We came back to Baobab Suites in Aug '25 after a fantastic stay in June '24. What a difference. I can honestly say we will not be back. Let me start by saying the staff (apart from check out staff) were amazing. Rosario at breakfast, Sara the cleaner and the regular lifeguard are all amazing and should be rewarded for their great work. However, there were so many disappointing things, we couldn't wait to get home. We were in room MM106 directly above the delivery entrance and huge bins. Bins were emptied at 3.30am and deliveries made at all hours of the night, while they all had talked as if it was mid afternoon. I didn't get one solid night's sleep. Our jacuzzi wasn't cleaned once in ten days and we actually had to scoop some brown water out of it on arrival. The clientele in August would turn me right off as they seem to think putting towels on 6 sun loungers and not returning for 4 hours was acceptable. Although I complained about this (as we had to sit on the ground two days while beds only contained towels) little was done. At times it felt like a 3* Benidorm resort. I also think an adults pool is needed here as the noise level was a lot and as there are 2 pools, this could easily be achieved. Most disappointingly, it was like the staff knew on check out NOT to ask how our stay was and our key was just taken without a word. I would have liked to address my concerns in person but as i wasn't allowed that, I have decided to submit a Google review instead. Such a shame, as we had a lovely stay last year

We had a fantastic stay at Baobab Suites! The room with a private pool was absolutely amazing – a perfect place to relax and unwind. The suite itself was spacious, modern, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were incredibly helpful and always friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Taxis arrived quickly whenever we needed them, which made getting around super convenient. Breakfast was a real highlight – plenty of delicious options to choose from, with something for everyone. The gym was also impressive – modern, well-equipped, and perfect for keeping up with our workouts. The location is up on a hill, but we enjoy walking, so it wasn’t an issue for us – in fact, it made for some great views! We’d love to go back soon. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing and high-quality stay!

Beautiful hotel, staff friendly and location is good. We had 2 bedroom apartment with pool, very spacious throughout with nice seas views. We would definitely visit again.

My family and I were chilling by the pool when suddenly we heard people shouting and making noise outside the hotel so I went out to see what was it about and turns out it was a protest against the corporation of this hotel. They handed me the brochure that I’ve attached and it’s pretty self explanatory. We won’t stay here ever again because we don’t want to support such destructive and unfair project. It’s heartbreaking to see how greedy business owners are destroying this beautiful island because they care more about profit than preservation. I hope they ban this project and get a huge fine for the damage that they have done. Shame on you.

We went here for our family summer holidays and had the best time ever. This hotel is just amazing and we didn't want to leave. Spotlessly clean, amazing food and the best staff in the world that make you feel like you're a rock star. Rooms are cleaned to perfection everyday and well stocked up with fresh towels, toiletries, tea, coffees and so much more. Outstanding view from our room which we had the suite with its own private pool and beach on our balcony and cannot recommend this enough for a touch of privacy and chill time for the family. The BB bar is fantastic too with amazing views also with the best staff in Tenerife that make you feel so welcome to serve you great food and great drinks which is also the same with the downstairs breakfast restaurant amazing staff and food with sooooo much selection of top class foods. At reception you have the most wonderful, welcoming, super friendly staff that are so helpful with any of your needs. Also a big shout out to Camilla ❤️ who is just the loveliest, most pleasant person in the whole world with the biggest brightest smile😁, a real joy to talk to every morning and made us all feel extremely special and is an asset to the hotel... I could go on and on about all the great things about the hotel, but you got to book it and get the full amazing customer experience for yourself. Hotel baobab is meant to be 5 Star we give it 6 star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. We look forward to coming to see everyone again, from the Jackson's @ TE 011.
