Halfway through our stay — 10/10 so far. Service and quality are outstanding. This hotel sets the standard: staff are highly trained, genuinely friendly, and nothing is too much trouble. The food has been excellent — we still have two restaurants left to try, but every dish so far has been flawless. The drinks menu is extensive, and if something isn’t listed, the team will happily make it for you. The attention to detail throughout is impressive. Book this hotel — you won’t regret it.

A fabulous choice for couples and young families, with great food and a classy, refined feel. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff, from talking you through what the hotel has to offer, to dinner reservations and booking of a free of charge convenience room before checkout. The best AI I've stayed at in Europe by a long shot, what made it for me was the food, relaxed and luxurious atmosphere and the close proximity to the gorgeous beach. The activities are great and cater to the crowd this place attracts, yoga, workouts and a brilliant glass making workshop hosted by a local artist (do not miss that, get there early as it's sooo popular!). The only real downside is the location as there isn't much around, but for a week long trip there really is no need to leave this beautiful hotel anyway!

We had an amazing stay at the hotel, everything was truly excellent from start to finish. The staff were exceptional: friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. A special thank you to Carla at Guest experience, who went above and beyond to organize a surprise birthday cake in our room — such a thoughtful gesture that made our stay extra special. Elena at reception was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our visit. Carmelo at the pool bar was hands-down the best waiter and Rita was the best host across all the restaurants, always making sure we'd be well taken care of. The food was delicious with plenty of variety across the restaurants, the pools were spotless and perfect for relaxing, and the overall facilities were top-tier. It's super kids friendly and ideal if you want to disconnect. Truly a 5-star experience — we’ll definitely be back!

I recently visited with my daughter for a girls' trip, and it was an incredible experience. The rooms and staff were exceptional, both helpful and professional. The kids' club was truly a highlight for my daughter, and the management there was outstanding. We couldn't be more pleased, and we’re already looking forward to returning. The restaurant, room quality, and cleanliness were all excellent, and the all-inclusive service was top-notch. Additionally, I really appreciated the parent activities offered, like yoga, while the kids enjoyed the kids' club. The service throughout our stay was simply wonderful.

Not quite five stars. The more days we were staying the lower the rating became. Every day we found something new that wasn't right. Water coming in opened bottles, jam in large glass jars (there are individual portions, you know?) for everyone to dip their spoons in. Quality of breakfast and lunch buffet was appalling: raw pastry, fruit going off before you eyes, burgers and steaks burnt on the outside and not done on the inside. And pigeons all over the place, pecking on your plate while you are away... Mascalzone restaurant was depressing. Very short menu choices for allergics, small portions, service inconsistent not paying attention to clients. Kanna restaurant was fine, great food (again small portions) and neat service. It's clear that only some customers receive a five stars treatment, the rest of us clearly do not.

Good Pool spa and food quality Now the rest: Stayed 7 nights at a supposed 5-star resort; service and hospitality did not meet luxury standards. • On arrival, staff gave information sheets but offered no explanation of facilities. • About 90% of guests were German; felt excluded and overlooked. • First night: Husband denied restaurant entry over shorts despite inconsistent enforcement—others wore sports attire and flip-flops. • Asked to pay extra to dine elsewhere where they did allow shorts, even though meal was prepaid. • Promised compensation for the incident; nothing provided. • Hotel director was cold and condescending, offered criticism rather than apology at checkout. • Restaurant service left side: waited over an hour for food, no drink refills, ignored by staff. • Right side: Crina provided exemplary service—attentive and professional. • No drink menu or price transparency during dinner; charged at checkout. • Pool bar banned swimwear, even for kids—impractical and detracted from a relaxed resort vibe. • Food and spa/pool facilities were good, but poor service, rigid rules, and unfriendly attitudes ruined the experience. • Lack of warm, genuine hospitality means we will not return.

We are happy to be back here again after so many years and nothing has changed - we are choosing Palm Beach for about the seventh or eighth time. Great atmosphere, excellent food, friendly and helpful service. The environment is beautiful, clean, cozy, the sea is very close as well as the promenade with shops. We look forward to coming back next year!

