Not Worthy of 4 Stars – Disappointing Stay
I honestly don’t understand how this hotel has a four-star rating. From the moment we arrived, the service was underwhelming. We weren’t shown to our rooms or given any information about the hotel or how anything worked we were left to figure everything out ourselves.
Once we got to our room, it went from bad to worse. There were two double beds and one tiny child’s bed… for three fully grown adults. The small bed didn’t even have any covers I had to sleep with just a sheet. Totally unacceptable for a supposedly “premium” hotel.
The all-inclusive package was a joke. The food was terrible and repetitive, with breakfast being the only meal that was even halfway decent. On top of that, we weren’t told until after the first day that we had to walk to another hotel for lunch again, no information provided at check-in. It was my friends birthday, they placed us in a room at first by the ground floor facing another hotel entrance!
Even worse, in order to get drinks with your all-inclusive plan, you had to buy a special cup. If you didn’t pay for the cup, you weren’t allowed a drink. This was never mentioned in the booking info or at check-in.
When we asked if we could have some bottled water for the room, we were told “we don’t supply that.” The only option was to use the water machine in the bar area which was filthy, with black mould around the tap. Absolutely disgusting.
The pool area was also disappointing. There were plenty of sunbeds, but they were crammed so close together that there was no personal space. It felt like you were lying shoulder to shoulder with strangers — not relaxing at all.
The area around the hotel had absolutely nothing to do very boring and lifeless. Entertainment in the hotel was no better just nightly singers using auto-tune and mics with constant crackling. Not enjoyable at all.
To top things off, when we checked out and asked if we could leave our bags at reception until our transport arrived (which was at 4pm), we were told no. Instead, we had to pay €2 to use a locker in the locker room. I didn’t have any cash and asked to pay by card they said no. So unhelpful.
Room cleanliness was passable but far from perfect. There were noticeable holes in the ceiling, and to make matters worse, housekeeping would knock and open the door at 7am, waking us up while they hoovered the hallways.
All in all, this was not a relaxing or enjoyable stay. Definitely not what you expect from a four-star hotel. Would not recommend.

Overall a lovely hotel, spacious rooms and caring staff. Food is a bit of an issue, not the best prepared and some interesting choices ( tuna pizza! ) but it does the job. Pool area/cocktail bar is great with loads of sun beds and quick service.

I would give this hotel less than 1 star if it was available.
Upon arrival, we were assigned a room that was in unacceptable condition, displaying significant issues such as mold on the bedding, yellow stains, damaged walls, and litter throughout the space. After bringing this to the staff’s attention, we were relocated after a wait of approximately one hour.
Although our new room was slightly better, it was still not clean. Furthermore, we discovered that the "all-inclusive" amenities advertised did not meet our expectations, as the offerings were limited to rum, vodka, and a daily cocktail, alongside very basic food options which are held in dirty conditions.
Additionally, we were informed that we had to go to a 3-star hotel for lunch, a detail that was not communicated to us prior to booking. We also found it challenging to understand the hotel’s layout, particularly as the pool area is quite small especially when food is served there.
Given the circumstances, we made the decision to move to a different hotel due to the unsatisfactory conditions we encountered. Regrettably, during our interactions with the reception staff, we felt dismissed and received unprofessional treatment, including inappropriate laughter and comments in Spanish regarding our concerns.
I attempted to contact the hotel and the hotel nor the manager will respond.
I will be taking to social media until the management decide to respond to my problem.

If I could give 0 stars, I would!
The food is an absolute disaster – most of it is cold and just doesn’t taste good. The rooms are okay overall, although there were stains on the bed sheets and towels. We booked all-inclusive, but had to pay €1 for a cup at the pool bar every time, and we never got that money back. There’s an ice cream menu, but the all-inclusive only covers a cheap cup of ice cream – you have to pay extra for the rest. No pool towels are provided either.
It’s a complete rip-off. Also, only a few staff members speak English, which made communication quite difficult at times.
So if anyone still insists on coming here, skip the all-inclusive – because absolutely nothing is actually included!
I definitely wouldn’t come back here again.

My daughter and wife are gluten free. The restaurant team went above and beyond to explain the options available, there was lots of choice and the food was perfect. Food was lovely - thank you so much to the staff for looking after us.
