The staff are amazing! Iv never seen such a great entertainment team for the kids and there's so many of them. The waiters in the restaurant are brilliant too, reserving tables and having drinks ready for arrival every meal session.
The outdoor heated pool is particularly nice if you go early in the year and my son loved the water slides in the bigger pool. Both children did pick up throat infections and one also had an ear infection. The on site doctor was brilliant.
The food was good, a little repetitive but the themed nights do make sure some things change from night to night. The alcohol was also very good.
The markets and mall are all about 10 to 15 minutes in a taxi so it's also in a decent location.
The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the hotel needs some tlc. The fixtures and fittings in the rooms and around the hotel really do need an update.
I certainly wouldn't put any one off going, particularly if you have children they will love it!

What can I say, we’ve just spent 10 days here and it was amazing! The food was really great with so many options, and with changes to continental foods daily. Our kids loved the animation team, while we’re so attentive with great energy. Anissa .Mario and Aya were specifically great and always had as us being active in the pool and other in other sports.

We have enjoyed our 2nd holiday here and are leaving after 2 weeks.
I agree with a review from someone called Bud earlier, that bad reviewers need to think about the reality of what they’re expecting from such a low prices holiday. We think it is incredibly good value for what you pay for.
We never have encountered a member of staff that is not helpful/friendly and we genuinely think all staff go out of their way to make your holiday enjoyable.
The house cleaning staff are always friendly and made sure our rooms were clean and had what we needed, making the bed pretty.
I had my hair done at the end of the holiday, coloured, cut and blow dry! Was extremely good value and the male hairdresser was very friendly and I loved my hair.
The restaurant staff work incredibly hard to keep up with the busy times, maybe they could do with extra staff during peak times but the staff that are there try their very best and work extremely hard! A special thank you to Kaboul in the restaurant who always made an effort with our family to ensure we found a table and had what we needed. There was also a young lady on the evening who went out of her way for us but unfortunately can’t remember her name.
I think it is unfair when people review that other guests are picking food up with their hands or push queues- how on earth is that the staff’s fault?!
The food wouldn’t be classed as fine dining, however for the price of this all inclusive hotel I wouldn’t expect it to be. We always managed to find something to eat for every meal and enjoyed whatever we had.
The bar staff around the pool and in the bar are extremely helpful and hard working. They clear your tables and constantly ask if you need anything. A special shout out to Mohammad (a waiter) in the bar where the entertainment is in the evenings. He is very friendly and hard working, we chatted a lot to him about things and he shared lots of information about Moroccan life with us when we asked. He was very friendly and we really enjoyed his service and company.
The animation team are very friendly and always go out their way to say hello, ask you how your day is and ask you to join in activities. A big thank you to Oubama who really went out of his way to interact with our 3 boys and chat to us. He made an effort to ask them to do the activities with him and encourage them when they were there. I noticed him doing it with a lot of the families around the hotel, he really is a credit to the hotel and the team.
The pool staff are trying to deal with the sunbed issue and stand by the pool at the end of the day trying to collect the towels in from people. I’ve also witnessed them removing towels when beds have been empty for a while - which is fair enough. Some people tried to reserve them from 8am and wouldn’t turn up till 2 pm then moan their sinners were being used. Again, this is guest etiquette and staff are trying to deal with it.
My 3 boys (7, 11 and 13) enjoy all of the sporting activities that the hotel offers - padel, football, basketball, ping pong, air rifle, gym, swimming and the slides.
In all- if you’re after a good value holiday in Morocco, where the staff are friendly and hard working then Kenzi is the place for
You!

One of Our Best Holidays Ever – Perfect for Families!
Our stay at Kenzi Club Marrakech was truly one of the best trips we've ever had, especially for our children. From the moment we arrived, the staff were absolutely superb—second to none. Their friendliness, professionalism, and genuine care made us feel completely at ease.
We felt totally safe leaving our children with the kids' club team, who entertained them all day with a fantastic range of activities. It gave us peace of mind and allowed us to enjoy some relaxing time as well.
The food was also superb, with a great variety and quality. The staff consistently went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed.
We couldn’t recommend it more highly for families—thank you, Kenzi Club, for an unforgettable experience!

Great hotel, amazing staff. The second time we have been to this hotel and never disappointed. The staff are definitely the best thing about this hotel, nothing is to much trouble and so friendly. Food entertainment is also a great factor. Would highly recommend