The hotel, food, location and friendliness of the staff resulted in booking another two weeks while I was still staying. I basically went home, washed all my clothes, repacked the suitcase and was booking in two weeks after my first holiday. If you want a relaxing resort with local shops, cafes/restaurants and bars the location of this hotel is idea. Playa del Ingles has cheaper shops and is a short bus/taxi ride away. Allergies are clearly labelled. There's always enough available during breakfast and themed BBQ nights. Set menu nights are always delicious and the waiting staff also went back to the kitchens to double check the gluten free option just in case. Do be forewarned that drinks with your evening meals (and probably lunch that we didn't have) are not included in your booking, this is the only criticism and I suggest an obvious sign somewhere (or I may have missed it in the small print :D ). Also on the lower floors you may be kept awake by the entertainment but you're on hols and you could easily shift your body clock or snooze on the sun loungers the next day. Additionally, there are three fitness classes available every day included in your price, hosted by the glorious Stefan - tail chi, aquarobics and yoga. We're so impressed we've booked twice for 2026!!!

Food - perfect Staff - perfect Location - perfec Entertainment - loud till 11pm! So if you have small children or you would like to rest - forget it. Thats impossible. BIG worry - staff entered the room when no one was in to rearrange clothes on balcony! When I came in all was changed. Apparently clothes were visible through the glass so not looking great - still, will not return to the hotel which is not communicating and treating guests like children. A BIG NO!

We stayed at seaside palm beach maspalomas for 9 nights, what a lovely relaxing holiday, the hotel is immaculate, our superior room was on floor 4 and had a lovely view of palm trees and the main pool, it had a neat tidy bathroom with everything you need and a large room with balcony, The staff are all lovely, especially in the dining area, Christian was made for his roll of assisting customers finding the perfect spot for dinner, he's always smiling, great guy, Lisa was lovely and crina and the young lad herodee I think his name was were attentive to detail, we used the spa pool and the treatment room, very professional, The food was amazing, there's entertainment every evening, and a musician playing during evening meals, The hotel is in a perfect position for the esplanade or the beach. The management ask how you are during dinner, the lady with the amazing glasses and matching scarfs was really friendly and the man who's worked for different chains of hotel but fits perfectly here is a genuine guy, all in all it was a perfect holiday, one day we will return, thank you

Everything was just wonderful! We really enjoyed our stay, even though some of the furniture was a bit old. But the location, atmosphere, and the view were excellent. Great staff, always clean and cozy, and the rooms were spacious. The reception staff was especially friendly and pleasant. Thank you! I would definitely choose this hotel again.

Nice and calm apartments with everything you need; tv, sunbeds, dishwasher, washing machine, kitchen equipment, a safe, iron etc. Waking up by hearing birds, is also very nice! Also very tidy and neat. The staff was friendly and the location is amazing, in front of the beach. Parking is often possible (and free!) but at busy beach days it can be very hard to find an empty spot. The swimming pool does not seem to get used. It is possible to get beach towels from the hotel. Nice service!

Fantastic location right on the beach. Very large rooms, some with private pools. Spotlessly clean. 24 hour reception which was attended by the most helpful, polite and pleasant team you can imagine. Cleaning team all exceptionally friendly too. Has the feeling of a place that the staff are happy to go to work every day. We will definitely return, hopefully many times!

Well, where to start. Checked in at 11am and told room would be ready by 3pm. Returned from beach at 5pm, looking forward to a shower, & room still not ready. Waited in reception until 6pm when it was finally cleaned, while watching other guests check into their rooms which were ready. Air conditioning unit leaked continually for 3 days, despite maintenance guy emptying unit repeatedly. Tiled floors very slippery/dangerous as a result & we had to put towels down all the time. Receptionists very unhelpful & it was noted they also had towels beneath the aircon unit in reception! On a plus, location excellent & close to beach and room sizes very generous. Overall, disappointing and unlikely to return.

Now I’m finally back and right away with a really good feeling. This hotel is often mentioned as one of the few truly top-rated places. Getting a real 4-5-star rating isn’t common, and to be honest, I was a bit doubtful that a hotel in Las Palmas, on a small Canary Island, could live up to that kind of international standard. But they’re really close. Even though our check-in was low-key and anonymous, the service was top-notch from the very start. We were offered help with our bags as soon as we walked in, got a refreshing welcome drink, and were warmly greeted at reception. The hotel has clearly gone through some much-needed renovations over the years – and it shows. A few highlights really stood out: the beautiful pool area, the attentive and friendly service staff, and the overall quality of the food and drinks. Everything felt thoughtful and well-executed. The spa also deserves a special mention – clean, calm, and very professionally run. A perfect place to unwind. This is probably the only truly classy hotel on Gran Canaria – and it shows.

