Terrible…. If you were expecting 4stars - find a different spot to spend your holiday.
1. Food - awful, I’ve never thought that you could cook something with such a terrible taste, simply waste of ingredients.
2. All inclusive is a joke. No cola products for the breakfast is available, only coffee. At the lunch time, no coffee possible, but coke products are there.
3. LIFTS….. guys is it that hard to fix your lifers for a 7 floor building???? Literally all of the bottoms don’t work or work from time to time…. Waiting for the lift for ages, and you can’t even press the button…
4. Room is built out of rubbish, broken window between the balconies, no problem, we will use an old wooden door instead. Wtf????
5. Fan at the room works for around 2 mins, than it gets over heated and you have to wait for another 5 mins for it to cool down for you to dry your hair…
6. Receptions staff - rude and incompetent
7. The hotel is a joke, nothing works the way it should… you way a pool towel, no problem - deposit of 25 euros. You want a safe key, no problem - deposit of 10 euros + 3 eur per day fee. You want to drink a „all inclusive” drinks at the bar? No problem - take your „plastic cup” with you all around the hotel in order to get a drink… forgot the cup at the room??? :) no drink than… hahhahaha

We honestly cannot recommend this hotel enough.
This was our second stay, and just like the first time, we thoroughly enjoyed every moment. The hotel is exceptionally clean, and all the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. We received great rooms on both visits, and everything was well-maintained and comfortable.
If you have the option, I highly recommend staying on the seventh floor, the views of both the mountains and the sea are stunning. That said, every room we’ve seen has been equally lovely.
The food was excellent, and another nice touch is that you no longer have to pay extra for the cups; they are provided for you, and you simply return them at checkout just make sure not to lose them😅.
The hotel also offers free baggage storage on the day you leave, which is perfect if you have a later flight and still want to enjoy your day without carrying your luggage around. They keep everything safely stored, which I think is fantastic.
We’ve stayed in both February and November, and the weather has been absolutely beautiful each time.
Overall, a wonderful experience from start to finish. Highly recommended!

Temperature control of 'hot' food was extremely inneficient. In the bar the all inclusive food was not kept hot...which seemed crazy, as there was a heated tray, which didn't seem to be in proper use.
Reception staff were dismissive, and not very helpful.
Bar staff were pleasant and helpful.
One night, Thursday last week we did not get any dinner. The dining room closed for a party at 8.30 but we were not notified in any way...and arrived to closed doors. No notices in lifts etc...public view. The hotel had it's info on a tv channel, which we could not receive..despite telling the reception and tv guy who came.
Our general opinion was that this hotel is not really concerned with customer care.
Some aspects, are attractive...gardens and grounds...
The entertainment area in the evenings leaves a lot to be desired. Cold..no cushions on cane seats..too many pillars spoil the view of the stage. Strange bar arrangement.
Entertainment was ok.
We will not return.

I saw a review crying about the hotel and i decided to write it from my perspective. Regarding “All inclusive bar”, yes you need to pay 1€ per person for reusable cup, but when you finish with your drinking, you give the cup back and they give you your 1€ back, also they use the new cup every time you come up to the bar for a drink, so i don’t see the issue with that, saving littering and avoiding glass shutters around the pool.
The entertainment staff were fantastic – every day they came up with something new, from fun competitions to dancing by the pool with different programs to enjoy. Every night there was also entertainment that made the evenings lively and enjoyable. Special thanks to Alex, who made the holidays unforgettable with his energy and charm, and to Jesus at the bar, who was always friendly, always coming up with new joke on visit it made every visit special. Of course he wasn’t the same with everyone, we treated every single member of the staff nicely, so they treated us the same way, made holidays unforgettable!
The food was very good – always fresh, tasty, and with a great variety to choose from. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful view. The hotel’s location was also perfect, making everything even more enjoyable.
Overall, everything from the staff to the entertainment, food, and rooms made this an incredible experience. I can highly recommend this hotel and would definitely come back again!

Our stay at this hotel was okay except for a few things. First of all, I would rather rate the hotel as a 3 star based on the overall impression.
It must be admitted that there is a real emphasis on cleaning, I think it is cleaned two to three times a day and the rooms are really clean. The all inclusive food was very good, different variations, something different every day, there is a postmix available for drinks which is also good and some alcohol is possible at the bar
But there was some things to inprove too.
The room we got did not match what we chose on booking, I would say it was one of the older rooms and needed renovation.
The thing that was quite annoying was the poorly functioning air conditioning, which was very loud, banging and, secondly, cooled differently, sometimes yes, sometimes not.
Pool hours was in my opinion so bad, in evening it was cold, yeah but indoors pool could be open to late hours.
All around it is a budget hotel where you get good value for the money, but some things could be better, only really bad thing is about location, there is nothing around, the car rent is a need and communication before trip could be better. We had some questions which noone cared about.
Ps. On leave we had a plane at 6:00 in the hotel they made us a transfer but, the taxi that was planned got us on airport at half past 3 am, but the airport is opening at 5 so i will count that as poorly planing or dknt know what was that about.
