Shout out to Emma & Ousama on the animation team. We loved doing aqua aerobics, water polo, table tennis, darts, and archery with them. Zizou in the lounge bar was absolutely fantastic at keeping drinks topped up. Food is pretty good. Hotel itself is very relaxing. Bed comfy and the hammam I booked was great. Evening entertainment was excellent. Tipping staff is a good idea. All the staff are great and very helpful.

Definitely would give it a five stars but the service was not that great. A lot Of people weren’t very friendly at all and a lot of times we were trying to track down water or whatever we needed for a table. One specific server that I typically saw working the tables outside the bar was absolutely amazing! He really made up for everybody else. The spa was amazing and everybody there was extremely welcoming. I highly recommend the body scrub with the massage. It was the most amazing experience we have ever had!!! The grounds were beautiful and everything was very clean. The food was absolutely amazing as well! I definitely would recommend it for an extended stay. It’s very easy to get in and out of the city as well.

This place ruined our experience in Morocco. If you are black reading this message please avoid this place. Blacks are picked on and treated with disdain. The cab driver to take us to the market refused us service but picked up the white couple that approached him behind us. Other races were treated better and offered services, snacks etc upon entry into the hotel but we were not accorded the same courtesy. Our external photographer for our birthday shoot was denied entry into the facility whilst they pushed their in house Photographer...We couldn't even use the exteriors of the facility because they were completely unwilling to accommodate any of our request. We booked almost 8 rooms and disallowed having guests without an additional payment of $70/guest for a day pass. Even just to drop things off for all the activities planned they were blatantly rude about it. My twin was embarrassed by the manger when they asked security to escort her to my room to pick her things and leave the premises because her "pass expired" which was never communicated. The food was trash for an all inclusive having just one restaurant. The cocktails were terrible and cheaply made. The only nice thing about this place is the facility itself. Hope this helps

We visited this hotel for a long weekend in March 2025. It had some beautiful gardens and in was in a lovely position. With a short bus ride to Marrakech centre and to visit the souks, it's also a good place to base yourself for that activity. That was an enjoyable day going off to those with hardly any pressure to buy at all, plus fun negotiating if you did. Taxis and buses are excellent and the city is fascinating if you're a westerner.
The hotel rooms are comfortable with two queen size beds, a very large balcony with a table and two chairs, safe, TV (with Sky News and BBC news as the English speaking channels) a table/desk with a chair and a small armchair. At the time we were there, however, the weather was very warm. Because it was warm, it would have been nice to have air conditioning. I assumed it was broken and was promised three times than at engineer would visit to repair. On the fourth time of calling reception, I was told that there is no air conditioning and I should turn off the fan as it was currently a heater. On our final day, the hotel switched on the air conditioning (it was 33c outside).
The most amazing thing about the rooms is the smell of the spring orange blossom from trees planted in central courts approaching them. Some trees already had oranges hanging from them but those with blossom were amazing to smell; worth the visit just for those, I think!
The restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner was a little small but comfortable. One evening we were told to go away and come back later but the lady who passed on that instruction actually came to find us and show us to our table (we were a party of four). The food itself was hit and miss with some edible stews and meats and some odd preparations. However, as we couldn't have fish due to a member of our party disliking it so much (and there were a lot of fish dishes)I'll just say that the food I grabbed was okay. I generally veered towards the pizza which was fine. The restaurant service wasn't great and you would often find yourself waiting a while to be served drinks
Generally, a nice hotel with beautiful gardens and two swimming pools. The large, heated pool could get busy around its bar and noisy with music (loud music). The other unheated pool was smaller but quieter and it also had a bar which could be swum up to. Both pools had plenty of sunbeds and parasols.
There was also a sports bar showing European football etc, a petanque pit, tennis courts, a basketball court and archery to enjoy.
Entertainment was excellent with live bands playing regularly. Only quibble with that is the room in which they played was too small but they did begin to edge outside to perform later during the holiday.
Overall, a nice hotel to base yourself at for visits to the souks, golf (there was a large party of older ladies who used this hotel as a base for golf) and to grab an early tan, especially in spring when Morocco is hot and Europe isn't. Beware summer, however, when I believe the temperature is approaching 50 degrees.

We have just returned from a week at this resort and decided to post a review as we were so pleased. The the hotel and grounds were spotlessly clean as was our room which was cleaned daily. The food was first class with a huge choice each day and the staff always courteous, polite and friendly. The pool we used daily (there are two) was also spotlessly clean and all the staff very attentive; nothing was too much for them. Special mention to Emma and Mo at the pool. Also special mention to the very cheerful waiter in the bar who served drinks - with lots of energy and a big smile - whose name we didn't note. Well done Be Live!