My sister and I came to Gran Canaria for the first time and honestly, we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect experience. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely taken care of. The hotel was stunning, genuinely something out of a dream. What really made it special were the people, every single member of staff was so kind, so warm, and genuinely helpful — nothing was ever too much. Any question we had, any little thing we needed, they were always happy to help. They made us feel seen and well looked after. The little touches were everything — from the chocolates left on our bed (so cute!) to the friendly chats and thoughtful service. There was an amazing perfumery in the hotel, live music, the spa/pools and breakfast was next level. They had little turtles there as well, which made it feel so calm and special. The service, food and overall vibe was immaculate. This wasn’t just a trip — it was an experience we’ll always carry with us. We already know one thing for sure; we’re coming back here, we wouldn’t stay anywhere else. The hotel, the staff, the whole energy — it’s unforgettable. Beautiful and nice hotel. staff are nice as well. We did not have problem communicating in English with them. There is also a parking at the hotel if you have a rental car. It is limited space but it should be fine depending on the season. We would love to go back there again.

Disappointing Experience I visited the hotel on August 5th, 2025, with my mother, hoping to enjoy a lunch meal at one of the cafe. I had stayed here many years ago and was excited to return, especially because the building and lobby are still incredibly beautiful. The food is still quite good but the service is very slow, we were waiting almost half of hour for a simple order. Unfortunately, the overall experience was far from what I expected from a 5-star hotel. While passing through the lobby, I witnessed two staff members—what seemed to be part of management (a man in a black suit with glasses and a woman in a purple dress)—arguing loudly with upset guests right in front of everyone. Their tone was aggressive and unprofessional, which left a very negative impression. I also spoke to other guests who mentioned that the service quality has declined in recent years, which many attribute to poor management. It’s a shame because the hotel has great potential, but it’s clearly not being lived up to under the current leadership. P.S. I read your AI generated response and do not fully understand what you mean. If I come to hotel to have a lunch, do imply that I am not a guest? What kind of family related you mention? Sorry but I think you are being extremely rude to me and confusing me with someone else

We had an amazing stay! The rooms under Unique Service are very nice and comfortable. 👍🏻 We loved the breakfast, the view, and the great service from the cleaning team. One thing to mention — the service at the pool could use some attention. Many sunbeds were covered with towels but there were no people around, making it hard to find a free spot. Also, we were surprised that coffee and water had to be purchased through the app — we only discovered this later in our stay 😉. It’s different from other hotels we’ve stayed in, but overall, it was still a very positive experience.

Unfortunately, the standard of this hotel was very disappointing. During our stay, we experienced a very unpleasant incident – the balcony doors were broken, which meant anyone could easily enter our room without us noticing. As a result, sunglasses, headphones, and some cosmetics were stolen. The staff did nothing to resolve the situation. We spoke with the manager, but she did not show much care about our case and took no responsibility for giving us a room with such a defect. For a 5-star hotel, I definitely expected much more. In addition, there is a clear difference in how “unique” guests and regular guests are treated, which should never happen in a 5-star hotel – all guests deserve equal treatment. The food could also be improved – for example, the paella was always dry and the fruits were often unripe and unlike last year bathrobes were no longer provided. Overall, we were not satisfied with the service.

Lovely environment and a great reception. Rooms very comfortable and clean. Swimming pools adequate but over crowded especially the seating areas. All in all a nice experience but seriously affected by the food quality in the buffet restaurants and most annoyingly the staff do not take the time to understand the orders which is a pitty especially at the end of the day while sitting to enjoy the spectacles or the bands while were nice enough to enjoy had it not been for the time required to order and get what you asked for... missing half the show and getting upset enough to go out and visit one of the many places by the lighthouse.

Overall, we were really satisfied with our stay at the hotel and would definitely recommend it to others. Big kudos to the fitness instructor around lunchtime – always energetic and full of positive vibes! Definitely not the same experience we had at the Baobab Hotel. The rooms were spotless throughout our stay – the housekeeping team clearly puts in great effort and deserves recognition. One thing we noticed was a big difference between the two breakfast areas. The one to the left, had a much fresher and wider selection of food. The right-side area (when facing the reception) felt completely different for some reason – the atmosphere was darker due to the lighting, it almost felt like an evening setting, and unfortunately, the food didn’t seem as fresh, which should be a must while staying in a 5* hotel. It’s worth noting that there are always guests seemed to wait for a table in the main area rather than choosing the other section (and yes that means that the main area has more work than the other so they need to divide it somehow)– and that speaks for itself. This isn’t meant as criticism, but rather a suggestion to improve the experience and make it more consistent across the hotel. That said, Lopesan Hotels are generally our first choice when staying in Gran Canaria – and with a few small tweaks, this place could be close to perfect.

