I would like to leave this review for the hotel to learn and improve from. This was my first time in Tenerife, and I booked a 4-star all-inclusive deal that fit my schedule and flights.
Upon arrival, my first impressions were good. The rooms were great, and the front desk staff were helpful, though they could improve with a bit more friendliness and customer service. The location is average, depending on what you're looking for. If you want to relax and enjoy all three meals provided, it’s suitable. However, if you want to explore, be aware that the area is hilly. Going downhill is fine, but climbing back up can be a challenge. There is a free hotel bus service to the town center that runs on a timetable.
Regarding the food, I believe there is room for improvement for a 4-star hotel. Housekeeping does not come every day to tidy up the room. The pool area is small but acceptable. What really bothered me was the customer service in the restaurant. While some staff were great and provided good service with a smile, others lacked in this area. There is a chef at the grill who prepares burgers, meat, omelets, etc., but one tall lady chef, in particular, was not up to par. She was unapproachable and lacked customer friendliness. In my opinion, she should work in the kitchen rather than in front of customers.
Additionally, the TV entertainment in the room was poor. I could not find any English channels. For a 4-star hotel, they should cater to all guests by providing at least one English news channel and one English movie channel.
Overall, this hotel is okay for a short break, but with better attention to customer service, it could be much more appealing to holidaymakers. Would I return to this hotel? No, but I wouldn't say it's a bad hotel; it just needs improvement in the areas I mentioned.

Lovely Stay
We had a wonderful stay at AluaSoul Orotava Valley in Tenerife. Our room was beautiful, with a tasteful decor and a stunning sea view. The staff were friendly and always greeted us with smiles.
The selection of drinks was great, and the variety of food offered was impressive, though a bit more seasoning would have been appreciated. The pool area was pretty, and the bar was a nice spot to relax. My only wish was that the pool opened earlier than 10am, as I enjoy a morning swim before breakfast, but that's just a personal preference.
The rooms were surprisingly quiet, allowing us to get a good night's sleep each night. The free parking next door was very convenient, and we liked the location. Having a car made it easy to explore the area. Just a heads up: Puerto de la Cruz tends to be cloudier than other parts of the island due to its proximity to the mountain.
Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend AluaSoul Orotava Valley. We would happily return for another stay.

Staff were friendly and polite, hotel was kept clean. Facilities were good. 3 minor issues, very hilly as in mountainous area, breakfast were only lukewarm apart from the omelette which was cooked to order. Evening entertainment went until until 11.00pm every evening), due to the open plan design of the hotel between floors the noise travelled upwards.

Overall it was a pleasant week long holiday.
The hotel is located on top of a hill in Puerto de la Cruz. It's an adults only hotel so it was nice not having any screaming kids running around.
The pool is fresh water and is cleaned. It's a decent size but can get busy mid day.
There was a range of acitvites to do everyday. From 10:30- 23:00 there is some type of acitvites going on.
This can range from DJ night, dance lessons, quiz, bingo, live singer, pool party, darks, switchboard, yoga and alot more. I do believe they change these acitvites each week but I could be wrong.
The hotel itself looked bland as there wasn't many pictures or just colour in general.
Majoiry of staff members were nice and friendly and others were not.
Some of these staff were the kitchen staff who refused to warm up some pasta during one of my meals.
Our room was cleaned 3 times in a 7 day holiday. We did go to the reception a few times to get clean towels as we never saw maid staff.
There was a free car park about a 2-3 minute walk from the hotel. There was always spaces available.
The weather can sometimes look bad as it can get cloudy due to being in the north. This results in it being chilly but the sun UV does come through the clouds... Trust me

Absolutely outstanding, fantastic, and flawless. My week-long stay at this place was precisely what I needed to recharge my energy. The team here is truly extraordinary, particularly the receptionist Laura, whose kindness and professionalism stood out, and Chef Carmen, whose culinary creations were exquisite. I felt genuinely cherished during my time here. For anyone contemplating accommodations in Puerto De La Cruz, Tenerife, AluaSoul is unequivocally the top choice! My suite, with its two rooms, boasted a comfortable bed and a balcony with a breathtaking ocean view. The welcome minibar was a delightful touch, adding to the sense of being pampered. I particularly appreciated the concept of the "FAVORITE CLUB," where those with half-board can enjoy snacks and a variety of beverages. Many thanks to everyone for creating such wonderful memories; I'm already planning my return! The Spanish people's warmth and politeness only added to the overall exceptional experience
