Lovely apartments, everyone that works there is very friendly, professional and accommodating.
Rooms are lovely, beds are too hard for me, would be nice to have a king size bed with one side hard one side soft or the options to ask for a memory foam topper.
I also didn’t like the taking of £200 euros refundable deposit on arrival seemed a bit rude, but I understand why they do it I just didn’t like it.
We had bed and breakfast we used the buffet restaurant loads of choice, the coffee could be better and the tea is English breakfast not my cup of tea, however you can take your own if you want to drink what you are used to.
The pool was amazing no sore eyes and spotless.
The gym looked out of this world from my front door lol, the paddle board courts and spin studio looked amazing. I almost wanted to use it, if you love your fitness you should definitely love the gym.
I would definitely stay again!

Fabulous Hotel... we stayed for a week in October 2025, the hotel is simply superb, with great views over Adeje.
Our suite (one of the smaller ones by all accounts) was a great size with an excellent sized balcony complete with loungers, table and seating. Full kitchen, double sinks in the bathroom, with separate shower and bath. Cannot fault the accomodation at all.
Staff were all excellent, we were taken to our room on check in at 2.00am.
Breakfast buffet was excellent with lots of choice and good coffee!
Free car parking under the hotel for the days we hired a car.
It's a bit of a walk up the hill to the hotel, but great for walking dinner off!
I was surprised at the lack of USB charging availability which i would have expected of a hotel like this.
Will definitely stay again if we go back to Costa Adeje.

We had the best stay back in August the staff were so warm and friendly. Big shout out to Marivi who had the biggest smile and made our stay extra special and Dina who went over and beyond throughout our stay. Because of the staff I have been recommending to all my friends and family. The location is fantastic but is on top of the steep hill. We didn’t mind it and enjoyed a 10 min walk to the beach, baobab do offer free cabs to and from the beach which is fantastic option. Our apartment was perfect with amazing views. I loved the fact there is a washing machine and water delivered daily. Breakfast is the best and you get an option of buffet, restaurant, or delivery to your room. We loved the restaurant breakfast. The gym facilities are the best I’ve ever experienced on holiday and totally free for guests. I have to say I’ll definitely be returning and it’s worth every penny.

We had a fantastic stay at Baobab Suites! The room with a private pool was absolutely amazing – a perfect place to relax and unwind. The suite itself was spacious, modern, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
The staff were incredibly helpful and always friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Taxis arrived quickly whenever we needed them, which made getting around super convenient.
Breakfast was a real highlight – plenty of delicious options to choose from, with something for everyone. The gym was also impressive – modern, well-equipped, and perfect for keeping up with our workouts.
The location is up on a hill, but we enjoy walking, so it wasn’t an issue for us – in fact, it made for some great views!
We’d love to go back soon. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing and high-quality stay!

We came back to Baobab Suites in Aug '25 after a fantastic stay in June '24. What a difference. I can honestly say we will not be back.
Let me start by saying the staff (apart from check out staff) were amazing. Rosario at breakfast, Sara the cleaner and the regular lifeguard are all amazing and should be rewarded for their great work.
However, there were so many disappointing things, we couldn't wait to get home. We were in room MM106 directly above the delivery entrance and huge bins. Bins were emptied at 3.30am and deliveries made at all hours of the night, while they all had talked as if it was mid afternoon. I didn't get one solid night's sleep.
Our jacuzzi wasn't cleaned once in ten days and we actually had to scoop some brown water out of it on arrival. The clientele in August would turn me right off as they seem to think putting towels on 6 sun loungers and not returning for 4 hours was acceptable. Although I complained about this (as we had to sit on the ground two days while beds only contained towels) little was done. At times it felt like a 3* Benidorm resort. I also think an adults pool is needed here as the noise level was a lot and as there are 2 pools, this could easily be achieved.
Most disappointingly, it was like the staff knew on check out NOT to ask how our stay was and our key was just taken without a word. I would have liked to address my concerns in person but as i wasn't allowed that, I have decided to submit a Google review instead. Such a shame, as we had a lovely stay last year
