Room were nice and clean but a little bit dated and good do with a touch up. There was so much to do at the hotel. They even had a few animals towards the back of the hotel. I had a nice treatment at the spa. The food was surprisingly nice and a good selection. Wish they had more options for drinks. Will definitely come back with my daughter as they had a nice heated pool too.

I visited Kenzi Club Agdal Medina with a friend in March for 5 days, and had a lovely time. The food was very enjoyable, enough variety to keep everybody happy and we didn’t get bored which can sometimes happen at all inclusives! We also liked that you have the option of a snack bar or the main restaurant at lunch time. Cocktails and wine were very enjoyable also. The Moroccan restaurant was a great experience and I recommend booking! The staff in all areas of the hotel were so friendly and always happy to help. They do an amazing job. The hotel itself is lovely, everywhere was clean and well kept. The grounds were beautiful and constantly being maintained. The pools were very big and had plenty of space for everyone without it becoming crowded. Overall, I’d recommend visiting and will definitely be returning. Thank you for a great stay!

Changed my recent review as I have to say, the staff here have redeemed themselves really well. The food is brilliant and the rooms are very spacious and accessible to all the facilities in the resort. Loved the kids activities as well as the little zoo or farm you can say. Have to say, really impressed. The staff go out their way to help and support you. If you are looking for a family friendly resort, this is your place to book. You won't be disappointed.

The Kenzi Club Agdal Medina hotel was a great hotel when we stayed there mid-March 2024 with friendly staff and service. The food was excellent with an lovely dining area indoors or out. The grounds are extensive and well kept with lots of plants (some of the areas were being replanted), and the accomodation is well spread out and is low rise - either ground floor or one or two up. There are two main outdoor pools - a heated one and a larger beautiful unheated pool which we found fine to swim in. Both pools are well maintained and clean, and there is a separate area of great slides at one end of the larger pool. There is also a pool bar which serves food at some times of the day The only issue we experienced was water flowing out of the shower area onto the floor as there is no edge barrier to the shower and the flow out of the drain hole was not fast enough. It may have been partially blocked.

We had stayed at the hotel during Easter 2024. Positives The hotel staff was welcoming and courteous, and the adult outdoor heated pool was nice. Negatives For a 5-star, the infrastructure, food, and drinks are appalling. Room A/C We booked a suite (room 514), paying extra to make this trip truly memorable. However, the AC did not work in the room, blowing out hot air when the outside temperature was 25-30 degrees C. Despite our repeated attempts to contact room service, the issue was not addressed. We had no other option than to keep the AC/heater running, as turning it off caused the rooms to become stuffy and made it difficult to breathe, and opening the doors caused mosquito infestation. This led to a sleepless and uncomfortable stay for all of us, with some family members even falling ill due to the extreme temperature and resulting dehydration. For those of you who may be reading this and wondering if this is a one-off case, we were a group of 5 families visiting Marrakech from the UK and staying in the hotel. 3 other rooms had the exact same issue with AC. I have heard other guests complain about the AC too. It's unacceptable for a 5-star hotel to have guests unable to sleep due to room A/Cs not working. The reception and managerial staff's apathy towards addressing the issue is really concerning. They could have at least done something like providing standing fans, etc, rather than giving apathetic responses. For our inconvenience, we were offered a refund at check-out – too little too late, which we refused. Food The food, especially the buffet, was substandard, though the dining staff was courteous. The menu is boring—almost the same food version every day. After 1-2 days, you will be fed up. The buffet food hall was extremely crowded on most days, and whenever we went late to dine to avoid the crowd, many items on the menu would’ve run out. They also offer free drinks at the bar—I have never had such watered-down cocktails before—it is a joke.
