn’t care any less. Pool edges cracking. Also advertised as heated pools however the pools are cold. No maintenance or pride in facility. This review is for the pools and attractions only.