I’d say it’s more 3* than 5* overall. The buildings, pool and square are all very beautiful. The rooms are a great size and I love the comfy bed! Sadly both our dressing rooms (2 rooms next to each other 1144 & 1145) had an infestation with cockroaches. My mum in 1145 asked for them to come and sort it, they sprayed the room with bug spray and left it behind. A few hours later 3 massive cockroaches dead on their backs. More found over the next few days. I decided to spray our dressing room too, a few hours later more baby cockroaches dead on their backs than I could count. Absolutely vile! I’d already unpacked our clothes at that point too. I’ve washed absolutely everything since getting home. People putting towels on sunbeds at 6am so it’s hard to find any free, shouldn’t be allowed!! The hotel staff should remove them. Lunch options are limited and very expensive. Sent our bruschetta back as basically wet tomatoes on wet bread, no seasoning, nothing. Noticed food on the dinner buffet with bite marks, maybe reusing leftover food from people’s plates? Eggs uncooked and watery inside, the staff weren’t interested in hearing about it. Our flight was delayed so didn’t get to the room till 1am, to find not a single bottle of drinking water in the room!! The teas etc hadn’t been topped up from the previous occupants either as we had bits missing that our other room had. Best bit about the stay was the evening entertainment, each night was brilliant and they were all so lovely to my 4 year old! Kids club was fantastic too.

This was an absolutely exceptional stay! Salobre Hotel Resort & Serenity exceeded our expectations – especially when it comes to traveling with a small child. The hotel offers fantastic amenities for families – we felt comfortable, safe, and truly cared for. A special thank you to the entire staff – regardless of their role, everyone was incredibly kind, helpful, understanding, and warm towards our child. Often it’s the smiles and kindness of the people that create the atmosphere of a place – and here, you feel it at every step. The food was delicious, with a great variety and high quality. Pools, spa, and cleanliness – all at the highest level. The hotel itself is visually stunning – modern, thoughtful, full of light and greenery. Despite its large size, it feels intimate, and it’s always possible to find a quiet, secluded spot to relax. We will definitely recommend this place to other families with children – and we’re leaving with beautiful memories ourselves.

Probably the best elegant, authentic, and modern Resort Hotel in Gran Canaria. My wife and I have been here during Easter Break 2025, and we visited plenty of places in the whole Canary Islands, more then 10 times over 6 years, at least twice a year. The Hotel is located in the Salobre Goldf Resort area on the South of Gran Canaria great being warmer and sunnier than other areas in the Island. It's super clean, with security and extremely calm atmosphere. Perfect to play golf as well, but also to simply relax, being surrounded from nature with great views over Gran Canaria mountains and Maspalomas sea coast, on top of being far away from tourist places, noise and doggy areas. The staff and service is great, professional, gentle and smiley. Food quality and options are great, especially when it comes to breakfast. It's a good option for dinner half boards, but we would recommend to hire a car and drive in local spanish restaurants for dinners/lunches around Puerto De Mogan which is very clean, posh and for high net worth people. The Hotel provides a lot of facilities including gym, many pools both for families and adults only areas, as well as an internally owned Spa very calm and clean, with plenty of massage options. We will come back for sure, we loved it.

One of My Favorite Stays – Truly Peaceful and Perfect This was my second time staying at Salobre Resort Serenity within a year—and honestly, it was just as amazing as the first time, if not better. Everything about this place feels so well thought-out and beautifully managed: the food is excellent, the rooms are spacious and spotless, the atmosphere is calm, and the staff are always welcoming and professional. As someone who owns a guesthouse in Marrakech and travel agency, I’ve stayed in many hotels but this one really stands out. The level of comfort and care here is something I rarely see. The views are stunning and the whole vibe is just perfect if you’re looking to relax and recharge. I strongly recommend Salobre to anyone who wants a peaceful, high-quality getaway. It’s a place I’ll keep coming back to.

