We stayed at seaside palm beach maspalomas for 9 nights, what a lovely relaxing holiday, the hotel is immaculate, our superior room was on floor 4 and had a lovely view of palm trees and the main pool, it had a neat tidy bathroom with everything you need and a large room with balcony, The staff are all lovely, especially in the dining area, Christian was made for his roll of assisting customers finding the perfect spot for dinner, he's always smiling, great guy, Lisa was lovely and crina and the young lad herodee I think his name was were attentive to detail, we used the spa pool and the treatment room, very professional, The food was amazing, there's entertainment every evening, and a musician playing during evening meals, The hotel is in a perfect position for the esplanade or the beach. The management ask how you are during dinner, the lady with the amazing glasses and matching scarfs was really friendly and the man who's worked for different chains of hotel but fits perfectly here is a genuine guy, all in all it was a perfect holiday, one day we will return, thank you

Hotel is nice and infrastructures are OK but unfortunately, we had a very nasty surprise once we had to settle our bills as we figured out that what they told us orally did not match what they ultimately bill. We ended up with paying 300 euros more than what they told orally. They even invoiced a buffet for our 1 year old daughter (that obviously did not eat a thing). Managed to negotiate to something a bit closer to what was told us initially but still ended paying much more than expected. Best advice is to thoroughly check all invoices! Their attitude also was despicable (where they told us that we misunderstood their policy...). So we will not be back due to these commercial practices.

Having booked directly with the hotel and having stayed here a few years ago, I would have thought there would be some benefit of loyalty but instead was treated with none! This time, I was given Room 203 on the ground floor—a basic room with an incredibly dated interior, complete with an old 80s carpet. The view from the balcony was awful: a kids’ playground to the left, the car park and roof in front, and the pool to the right. Unhappy with the room, we raised our concerns with reception. After waiting 40 minutes, the room manager, Miguel, informed us there was “nothing they could do.” Fortunately, during that wait, we found an alternative place to stay. The customer service was disappointing on several fronts: 1. For a direct booking, a hotel should recognize guest loyalty ( having stayed in the hotel previously and also in the Gran Residencia, the sister hotel) by providing the best available room in the selected category. Although we were told there were similar rooms on higher floors, they wouldn’t accommodate us. 2. Despite voicing our displeasure, they showed no genuine effort to address our issue. Given this poor treatment, I won’t be returning to Palm Beach or Gran Residences, despite having been a loyal visitor to both.”

Loved this place. We travelled first week in May. With 20% gold membership discount via Amex we had a Reserve Ocean Front room for £1,250 for four nights but spent five full days there. Absolute bargain. The resort was very quiet when we were there. The service was top notch. You could walk into any of the eating areas and have table service at lunch and dinner. If you are without kids the reserve is worthwhile. This gives you table service at breakfast the adult pool and buffet all day. Whilst there is a menu at breakfast they will serve you anything they have with a smile. Cocktails in the bar were great each evening, large and very strong! I cannot think of a single piece of negative feedback.

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Amazing Stay at Paradisus by Meliá! We had such a great time at Paradisus by Meliá—definitely a 5-star experience all around. From the moment we arrived, everything just felt easy, relaxing, and well taken care of. Big shoutout to Marina, our concierge—she was absolutely lovely. Super helpful, always checking in to make sure we had what we needed, and just really kind throughout our stay. She made a huge difference in how smooth and enjoyable everything was. The food was amazing, including the buffet (which had a ton of variety and was actually really good every day). We also had great meals at the restaurants—Jaime at Lemon Fish Bar was amazing and made some great cocktails. And Francesco at Ginger was fantastic—super friendly and attentive We also loved the Destination Inclusive activities—the glass-making one was a standout. It was something totally different and a really fun way to get creative and try something new.

