The rooms are clean and comfortable. However, it would be appreciated if the hotel offered more entertainment options on the premises and extended the opening hours of the bar. The buffet tends to be somewhat repetitive, so greater variety for lunch and dinner would be welcome. Coffee is only available during breakfast, and during the day it is necessary to go to the pool bar to get it. We also noticed that there are quite a few small additional charges at the hotel.

I saw a review crying about the hotel and i decided to write it from my perspective. Regarding “All inclusive bar”, yes you need to pay 1€ per person for reusable cup, but when you finish with your drinking, you give the cup back and they give you your 1€ back, also they use the new cup every time you come up to the bar for a drink, so i don’t see the issue with that, saving littering and avoiding glass shutters around the pool.
The entertainment staff were fantastic – every day they came up with something new, from fun competitions to dancing by the pool with different programs to enjoy. Every night there was also entertainment that made the evenings lively and enjoyable. Special thanks to Alex, who made the holidays unforgettable with his energy and charm, and to Jesus at the bar, who was always friendly, always coming up with new joke on visit it made every visit special. Of course he wasn’t the same with everyone, we treated every single member of the staff nicely, so they treated us the same way, made holidays unforgettable!
The food was very good – always fresh, tasty, and with a great variety to choose from. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful view. The hotel’s location was also perfect, making everything even more enjoyable.
Overall, everything from the staff to the entertainment, food, and rooms made this an incredible experience. I can highly recommend this hotel and would definitely come back again!
Right for the price!

Not Worthy of 4 Stars – Disappointing Stay
I honestly don’t understand how this hotel has a four-star rating. From the moment we arrived, the service was underwhelming. We weren’t shown to our rooms or given any information about the hotel or how anything worked we were left to figure everything out ourselves.
Once we got to our room, it went from bad to worse. There were two double beds and one tiny child’s bed… for three fully grown adults. The small bed didn’t even have any covers I had to sleep with just a sheet. Totally unacceptable for a supposedly “premium” hotel.
The all-inclusive package was a joke. The food was terrible and repetitive, with breakfast being the only meal that was even halfway decent. On top of that, we weren’t told until after the first day that we had to walk to another hotel for lunch again, no information provided at check-in. It was my friends birthday, they placed us in a room at first by the ground floor facing another hotel entrance!
Even worse, in order to get drinks with your all-inclusive plan, you had to buy a special cup. If you didn’t pay for the cup, you weren’t allowed a drink. This was never mentioned in the booking info or at check-in.
When we asked if we could have some bottled water for the room, we were told “we don’t supply that.” The only option was to use the water machine in the bar area which was filthy, with black mould around the tap. Absolutely disgusting.
The pool area was also disappointing. There were plenty of sunbeds, but they were crammed so close together that there was no personal space. It felt like you were lying shoulder to shoulder with strangers — not relaxing at all.
The area around the hotel had absolutely nothing to do very boring and lifeless. Entertainment in the hotel was no better just nightly singers using auto-tune and mics with constant crackling. Not enjoyable at all.
To top things off, when we checked out and asked if we could leave our bags at reception until our transport arrived (which was at 4pm), we were told no. Instead, we had to pay €2 to use a locker in the locker room. I didn’t have any cash and asked to pay by card they said no. So unhelpful.
Room cleanliness was passable but far from perfect. There were noticeable holes in the ceiling, and to make matters worse, housekeeping would knock and open the door at 7am, waking us up while they hoovered the hallways.
All in all, this was not a relaxing or enjoyable stay. Definitely not what you expect from a four-star hotel. Would not recommend.

Me and 2 freinds stayed 18/09-25/09. We arrived late and had checked in online making check in less than 3 minutes. We were even given packed meals as the restauant had closed. The rooms have been refurbished which was evidence when booking as across the road are 2 other Bluesea hotels with older decor. You can use all 3 hotels and thier facilities especially handy since Lunch is hosted across the road. We used pools and facilities on both sides with no issues at all. We had blue wrist bands to indicate our level of stay. You get given cups to use that you need to keep hold of or get charged 1 Euro. The cups are changed by the bar staff everytime you use them so you always have a fresh one. The aircon was the only issue in the room, it did work just not very well. It didn't pose any issues for September but maybe in the hotter months it would have. The food was standard food and I always had something to eat no probelm.
The location is on a great road with lots of bars and mini marts and a larger supermarket near by. Their is a bar with minigolf and the hotel has minigolf too. The pools were clean and well maintained with lifeguards always. I was all inclusive and that was from about 10:30-23:00 I believe for drinks and of course for meal times whenever. The location is a short walk down hill to an area with an artificail lagoon, shops and places to eat and drink. The area is very friendly with plenty to do. Lonten Tours are avilable down in reception but also the office for them is left out of the hotel and not far down. I personally booked directly with the hotel which then gave me insurance, 2 rooms, a double and twin with great views. It cost roughly 61 Euros each for 3 people all inclusive which was an absoulte bargain. I would absolutely stay here again without any doubts at all.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Tenerife! The location is perfect, with stunning views and easy access to the beach. Our room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. Breakfast offered a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. The highlight of our experience was the outstanding service — every staff member was warm and attentive. A special thank you to Romen at reception, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and provided excellent recommendations. We would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tenerife.