First time in Salobre and definitely not the last one. The service has been amazing since the very beginning with a very warm welcome from Enrique and Indira. Every staff member is super friendly, always with a smile. The buffet is great! You realize everything has been thought before. Good food quality, and all the allergens information shown it's great when you are celiac. The sunset only adults pool is great when you look for quiet, calm and relaxing moments. The views from the room were beautiful and I have to highlight the shower experience! Thank to all the team and definitely will be back in the near future.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a thoroughly enjoyable and relaxing experience. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was calm and welcoming—exactly what we were looking for. The food was excellent throughout our stay. There was plenty of variety, everything was fresh, and the quality consistently impressed us. The hotel also offered a great selection of alcohol, including recognizable name brands, which was a nice touch and made drinks by the pool or at dinner feel a bit more special. Speaking of the pool, there were always sun beds available, no matter the time of day. This made it easy to unwind without the usual scramble to "reserve" a spot early in the morning. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with a smile, which added to the overall relaxed vibe. That said, there were a couple of minor disappointments. The spa area felt a bit outdated, we noticed that some pool tiles were coming loose, which could use some attention. Additionally, one evening was advertised as an Abba tribute night, but unfortunately, it didn’t deliver on that promise. It seemed like a mix-up or miscommunication, which left a few guests a bit underwhelmed. Overall, these were small issues in what was otherwise a lovely and laid-back holiday. I’d happily return and recommend the hotel to others!! ❤️🥂☀️

Went to the hotel extremely rude staff. Also it has some type of overpowering scent throughout the hotel which I particularly disliked. Gave me a headache virtually immediately. After this treatment I promptly cancelled our reservation for 2 rooms. Avoid if you expect 5* service and good manners also if you don’t like the smell of cheap aftershave. No atmosphere at all. I expect far more from a hotel. Certainly not a UK 5* hotel. I wouldn’t stay if it was free. My reviews are written under a pseudonym as certain countries do not like bad reviews and I have to avoid using my true name

We're having another amazing holiday with H10. We're currently in room 765 and highly recommend booking Privilege. The Gaudi restaurant is a fine dining experience like no other, with incredible service from Marta and her team. But that's not all - our spacious and beautifully furnished room offers stunning views across the sea. Lunch at the La Brasserie is always a hit, with branded drinks, plenty of sun loungers or Bali beds available anytime. Despite being full, the hotel feels relaxed and inviting with plenty of spots to unwind. The grounds and pool areas are immaculate. Every member of staff has gone above and beyond to make our stay perfect. We haven't had any issues booking any of the restaurants, but Privilege is definitely the way to go. Book it, you won't be disappointed. We're only halfway through our holiday, and we're already having so much fun!. Thank you to all the team 🙏

We bought day passes hoping for a relaxing pool day, but our experience was immediately spoiled by a pool bar staff member. From the moment we approached the bar for our first drink, their rude attitude, dismissive remarks, and unprofessional behavior made us feel unwelcome, even slamming the menu closed at one point. We did not pay a high day pass fee to be treated like this, certainly not in a 5-star establishment. The only reason we didn’t walk out was that it was meant to be a celebration for a member of our group. I addressed the staff member directly about their terrible behaviour and how rude they were, and then tried to salvage the day. There was no apology from the staff member. Later, following a staff changeover, the pool bar staff were friendly and professional, and the buffet and restaurant service were good, but the negative experience with the initial bar staff member overshadowed the rest of our visit. It felt far short of a 5-star experience. Based on this, I cannot recommend it and will not be returning. There are plenty of other options in the area.

Lovely hotel, food was great although there was a lack of options for vegetarians. The pools are fantastic and a good selection of drinks from the bar. The beach within walking distance wasn’t suitable/safe for going in the sea due to the amount of rocks and stones. The staff are really friendly and I would definitely recommend staying here.

This resort is absolutely stunning — beautifully designed with a unique African theme that sets it apart from any other place we’ve stayed. The attention to detail in the architecture and landscaping creates a luxurious, tropical atmosphere that’s both relaxing and exciting. The rooms were spacious, spotless and very comfortable. The food was excellent, with a wide variety of options at the buffet. Everything was fresh, tasty and well-presented. The pools and common areas were always clean and inviting, and there was always something to do - whether you wanted to relax with a drink, explore the grounds, or head out to the nearby beach or local attractions. The staff was also amazing. Every team member we encountered - from the front desk to the restaurant staff to the housekeeping team - was warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming.