Apologies for the delay in leaving this review, as I have unfortunately been unwell, but I wanted to make sure to express my gratitude for the wonderful time I had. From start to finish, everything exceeded my expectations, and it truly was the perfect way to celebrate my birthday. The staff went above and beyond to ensure all our requests were catered for. The activities throughout the day; especially the glass necklace making and moon watching was amazing! I thoroughly enjoyed both these activities. I would also like to extend a special thank you to Miguel for his outstanding assistance when we joined the Circle. He was not only incredibly friendly and welcoming but also knowledgeable and went above and beyond. His attention to detail and dedication has been outstanding and I can't wait to enjoy further hotels via the Circle. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning, and I can't wait to return! Lovely Hotel with Great Potential – But a Few Things to Work On Review from Room 543 I’ve got mixed feelings about this hotel. There are definitely some amazing highlights – the facilities are top-notch, the rooms are beautifully clean and modern, and the overall design is really impressive. I especially loved the Ginger Bar – the service there was outstanding, and the food and drinks were honestly some of the best we had during our stay. The pool area is excellent too – great for relaxing and very well maintained. The staff deserve a special mention. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Ivan and his team were fantastic, and a big thank you to Daniela – no matter what time you saw her in the morning, she greeted everyone with a smile. Little touches like that really make a difference. That said, there are a few areas where the hotel fell short for me. While it’s clearly positioned as a premium hotel (and priced accordingly), I felt it missed the mark in catering for families with young children. The buffet was the biggest letdown – not much variety for kids, and oddly, some items that weren’t available there could be ordered at the Ginger Bar, which didn’t really make sense. The desserts were amazing (10/10!), but the general food offering, especially at the buffet, just didn’t hit the mark – I’d have to rate it 1/10. That’s a big contrast for a hotel trying to appeal to high-end guests. Would I come back? Maybe – I’m not sure yet. There’s a lot to like here, and with a few improvements, especially around the food and family-friendly options, it could easily be one of the best resorts out there. My Ratings: • Overall: 8/10 • Ginger Bar: 10/10 • Facilities: 9/10 • Desserts: 10/10 • Food (buffet): 1/10

Just returned from a week here with my daughter and grandson, and would like to commend the staff, who, without exception worked extremely hard to ensure guests had a memorable stay. We encountered positive interactions with Orlando, Roberto, Cristian, and Angie, but really everyone gave 100%. The staff are this hotels best asset. 👌🏾👌🏾👌🏾 Special thanks to Carmelo at the Beach Shack, for his hospitality and service, and Rachid at the dessert station in the Gastro restaurant, who became a firm favourite of my grandson Lenny, because of the perfect chocolate ice cream treats he made for him! Everything was just wonderful! We really enjoyed our stay, even though some of the furniture was a bit old. But the location, atmosphere, and the view were excellent. Great staff, always clean and cozy, and the rooms were spacious. The reception staff was especially friendly and pleasant. Thank you! I would definitely choose this hotel again.

Nice and calm apartments with everything you need; tv, sunbeds, dishwasher, washing machine, kitchen equipment, a safe, iron etc. Waking up by hearing birds, is also very nice! Also very tidy and neat. The staff was friendly and the location is amazing, in front of the beach. Parking is often possible (and free!) but at busy beach days it can be very hard to find an empty spot. The swimming pool does not seem to get used. It is possible to get beach towels from the hotel. Nice service!

Fantastic location right on the beach. Very large rooms, some with private pools. Spotlessly clean. 24 hour reception which was attended by the most helpful, polite and pleasant team you can imagine. Cleaning team all exceptionally friendly too. Has the feeling of a place that the staff are happy to go to work every day. We will definitely return, hopefully many times!

Well, where to start. Checked in at 11am and told room would be ready by 3pm. Returned from beach at 5pm, looking forward to a shower, & room still not ready. Waited in reception until 6pm when it was finally cleaned, while watching other guests check into their rooms which were ready. Air conditioning unit leaked continually for 3 days, despite maintenance guy emptying unit repeatedly. Tiled floors very slippery/dangerous as a result & we had to put towels down all the time. Receptionists very unhelpful & it was noted they also had towels beneath the aircon unit in reception! On a plus, location excellent & close to beach and room sizes very generous. Overall, disappointing and unlikely to return.

