Here's our pro and con list for this hotel (as a family with a baby) PRO We had the privilege suite, it was huge. Nice decent comfy bed for us parents and then the baby had a decent size space separated by curtains for her nights sleep. Clean room Clean bathroom Cot provided (big enough for our baby but not big enough for a toddler) If your a drinker, alcohol cocktails are made strong. Very friendly waiters and waitresses in the restaurant and bar, all kid friendly staff and happy to help where they can. CON Food choice is minimal and pretty much the same each day except the BBQ meat/fish. Very disappointed by the fact they don't serve any food between 5-7pm. Kids typically eat then, luckily I brought food with me just encase - which I have had to use all of it for her as it's minimal baby friendly food and the times don't work well for feeding little ones. All the mums to young toddlers were frustrated. Dinner says from 7pm but it's 7.30pm really and food isn't all ready by then, again not ideal with young kids. Work on the building is getting done, so although clean and tidy, it looks a little unfinished. Very loud at night. Our room was right above the bar, and it was very hard to sleep... Let alone with a challenging sleep fighting baby as it is. But it's not open too late at least. Overall, not bad but I wouldn't say it's kid friendly hotel but the staff are. We wouldn't come again unless it was a kid free holiday.

We had a wonderful stay here. Rooms where very clean and spacious, serviced every day with fresh clean towels and toiletries. Facilities are great for families, the Aqua park is so close and a lot for the children and adults to do, we all had a lot of fun. there is a games room, bar, kids disco every night, entertainment around the pool, so much going on. Food, wow what can I say, it was AMAZING, so much choice from pizza and pasta to local dishes just delicious the whole week. All the staff are very attentive, Zaki really looked after us in the restaurant and Salma on the pool bar and other locations was great with our children making them cocktails. Thank you!

I absolutely would not recommend this Hotel to anyone looking for a 5 star experience. We arrived late in the evening and checked in, the reception attendant was quite rude especially upon inquiring about the tourist tax charges and not friendly at all. We were taken to the room, which was spacious, however the bedding’s were old and the bathroom had no mat hence you can easily slip and injure yourself. The room was cleaned everyday but more often we had to request for a supply of the toiletries and towels a couple of times. The food lacks taste, is always repetitive nothing to look forward to and they serve very small portions. It lacks the description of a 5 star buffet. The heated pool was great but I was not aware if there was any guard present since every body seemed to mind their business. My only highlight of this trip was Salima ( service lady at the hotel) she went above and beyond to make our dining experience memorable despite the repetitive meals. She was dedicated and full of enthusiasm and you could actually see it from how children became bubbly upon seeing her. This should not be rated as a 5 star hotel.

Really really friendly staff. Couldn't be nicer. Good facilities. Unfortunately we visited while a large part of the property was under development which we weren't told and impacted our stay a little. The food was good and the rooms were spacious, modern and clean.

Very disappointed with the hotel considering its a 5 star resort. Unfortunately, this resort is more of a 3 star which has no desire to be 4 stars let alone 5 stars. The buffet is limited and bland, only breakfast was appealing due to the pastry. The drink selection is limited too and no consistency on how it is made and can differ from each bartender. Rooms are spacious but thin walls which gave you zero privacy as there is only a door to separately each room and you can hear everything clearly. Overall, I would not recommend this resort for the price and service. Very disappointing and better options available.
