We were booked in for a week for our anniversary. On check in we were told we had been "upgraded" and were put in a triple room.
We asked to be moved to a king room and were shown a room that had clearly had someone smoking in there, so we stayed in the triple room.
On the first day we asked for the shower gel to be filled as it was empty, it never got filled.
The carpets and floors are not very well cleaned.
The pool area is nice and there is a heated pool.
The staff in the restaurant are very welcoming.
The gardens are lovely and there's lots of bird song.
The location is perfect if you want a relaxed break close enough to the Medina to walk - it takes about 30 minutes.
Do not get a taxi from the rank outside, they say they "work with the hotel" but charge more than double Vs just hailing a cab if you walk 20m down the road.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The entire property was clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The food was delicious, the pools were lovely, and the overall atmosphere was very relaxing. The location is convenient, and although the nearby shopping mall isn't large, it offers everything you may need during your stay.
The one recommendation if I may, is please make the restaurant Jana more 'visible'. On the first day we didn't even realise it was there. The food there is to remember and it was sad to see such a place almost empty. I can't recommend enough the Assortment of starters, combined with Moroccan tangina, although everything else was delicious too.

Amazing stay at Kenzi Rose Garden.
Me and my wife stayed there for 7 nights.
An oasis for a garden with 3 swimming pools, birds twittering, beautiful huge palm trees etc. Very big and relaxing atmosphere.
This area and service made our stay very special.
Special mention to Hamid and Yassin at the Pool Bar. Always smiling, kind and fast at their job.
Also, the breakfast ladies chefs who were cooking the pita breads, pancakes and omelettes.
Food :
Breakfast is 5/5, great omelette, fresh Marrocan Donuts and perfect pita bread made on spot. Very good machine coffee and excellent tea.
Service :
The service was very good as well. Even employees were working many hours per day they were always smiling and kind. great welcoming from the door man helping with our luggage.
Room cleaning:
The only down grade it was the floor cleanliness of our room after 3rd night they didn’t clean it. They seemed like were focusing on check in and check out rooms. (We didn’t complain because we were very happy with all the rest)
Location:
perfect location, save and clean neighborhood. Many good restaurants around and only 25 minutes walk to Medina.

I recently stayed at Kenzi Rose Garden in Marrakech, and I was extremely happy. The hotel is a peaceful with gorgeous gardens, relaxing pool areas, and very clean, comfortable rooms. The atmosphere is perfect for both rest and exploring the city near by everything.
What really stood out, though, was the leadership of the General Manager, His dedication to guest satisfaction is clearly felt: the staff are friendly, helpful, and go above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome.
Thank you to Kenzi Rose Garden management team for making my stay truly memorable. I would happily return, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Marrakech.

Our 7-day stay at Kenzi Rose Garden was truly unforgettable. The hotel room was luxurious and incredibly spacious, with a large bathroom and separate toilet. Three of us stayed comfortably in a superior room without any issues.
The buffet breakfast offered a fantastic mix of authentic Moroccan and international options. The swimming pools and beautiful garden atmosphere were unmatched, and we loved having access to the restaurants, gym, and spa.
The hotel’s location is perfect — centrally situated in Hivernage, Marrakesh, right on the main road. It’s easily accessible from the airport and close to local taxis, restaurants, bars, and the Medina.
A big thank you to all the hotel staff for their warm hospitality and for taking such good care of us. We will definitely be visiting again soon!