The hotel is absolutely stunning, and seeing it in person for the first time took our breath away! We opted for the bed and breakfast option since we enjoy dining out while on holiday, and we're not big fans of buffet dinners for extended periods. However, even though there are some good restaurants nearby, we felt that the Meloneras area lacked the variety and top-notch dining experiences we were hoping for. Our standard room was spacious, cool, and well-equip with amenities and complimentary products. We had a lovely balcony with a view of the sister hotel and partial sea, and the generously sized shower room was very nice. Yes, the beds are singles pushed together, and they can slide around a bit on the tile floor, but they were surprisingly comfortable, and we had some fantastic nights of sleep. As for breakfast, the buffet was good, although it did get a bit repetitive after a few days. If you're expecting a traditional British fry-up, you might be a tad disappointed. However, the pancakes and continental options were quite enjoyable. The pools were an absolute highlight! We absolutely adored the lazy river, and it was never a struggle to find available sunbeds. There were also plenty of shaded spots with loungers, which we appreciated immensely. Entertainment-wise, the hotel kept us thoroughly entertained. There were activities during the day, and the evening shows and live music were good fun. One heartwarming note: we noticed that the hotel seems to be home to three adorable residential cats. We hope they're well taken care of by the hotel staff, receiving regular food and water. We enjoyed saying hi to them every day of our stay! All in all, I would highly recommend coming here and seeing it for yourself, it's a fantastic choice for a vacation in Gran Canaria. It's a true paradise, and we had a memorable time. Can't wait to return!

It was meant to be my birthday trip, and I brought along my sister—recovering from a serious accident—and her two children. Prior to arrival, I contacted the hotel, explained our situation, and was kindly assured that we would receive a quiet room and likely a complimentary suite upgrade so my sister could rest. Sadly, none of this was honored. Upon arrival, the reception staff had no knowledge of the promises made. No upgrade, no special arrangements, nothing noted in our booking. Early check-in was denied despite my prior request. At lunch, we were even refused entry because we had no room card yet, and only after going back to reception for a paper “permit” were we finally allowed in. The dining experience itself was chaotic: constant interruptions, immediate payment demands—even while eating—and an overall lack of professionalism. The buffet was disappointing, with very poor selection and quality far below five-star standards. When we finally received our room, it was the smallest, darkest option imaginable, with extra beds squeezed in. To make matters worse, it was directly above the stage, where loud music played until midnight—making it impossible for my sister to rest or for the children to sleep. Every promise made prior to arrival was broken. The resort also promotes an uncomfortable “two-class” system: “Unique Club” guests with bright orange wristbands and towels, reserved pool areas, and special treatment, while others are left with visibly less. The evening entertainment was equally embarrassing, with shows so poor that even the children walked away. While the grounds themselves are beautiful and the potential is there, everything else felt like a money-making exercise rather than hospitality. The price-to-value ratio is unacceptable, and I would never return. My recommendation: look elsewhere if you want a true five-star experience.

The pools are amazing and the resort and its gardens are absolutely beautiful! Rooms are clean, staff is friendly and lots of variety at breakfast. I loved the lady who made me veggie toast without ham every morning! 4 stars instead of 5 because sometimes it is like you are in a kindergarten. So many kids and crying babies and parents who don't take their responsibility. A perfect place for young families, but not for adults without children. Maybe turn at least one of the pools into adults only. Also the lighting in the bathroom is bad. It's very dark, I needed my phone's flashlight to shave. But overall, a good place for a nice holiday. I read reviews about cockroaches, but I haven't seen any at the resort. This is subtropical climate, good luck finding a place without them. This has nothing to do with the hygiene of this resort which is at high standard.

I love the vibe and decoration of this hotel, specially at the main entrance and lobby. We were met by very helpful and kind staff who offered a complementary drink as we checked in. Room was spacious and we loved the separate shower/bath configuration; I think it’s a great idea. Pools and outdoor space were very well kept. Location is great but not as close to the beach as other resorts close by, but definitely not a long stroll. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would come back!

Yes, it’s five star hotel. You’ll find good service, nice, comfortable rooms, swimming pools and if prefer ocean, exit to the public beach. We stayed on the ground floor with direct exit to the pools, which were very convenient. I think it’s a little bit overpriced and could’ve been cheaper but with huge amounts of tourists and big demand, probably will stay same.

