Huge bed. The staff are all welcoming. The pool was nice and the garden very pretty. The food was mainly good. For a 5 star hotel however is didn't have what we expect. Some things seem a bit old and could be replaced. We only had one dressing gown and one cup in the room. The toilet floor was not clean and there was a lot of debris around window.

A stunning hotel just a short walk from the Medina. The rooms are spacious, impeccably clean, and well-maintained. The food was exceptional—we dined multiple times at the Italian restaurant and enjoyed both the lunch and breakfast buffets, which offered a fantastic variety of fresh, flavorful dishes. The heated pool was perfect, with plenty of loungers available around all three pools. The gardens are beautifully maintained, creating a peaceful atmosphere. I indulged in a spa treatment on our last day, and it was hands down the best massage I’ve ever had, with very reasonable pricing. Every staff member we encountered was warm, courteous, and eager to assist. We can't wait to return in October!

My family and I spent seven fantastic nights at the Kenzi Rose Garden hotel in Marrakech during the Easter period. The service was fine. The staff is professional and very kind especially with children.
Food is good. The Chef at the Italian restaurant is outstanding. He received international awards.
Free Moroccan mint tea is available anytime at the lobby, made by Naïma, the best tea maker in Marrakech.

I have been to hotels all over the world. I have seen them all. This hotel has superior qualities with regards to service, food, pricing and has a professional, very friendly staff. Room service is there in three minutes, even in the evening. Location is top, in high-end neighbourhood, - away from noisy crowds but yet central. Highly recommended hotel. Childfriendly too!! Good pool and playground.

Pretty weird how this is considered a five star hotel. First, the rooms look old and dirty. There were incomplete amenities. I had to call just to borrow a clothing iron - and they took it after 15 minutes. I guess someone else needed it. My room was on the 4th floor (but it’s all weird, not really fourth floor) and it takes me 5-7 minutes to get to the elevator where it would lead me to the floor of my room in which I had to walk again on a ramp. The carpets on all floors look disgusting like someone died on them. No cooling system on the rooms. The restaurant staff couldn’t be bothered to help me with a glass of water when I had to take my meds. And the girl at the front desk (Safaa, I think was her name) was so bitchy like she was unhappy at her job — didn’t even bother to help me with the cooling in my room. She kept saying she’ll send someone in but never did, even when I followed up twice. Good thing the guy from the reception found a quick solution. Pretty questionable thing to say this is a five star hotel when the staff seemed unprofessional and untrained.
The most commendable part of my stay was your attendant, Mustapha, I loved the energy and his enthusiasm. He was very kind and willing to help all the time and smiled all throughout our LONG WALKS to my room. He stayed professional the whole time. I honestly wish more of your staff would follow his example, they should!! 🤍
I thought this place would be nice based on the photos but they were deceiving. Not recommending to my peers and def not going back to this haunted, stinking, 2-star hotel. And stop putting your mean employees at the reception, they’re ruining the experience for everyone. And make your rooms more accessible.
Additional: Not to mention you can hear every footstep and doors from the outside. 🥲