We booked the Hotel Santa Catalina for one night originally and after an incredibly warm welcome immediately booked a second night. Our room was immaculate, the rooftop bar was outstanding, with top notch service and a great selection of well made drinks. The aperol spritz was great. On our second night we ate at the restaurant la bodeguita, again, outstanding service and exceptional food. Overall an amazing experience and we will be back very soon

My sister and I came to Gran Canaria for the first time and honestly, we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect experience. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely taken care of. The hotel was stunning, genuinely something out of a dream. What really made it special were the people, every single member of staff was so kind, so warm, and genuinely helpful — nothing was ever too much. Any question we had, any little thing we needed, they were always happy to help. They made us feel seen and well looked after. The little touches were everything — from the chocolates left on our bed (so cute!) to the friendly chats and thoughtful service. There was an amazing perfumery in the hotel, live music, the spa/pools and breakfast was next level. They had little turtles there as well, which made it feel so calm and special. The service, food and overall vibe was immaculate. This wasn’t just a trip — it was an experience we’ll always carry with us. We already know one thing for sure; we’re coming back here, we wouldn’t stay anywhere else. The hotel, the staff, the whole energy — it’s unforgettable. The hotel is such a beautiful place with such incredible pools and bars. The staff for the most part will go above and beyond to cater for your needs. The breakfast is incredible with so many choices you feel completely spoiled. The restaurants though can be hit and miss. The grounds are colourfully lit with ambiance everywhere.

My fiance and I had the absolute BEST time at this hotel. We will absolutely be back, even though it's halfway across the world. We hardly wanted to leave, everything we wanted was right there. We went to Poemas once and had a perfect culinary experience. Most afternoon or evening meals we went to the tapas bar on site and were constantly surprised by the quality and price - very affordable for us, coming from the US. The room was always clean and comfortable. Our only regret was that we didn't spend more time at the spa.

We loved this hotel! One of the best stays ever. I stayed with my 12 year old son. The building is amazing and so are the surroundings. Location is very good, a short walk to many sights and other areas of the town. A good variety of different kinds of restaurants nearby. The only thing we found frustrating was the very slow customer service by email. I never got an answer to my questions asked before our stay. Also the downstairs pool should be heated, the water was very cold even when the sun was shining.

First time in Salobre and definitely not the last one. The service has been amazing since the very beginning with a very warm welcome from Enrique and Indira. Every staff member is super friendly, always with a smile. The buffet is great! You realize everything has been thought before. Good food quality, and all the allergens information shown it's great when you are celiac. The sunset only adults pool is great when you look for quiet, calm and relaxing moments. The views from the room were beautiful and I have to highlight the shower experience! Thank to all the team and definitely will be back in the near future.

Probably the best elegant, authentic, and modern Resort Hotel in Gran Canaria. My wife and I have been here during Easter Break 2025, and we visited plenty of places in the whole Canary Islands, more then 10 times over 6 years, at least twice a year. The Hotel is located in the Salobre Goldf Resort area on the South of Gran Canaria great being warmer and sunnier than other areas in the Island. It's super clean, with security and extremely calm atmosphere. Perfect to play golf as well, but also to simply relax, being surrounded from nature with great views over Gran Canaria mountains and Maspalomas sea coast, on top of being far away from tourist places, noise and doggy areas. The staff and service is great, professional, gentle and smiley. Food quality and options are great, especially when it comes to breakfast. It's a good option for dinner half boards, but we would recommend to hire a car and drive in local spanish restaurants for dinners/lunches around Puerto De Mogan which is very clean, posh and for high net worth people. The Hotel provides a lot of facilities including gym, many pools both for families and adults only areas, as well as an internally owned Spa very calm and clean, with plenty of massage options. We will come back for sure, we loved it.

