This hotel does not deserve 5 stars!! How do you dare comparing this hotel to the other 5 stars in Marrakech? This is a 3 stars.
Located in an unpleasant area you can hear the planes from your room.
The beds are uncomfortable. The mattress are not good. The pillows are hard. The bed sheets are dirty. A dirty velvet thrown on the bed. The room or restaurant decoration is very basic. See pictures for yourself. Not looking like a 5 stars!!! The food is the worst. Breakfast was included but we went only once as it was so bad. The staff was not friendly at the restaurant. Otherwise at the door the staff was very friendly. We ordered once in room dinning. It was awful. We had one bite. the club sandwich was made with low quality pieces of chicken and panini with oily fries.
The outside pool area is really beautiful especially at night. We had a really pool view from the room. Only positive point. The inside pool is dirty. costing 15€ per hour per person. We did not go. You can look at the picture to know why. the hotel is old. The bathrooms too. All amenities are given.
If you are looking for a 3 stars hotel this hotel is ok. But really Not acceptable as a 5 stars. We really regret staying there.

A huge thank you to the staff at Palm Plaza , who made our stay so fantastic, the lovely lady who did our room so well every day , the lady behind the bar, the door staff who gave us directions and told our taxi drivers exactly where to go, the reception staff who organised a doctors visit without hiccup , the dinning room staff and lastly the the chefs and cooks that supplied the amazing food . The hotel , grounds and pool are even better than the photos suggest. Thank you for a wonderful holiday.

Very good food, nice garden and pool. Clean and nice decorated. The only not so good thing it is the soundproove. You can leasen very easy what the neighbors disscus. On the night there are loudy tourists who disturb and nobody from reception or security make something.

I stayed at Palm Plaza recently and I recommend it. The rooms are spacious and clean. The amenities are good quality. The staff is extremely courteous and nice. The pool is big. The food was probably my favorite. Very close to homemade food, diversified and tasty. Even the live band in the evenings was very cool.

Been here during the 2023 earthquake. The hotel manager and staff were VERY helpful and caring at that difficult time, supplying us with whatever we might need, from blankets to sleep outside to breakfast and sandwiches.
Besides that - the rooms are great and *very* clean, the staff is friendly and helpful. The pool is big and fun. Highly recommended.
