Our stay at Kenzi Club Agdal Medina was spectacular. Huge thanks to Umnia and Faisal at reception for the warm welcome. The animation team—Mario, Sara, Adel and the whole team are incredible; they engaged everyone from the kids to the older adults with so much energy!
The food was excellent, thanks to the talented chefs and the hard-working waiters, waitresses, and bar staff. Our rooms were also kept immaculate by the high-quality cleaning staff.
One suggestion: we were gutted that our child couldn't access the indoor pool. If children were allowed access, this would be the #1 choice for families everywhere. Keep up the excellent work!

We had the best time staying at Kenzi club as a large family group. The entertainment staff were amazing. Went above and beyond to keep all ages entertained. The kids club was great especially Nou. Our girls had a great time with her. The food was great with a big variety. Bar staff were also so good. Especially Sala.
Our only complaint would be the Italian and we got very overcharged for drinks. Some of the reception staff can be very rude when asking for help. Our issue was not revolved. However we would definitely recommend and come back.

The animation team is fantastic! They create a fun and energetic atmosphere every day with activities for all ages. From sports and games during the day to lively shows and music in the evening, the entertainment is always engaging and well-organized. The animators are friendly, professional, and really know how to make guests feel welcome.

The staff at the hotel are incredibly kind and helpful. Whether at reception, by the pool, or in the restaurant, everyone is smiling and ready to assist. Their hospitality makes the stay even more enjoyable. You really feel taken care of throughout your visit.
• Restaurant:
The food at the restaurant is delicious with a great variety every day. There are plenty of choices for all tastes—fresh salads, international dishes, local Moroccan cuisine, tasty desserts, and more. The restaurant team keeps everything clean, organized, and well-stocked. Meal times are always pleasant.
Overall, Kenzi Club Agdal Medina offers a great combination of comfort, good food, and top-quality entertainment. I highly recommend it for families, couples, and anyone looking for a fun and relaxing stay in Marrakech.

We had a wonderful stay at Kenzi Club Experience Marrakech overall. The staff were great, and the food was truly outstanding.
The food was really delicious every single day, with consistent quality throughout our stay. The Christmas Eve setup was beautiful, and the food that evening was extraordinary, making it a memorable experience.
The baby club and mini club were excellent — our baby was very well taken care of. Special thanks to Zenab and Fudwa for their kindness and attention. The area was clean, secure, and monitored with cameras, which gave us peace of mind. Our baby was fed well, and the staff were very supportive, especially on the weekend, and understanding when we were delayed in picking him up.
A special mention to the Animation team for their constant entertainment. Since it was raining throughout all five days of our stay, they made sure there were plenty of indoor activities, keeping everyone engaged and entertained. Thank you for all the love, music, and fun you brought to our stay.
However, we did have a bitter experience regarding the baby club fees, due to miscommunication about the amount agreed by the manager to be charged to our room.
We also had a spa booking, but the hot stone treatment faced a technical issue. Unfortunately, we were not informed in advance and had to arrange an alternative at the last minute, which was a bit chaotic.
Housekeeping did a great job — the rooms were cleaned very well. A special mention to Fouad, the relationship manager, who was extremely helpful and communicated very well. He guided us on day tours and provided map guides, helping us plan our visits with great care.
Overall, a very good experience with a few areas that could be improved, mainly around communication.

We had a wonderful time at Kenzi club Agadal from start to finish. We were greeted by the manager - Fouad, and assisted us with anything during our stay. The buffet had a good variety of food over a week, and the animation team was good at keeping children and adults entertained. Kamal at the buffet restaurant was very good looking after us.
Only 20 minutes from the airport and very close to the city/medina.
Good size room for a family and excellent facilities.
Will definitely recommend this place to other families.
