The check-in experience was disappointing. When we arrived, a hotel employee offered to enter the Wi-Fi password on both my phone and my husband’s phone. After doing so, she also wrote and posted a positive review of the hotel on Google from both devices without our permission, which was completely unacceptable and highly inappropriate.
We loved the pool, and our room was very comfortable. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, with amazing décor throughout. The location is also very good, and the gym is well equipped.
The breakfast could be improved, as it lacks variety and better organization.
In addition, the bidet in our room was leaking and clearly needs maintenance.
The pool restaurant also left something to be desired in terms of food quality. However, I would like to note that the staff there were very friendly, attentive, and helpful.
During the night, the room was very quiet. However, from around 7:00 a.m. onwards, we could hear the airplanes very clearly from the room, which may be an issue for lighter sleepers.

Lovely pretty hotel close to the city centre and medina. On the flight path but not a problem if you dont mind the noise every few hours.
Hotel rooms are good, some in need of a little modernisation but perfectly comfortable. Air con worked well. Choose a pool view if you can, the garden view rooms are fine but view covered by trees.
Pool area and outside areas well maintained, spa area very well kept with an excellent gym with modern technogym equipment.
Staff were all friendly and helpful. The bars and restaurants were good. We visited at a quiet time of year and staff were quick to rectify any problems. Food in the main buffet restaurant was good, items well labelled, selection was fine albeit a bit repetitive.

We had an absolutely exceptional stay at this hotel, and what truly made our experience unforgettable was the outstanding team.
A special mention must go to Salim, the bar manager, who was simply outstanding. From the moment we arrived, he was incredibly attentive, always anticipating our needs before we even had to ask. His professionalism, warm personality, and genuine care for guests created such a welcoming atmosphere. He consistently went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and enjoying ourselves, and it truly elevated our entire holiday experience.
The food was another highlight, especially thanks to Chef Yuseff, who prepared some of the most delicious Indian cuisine we have ever had. Every dish was full of flavour, beautifully presented, and clearly made with skill and passion. It was something we looked forward to every single day.
At breakfast, Sufiyan made each morning a pleasure. He always greeted us with a smile and made us feel genuinely welcome. His attention to detail and willingness to help created a relaxed and enjoyable start to our day, and it did not go unnoticed.
Overall, the level of service we received from Salim, Yuseff, and Sufiyan was truly exceptional. Their dedication, warmth, and professionalism made our holiday so much more enjoyable and memorable. It is because of them that we would happily return and recommend this hotel to others without hesitation.

Myself and my wife stayed at Jaal Riad Resort in early-mid November and a had a lovely stay - it was quiet at that time of the year. Staff are friendly and v helpful - Katour at the dining room (and others) tried to teach me a few words of Moroccan. The rooms were great and room service was excellent. Quite a few guests there for short Golf holidays so that looks popular. Highly recommended and just a 10-minute taxi to the Souk. The airport transfer was around 20 minutes. We would definitely go back.

Very disappointing and upsetting day pass experience
I had a very bad experience with my day pass booking. I reserved a week in advance paid the deposit and arrived with my confirmation, but at reception the manager kept telling the staff that they no longer accept day passes. This was very confusing and unpleasant, especially because my reservation had already been confirmed. Instead of feeling welcomed, the first impression was stressful and uncomfortable.
After some time, they eventually found us a place, but there was no parasol. We politely asked the staff several times, but no one properly helped us. What made the experience worse is that after we asked repeatedly, a staff member came and set up a parasol for the people sitting next to us, while we were left sitting in the sun. Then he disappeared without solving the issue.
The service staff were also not friendly or welcoming, which made the whole situation even more disappointing. For a hotel day pass, guests expect basic comfort, clear communication, and respectful service. Unfortunately, we received none of that.
I often come to Marrakech and I have done many day passes in 4*+ hotels, and this is honestly the first time I have experienced something like this. Usually, the process is smooth and guests are treated with more care and professionalism.
Overall. This was not the relaxing day pass experience I expected, and I would not recommend it.