Salobre is simply incredible. Location is perfect for a relaxing break with it being quite out the way but a free shuttle bus makes it easy to take a trip into the local town. The staff are so friendly and do everything to ensure you have the best time. The food is just incredible with so many options to cater for everyone. The rooms and the resort in general certainly live up to the 5 star expectations. There’s so much to do in the resort to keep you entertained. We especially loved the live music every night. Whatever you’re looking for in a holiday, Salobre has it covered! Thank you Salobre, we will 100% be coming back.

We stayed for 6 nights at Salobre in the family junior suite. We would not recommend this hotel to others, as it does not live up to the 5-star expeditions and price. 1) Weeks before our arrival, we informed the hotel we will be travelling with a young baby. For that reason, we requested a room far away from the (busy) pool, and close to the restaurant. This way our baby can sleep during the day, and we would be able to dine in the evening while she would sleep. Besides that, we requested a baby bed. Upon our arrival it was a complete surprise to the staff that we were travelling with a young baby. We got a room which was on top of the noisy swimming pool, and a 6min walk from the restaurant. There was no baby bed placed in our room. It was not a welcoming start. Besides that, rooms are quite outdated. 2) Housekeeping struggles to clean all the rooms everyday. When we informed reception that we needed housekeeping, since our toilet paper was also running out, they still did not manage to clean our room. 3) Breakfast- and dinner buffets are not of 5-star quality. The orange juice is filled from plastic containers (not fresh), fruits are mostly canned, pancakes are dry. During dinner the menu cards are often wrongly placed. Meaning you should not be allergic or intolerant to any ingredient to dine here. 4) The running track at the hotel is at the Gulf court. Instructions are nowhere to be found, meaning you have to find your own way around the running court which is not a comfortable experience. 5) For several days in a row, we requested the option to extend our stay with 1 hour on the day we needed to check-out. This way our baby could still properly sleep during the day. On the day of our actual check-out we got informed that we had to leave our room at the original timeslot. The reason was that housekeeping was scheduled at 12:00h which was quite painful as we did not experience much housekeeping ourselves. A very negative goodbye

I love the vibe and decoration of this hotel, specially at the main entrance and lobby. We were met by very helpful and kind staff who offered a complementary drink as we checked in. Room was spacious and we loved the separate shower/bath configuration; I think it’s a great idea. Pools and outdoor space were very well kept. Location is great but not as close to the beach as other resorts close by, but definitely not a long stroll. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would come back!

The pools are amazing and the resort and its gardens are absolutely beautiful! Rooms are clean, staff is friendly and lots of variety at breakfast. I loved the lady who made me veggie toast without ham every morning! 4 stars instead of 5 because sometimes it is like you are in a kindergarten. So many kids and crying babies and parents who don't take their responsibility. A perfect place for young families, but not for adults without children. Maybe turn at least one of the pools into adults only. Also the lighting in the bathroom is bad. It's very dark, I needed my phone's flashlight to shave. But overall, a good place for a nice holiday. I read reviews about cockroaches, but I haven't seen any at the resort. This is subtropical climate, good luck finding a place without them. This has nothing to do with the hygiene of this resort which is at high standard.

Fantastic hotel. The grounds and pools are immaculate. It's such a beautiful hotel with so much to explore from multie pools, beautiful gardens to a turtle pool. Unsurprisingly it was the usual suspects out reserving loungers early in the morning but this was dealt with by the hotel with towels removed and letters issued. Even during Easter there was still plenty of loungers by the pool. Both buffet restaurants served good quality and variety of good. Would love to return again.

What an incredible, majestic, stunning hotel; Centre Parcs on steroids meets The White Lotus chain meets a James Bond film set with a bit of Jurassic Park thrown in. I absolutely LOVE this palatial tropical oasis. The crystal waters of the 9 pools, the beaming smiling kind and friendly staff. I don’t think I’ve ever stayed at a hotel where the staff seem so genuinely happy to help you. In particular Cristina, who moved heaven and earth to locate my phone charger. And don’t get me started on the food! We are going home rather heavier than we came because of such delicious bountiful quality stunningly prepared meals. A huge thank you for your hospitality.

