Just wrapped up an amazing stay at Mövenpick Hotel Mansour Eddahbi in Marrakech—truly a fantastic oasis in the heart of the city!
Located on Avenue Mohammed VI in the chic Hivernage district, it's perfectly positioned—close to the Medina, Jemaa el-Fna, and just minutes from the airport. The lush gardens, three stunning outdoor pools (some heated for cooler evenings), relaxing spa, and that delightful daily Chocolate Hour at 5 PM made every day feel special.
My room was spacious, spotless, and super comfy with excellent bedding and all the modern touches. The food across the restaurants was delicious and varied.
What really stood out was the exceptional staff—they were incredibly helpful, prompt, courteous, and always with warm smiles. The restaurant manager was especially attentive, noticing the patrons' musical preferences and quickly having the DJ switch up the style to perfectly suit the audience and keep the vibe just right. That thoughtful touch elevated the whole experience!
The service felt genuinely personalized and top-tier, making everything luxurious and welcoming. Still smiling from the memories—definitely a highlight of my Marrakech trip. Highly recommend for your next visit! 🏨🌴✨

Had a lovely stay at the hotel, the room was warm, spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed the Budweiser bar, the buffet restaurant and the Spanish themed restaurant. The whole hotel and staff were amazingly warm and welcoming, and couldn't do enough for you.
However, there were some negatives in the administration of the hotel. The room had a couple of minor issues (blocked shower head, TV remote broken, shampoo bottle falls off the wall), which was brought to the attention of the guest services via the concierge. They were promptly and professionally dealt with by Najwa and lhsen. As a token of an apology, I was given a free 30 minute spa session, which was a very nice gesture.
On the day of check out, I booked a transport back to the airport, which was written down, and booked. When I went to pay, I found the hotel had added the spa to the hotel bill, plus hadn't added the transport cost to the bill, so this was corrected and paid. At the time agreed for the transport, the vehicle was not at the hotel. The concierge then tried to say it wasn't booked, and I showed them in the book where it was written, with my name, time etc. I then showed proof of payment, and the liaison for the transport agreed and organised the transport - which was now 20 minutes late. Luckily I had allowed plenty of time to get to the airport, so this unexpected delay did not cause me any further issues other than standing outside for this period of time with my other friends.
One of the rooms I booked, upon my friend paying their bill, it was found that, even though it was originally booked in my name, and we changed it to the guests name, with passport etc on check-in, it was put into the name of a completely different guest staying at the hotel, on a completely different booking. Luckily, we knew the other guest, so this again didn't cause any specific issues to us, but it showed an internal issue, and of course, if things had been charged to the room, it may have caused issues.
Overall, the trip was very good, and the hotel was very friendly and welcoming, and these small but significant errors didn't ruin the trip, but did give some cause for concern.

We had a wonderful stay at Mövenpick Marrakech during our honeymoon, and the experience truly exceeded our expectations.
A very special thank you to Lahcen from Guest Relations, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. He was incredibly attentive and thoughtful, and kindly helped us secure a beautiful room that made our honeymoon even more special. My wife was absolutely delighted, and as a result, I’m a very happy Platinum Accor member.
The hotel itself is excellent: spacious and well-maintained rooms, beautiful surroundings, and a relaxing atmosphere that’s perfect for both couples and families.
Thank you to the entire Mövenpick Marrakech team, and especially to Lahcen, for making our honeymoon stay so pleasant and memorable. We will definitely be back.

My experience at Hôtel Mövenpick Mansour Dahbi was truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the welcoming reception and the professionalism of the staff stood out. Even the baggage service was smooth and attentive.
We went to Resto Marcalon, where Chef Amine came to our table and explained the restaurant’s specialties with great detail. He prepared amazing dishes for us and honestly, the paella he made is something I’m still thinking about. It was delicious.
The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully arranged.
Overall, the entire hotel experience was top notch from start to finish.
Highly recommended! 👌✨🍍

Wasn't feeling this one and doesn't live up to the hype to be honest. The outward appearance is nice and the breakfast + chocolate hour are great, but otherwise, staff seemed to not be very helpful. They always tried to give quick answers to whatever I asked and sometimes they would give different info to the same questions. The lobby staff seemed weirdly irritated with me whenever I asked for something and seemed much more interested in helping and being attentive to the caucasian patrons. I was also often misunderstood and would have to clarify for staff multiple times what I'm looking for.
Amenities seem way overpriced. Almost everything in this hotel, you can find for cheaper in the surrounding local area. I also think the excursions offered need much more detail and explanation (preferably written) because once again I just got a rushed explanation. In the room, the toilet also seemed to not work properly. One of the elevators also didn't work in the place we were staying which created a lot of elevator traffic.
Pros though - Some of the staff are really nice like the cleaning staff, and the peacocks are cool.
