Amazing setting. Spent a week here. Great free shuttle bus to town centre. Had a few teething problems here. In my experience it was better to speak to reception in person rather than by phone as they would agree to do stuff but then not do / send items to room. Much better face to face.
Omar from customer relations was great and very helpful. Had a packed schedule so didn't spend much time at the resort. Would love to go again for 2 or 3 days just to chill out.

This is one of the best hotels that we have stayed in. It's set in a quieter area on the outskirts of Marrakesh and is truly an oasis of calm and tranquility.
The beautifully maintained gardens provide a backdrop for relaxation and an appreciation of the natural surroundings.
The rooms are set apart from the main building surrounded by trees and flowers ensuring you awaken to the sound of birds singing and the scent of the gardens.
The rooms are on the small side but clean and functional, we spent very little time in the room making the most of the outdoor space.
We stayed half board and the buffet style food was very good with a wide range for breakfast and different options each evening, along with some very good local wines. We didn't eat at the A La Carte restaurant as we were more than happy with the buffet choices.
Both pools are heated and very clean with plentiful sun loungers and parasols.
There are Pool bars offering a range of drinks and snacks at a reasonable price and complimentary daily activities such as stretching, yoga and aqua aerobics.
There is a free shuttle bus from the hotel to the centre of Marrakesh which takes around 20 minutes running from 9 - 6.30 and is definitely worth using for a visit to the Medina.
Lastly I would like to mention that all staff were extremely friendly and helpful which contributed to us having such a wonderful holiday. We will definitely be coming back to this hotel.

Overall, our stay at the resort was relaxing and comfortable. Hotel staff that we came into contact with were all fab. However, there are a few things that could benefit with a review by the hotel management for improvement. 1. We arrived at the hotel at a few minutes to 11pm with young children, however, we were told that there was no food available, even snacks to be offered. However, we were also told that we could order room service once we got to our room AT AN EXTRA COST even though we had booked an all inclusive stay! This certainly wasn't a great start to our holiday. 2. We were told that we couldn't consume food at the swimming pool area that we had brought from the hotel restaurant, just a few yards away. Food consumed at the pool area should be paid for even if you've booked an all inclusive stay, which does not make any sense! 3. The hotel guests could benefit from more evening entertainment tailored to both kids and adults.

I don't know where to start with this hotel. We had a beautiful experience. The welcoming, the friendly staff, the facilities, the location, the food options, the ambience and atmosphere was all amazing. We went as a group of 2 couples and we enjoyed our 7 nights stay. There were a variety of food options for breakfast and dinner, the staff were so helpful and friendly, room cleaning was done everyday. They had a nurse on premises and doctor upon request. There was a gym, bars, 2 pool, and restaurant. Although not located in the centre, there was a shuttle every hour to take you into town and return back to the hotel. You have to book this in advance. I cannot fault this hotel atall. There is a kids club but don't have much information as we didn't go with kids. There is a small shop incase you forgot to buy your souvenir, there are also Spa facilities. I will use this hotel again if I go back to Marrakech

A lovely resort, all staff were polite and attentive. The rooms are bright, good air conditioning, beautiful well maintained grounds. Family, solo or couple friendly. Soakaway pits, too near the rooms, the smell sometimes offensive. The food was good and a large variety to choose from, great room service, ebjoyed my chicken club sandwich late at night. Shuttle hourly to town to and fro at no extra cost (tip driver when you have shopping). Highly recommended, we are coming back very soon as we did not use the Wellness Centre.