Good 4 star (breakfast 5 star). Location not near beach or port if with older people - it’s 15 min walk to the front. Our rooms were great on appearance but we had several issues (drain flies, insects and ants, cockroaches!) which kept appearing out of nowhere. The kids loved the large slightly salty pool - very warm and big enough for a lot of children. Breakfast staff were A+ as was the breakfast itself. Truly 5*. It’s a nice place but just lacks a certain ‘holiday feeling’ with its modern design and position. Sports facilities are also good but book up fast. Entertainment is standard fair but everyone seemed to enjoy it and the performers made a big effort to entertain and engage the crowd. The kids loved the magician particularly. Dads = beers are cheap here and they have footy on if that’s your thing. Nice hotel but not great. Recommend Masplomas over Mogan for 1week or more stay.

Lovely stuff, great service and likability with all the staff across the board. Towels for the pool are soft and laundered, with exchange daily if desired. Food is of high quality though buffet is limited after a week’s stay, but still good. Pools are warm and inviting and the lunchtime pizzas are delicious.

Amazing hotel with great views. Great customer service with pleasant staff. Only criticism is that the breakfast buffet doesnt change. Their suite rooms are nice and big as you would expect. With heated and non heated pools. A decent size for the pool. Been back many times and will be going there again in the future.

Had a fabulous 6 night break here, car parking available right outside the hotel free of charge, greeted in reception with a glass of Cava. The whole hotel and grounds are spotless all the staff work hard to ensure you have a fully relaxed time, we were on the 4th floor and had wonderful views of the grounds and ocean. Breakfast time is busy and the staff are excellent and very tentative, a good range of food and drink. The pool bar is great and if you don't want to get off your sunbed you don't have to as the staff walk round often, order you drinks and they bring them to you. The pools are excellent and lovely, clean and warm. Our room was lovely and clean with a super soft bed, water delivered every day and coffee pods topped up as well. The evening buffet meal was very nice with a relaxed feel and the staff soon got to know us and our drinks were at the table as soon as we were, the staff all round the hotel are excellent and the gardeners do a fabulous job keeping the grounds looking so great. On Canarian day there was a violinist performing in the afternoon and they were absolutely amazing. All in all we had a fabulous time at this hotel and would definitely return.. A big thank you to all the staff.

We spent a wonderful week here! The hotel is of a very high standard, with quality furnishings and spacious rooms. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the staff were extremely polite and friendly. Both breakfast and dinner offered a wide variety of delicious and diverse dishes. The location is excellent – the hotel grounds lead directly onto a beautiful, large, and wide sandy beach. We would be delighted to come back here :-)

I spent a week here this month for the second year running and could not be happier with the experience. Before arriving I had asked if the hotel could provide a room in a similar area to the previous year and despite being very busy they accommodated the request. The hotel is beautiful and very well maintained with an exit right on the beach front. The staff at reception were always very polite and helpful and the cleaning staff did an amazing job in turning the room around each morning very quickly and to a high standard. I would also like to provide my thanks to the staff at the Onix bar who were amazing during the whole visit. The staff were always incredibly friendly and attentive. I could not be happier with my stay here and could see myself returning again in the near future.

Let's be clear from the outset: Riu Oasis is NOT a 5-star hotel, NOT a « palace », because it is NOT sufficiently customer centric. The hotel is clean but : - Parking is extremely difficult and there is no valet... A very small garage is available, but it is always full, forcing us to wait up to an hour everyday to find a place to park outside!… - the Reception staff are indifferent and don't try to help with it… how can it be ?!?Finding solutions should be their top priority. -Bedroom and bathroom are separated by a translucent wall... beautiful but such a bad idea. Everybody wakes up at the same time… Even in the middle if the night… difficult to recharge your batteries in these conditions. To remain positive, the housekeeping team does a really an excellent job with the bedroom. And I was close to forget something incredible. You are asked to pay 8€/day for the safe in the room! Even 4stars hotel don’t do that, it is really petty. So at the end I would say it was a disappointing experience (considering the 5 stars displayed)

We loved the place, good food, amazing private park with palm trees, nice room with a private pool. Best access to the beach. However, even though everything still feels quite new, the doors to the rooms are rather cheaply made and let a lot of sound get through. As hallways have a stone floor, movement of guests and personell is very well heard in the room. I always don't get and have often seen it: hotel owners spend millions on their hotels and then save on the doors.
