I bought a day pass for the hotel to see what it was like while I was in Marrakech. The hotel is modern with great facilities. The reception team were so kind and helpful. The entertainment team were very welcoming, especially Oussama and Salim his manger. The pool bar team were great, especially Mohssine who made great mocktails. I had a great experience, at the restaurant raja was very helpful. The food was great
and look forward to coming to stay for a week.

OUALID in the snack bar it’s so attentive greets you on arrival, checks you’re happy with your food and overall very nice chap with a smile each time. Be careful he has a habit of tapping your shoulder and then obviously not being there when you look over your shoulder 🤣🤣 Overall, the whole snack bar team including the kitchen are a great team.
There is also Zizo in the lobby bar what a character remembers your order and delivers your tipple without prompting always with a smile. Both these guys are a credit to the hotel’s hospitality.
Having said this, the whole of the team around the hotel are extremely welcoming and keen to ensure the hotel guests have a pleasant experience within the hotel each one of them present themselves very well.

My fiancée and I (30 & 28) recently stayed at Be Live Collection Marrakech in early May. Overall, we had a good time, but there were definitely a few areas where the hotel fell short of what you’d expect from a 5-star resort.
We booked the shared airport transfer and were pleasantly surprised to find it was only a small minibus with six people and three hotel stops, which made getting to the hotel much quicker and easier.
We arrived around 11am and, as expected, our room wasn’t ready until 3pm, so we spent some time exploring the grounds and facilities.
The pool areas were one of the highlights of the hotel. One pool is more lively with entertainment and activities throughout the day, while the swim-up bar pool is much quieter and more relaxing. The pools were definitely cold at first, although once you got in they were fine. The swim-up bar staff were excellent and the cocktails were genuinely good, even if they weren’t particularly strong.
The lobby bar was another positive. Staff were friendly throughout the stay, especially Zizo, who constantly made sure drinks were topped up and really added to the experience. The only strange thing this bar didn’t open before midday, meaning after breakfast you had to get drinks from the restaurant area instead.
The snack bar served standard food such as burgers, pizza, tacos and salads. The food tasted good enough for a quick lunch, although service could be slow — we waited around 40 minutes for two burgers on one occasion.
The rooms themselves were spacious, modern and cleaned very well every day. The fridge was restocked daily with water and snacks, which was appreciated. The only issue we had was ants appearing in the shower area from the drain on two occasions.
The main buffet restaurant is where we had the most mixed feelings. The restaurant was always very clean and the staff worked hard, but the food selection felt underwhelming for a 5-star all-inclusive resort. The food generally tasted good, but variety was limited and some dishes weren’t labelled properly, especially pizzas and pasta dishes. If you didn’t arrive early, replenishment could sometimes be slow, particularly at breakfast. Desserts also became repetitive after a few days and the ice cream lacked flavour.
One thing worth mentioning is the amount of golfing groups staying at the hotel. There were large groups of British golfers throughout our stay and at times the atmosphere became quite loud and rowdy, particularly in the evenings. The sports bar especially felt more like a typical lads’ holiday destination than part of a luxury hotel.
We didn’t use the spa, although it seemed strange that guests had to pay extra to use the indoor pool in a supposed 5-star resort.
Overall, we did enjoy our holiday. The grounds are lovely, the pools and drinks were great, and the staff were friendly throughout. However, the hotel misses some of the finer details you’d expect from a true 5-star experience, such as better food variety, more consistent WiFi, poolside drink service and somewhere to get drinks inside before midday.
For us, it felt more like a solid 4-star hotel rather than a genuine 5-star resort, but we still had a good stay overall.

Be Live was everything we needed in an all inclusive holiday. Staff are welcoming, polite and accommodating xx. Koko Chanel from public relations made my partners birthday a great surprise with a cake, rose pedals and even towel swans by the house keeper made the day special. The food was lovely and something to eat no matter your diet. Would recommend Be Live Collection to anyone and will definitely be back when the weather is warmer....lol my only complaint is it was cold

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. The food was very good and the drinks were also enjoyable, which made the dining part of the stay quite pleasant. The staff in the restaurant and bar were nice and the overall atmosphere during meals was good. Thanks to Zizzo and Ahmed.
However, I was disappointed when the reception asked us to pay an additional tax upon arrival. This was not clearly communicated beforehand and it left a bad impression.
Another negative point was the nighttime entertainment. The DJ music in the evening was unfortunately quite awful and did not create a good atmosphere for guests who wanted to enjoy the night.
Overall, the hotel has good food and drinks, but the extra tax at reception and the poor entertainment at night affected the experience.