Everything was more than fine. Very nice swimming pools, gardens, ... The staff was either friendly or very friendly. Both the breakfast buffet and the dinner buffet were excellent. The room was very spacious and always very neatly maintained. A big compliment to the service people. And the entertainment in the evening was also of a decent standard. Nothing to complain about. The swimming pools were heated (but for my wife it could have been a little warmer). I only have one downside: on the last day we could not have breakfast at the hotel (due to the flight hours) and had requested a breakfast package. What we got was absolutely nothing compared to the previous mornings. Which is understandable, but it could have been a bit more and certainly a bit more varied. Shame. But otherwise everything was perfect for us. We will definitely come back if health permits.

We booked this hotel, thinking it was going to be a quiet, relaxing place, seeing as it has 5 stars and promotes itself as a wellness and spa hotel. I'm giving it 3 stars because the room was very nice and clean. It had a large bathroom with shower and bath, a big terrace and the beds were comfortable. Also the breakfast buffet was very nice, with a lot of fresh food to choose from. But a few negatives as well: on the online check-in form, we've asked to prepare the sofa bed to sleep in, which wasn't prepared upon arrival, so we had to do that ourselves. And forget about a quiet night: the show in the hotel on Saturday evening was so loud, that our 10yo daughter was crying in our room because she was tired but couldn't sleep due to the loud music of the show... It lasted untill 23h, which in my opinion is too late to ensure a good night sleep for your guests. So we will not be staying here again, since we book a hotel to get a good night's sleep, not bounce out of our beds because of some show.

This was a beautiful hotel and the facilities were lovely. I opted for the half board as there isn't an option for full board here. The gym was excellent with plenty of equipment and also they have another space to do indoor activities for yoga, pilates etc which was great. A few things that could have been helpful to know when booking, half board is breakfast and dinner. Lunch there are restaurants to purchase food if you like. Also at dinner, drinks are a separate fee including water. Drinks are included with breakfast though. Outside the hotel, beach view, you can see beautiful sunsets and also a short drive to the dunes or walking is roughly an hour each way. One pool is not accessible unless you have a different payment plan (none was advised at checking in which would have been nice to have known about options). The staff were mostly attentive and friendly. Super thank you to Oscar for helping with vegetarian/vegan options. If you are vegetarian/vegan you can let them know before dinner and they can prepare a meal from the menu Vs the buffet. Mostly many vegetarian/ vegan options at dinner. Overall the place I found stunning and the bedroom was lovely. View said garden/pool yet was more car park and sea in the distance as seems to be some development going on.

Life Guards shout at children in Spanish, no matter the nationality, they don't explain the reason, and pretend to not speak English, and can be found watching a tablet instead of the pool. My autistic child was targeted for laughing, while "Unique" guests have business meetings by the pool. The towels on deck chairs are unmanaged, so you need to beat the Germans to the pool in the morning, especially the heated pools, which in March are the only pools warm enough to use. The hotel is very busy currently. Children are a disease to hotel guests. They complain to push you on, if too close. They bully children off of the tennis courts, telling them they can move on. They employ the lifeguards in dealing with their complaints. We were told by some German guests that it's adult only, and we should leave. It's funny how there is a 1 foot baby pool. Checkin is segregated by room price, and trainees man the desk if not paying enough. We received misinformation, and managers were eventually called to help, but they didn't fully know the checkin system either. Online checkin is broken,because there are no nationalities displaying, for a required entry. Breakfast is segregated by room price also. Whats interesting is that the Hotel doesn't even recognise their disrespect. Rooms are good size, but need some oil on the door hinges. TV is affected by power usage of the fridge. Some outdoor metal signs are clearly broken and should be removed. There is no outdoor space for children, so I wouldn't recommend children between 3-18. Not even room to kick a ball. The 3 acre unused car park is accessible during the day, but chose not to play on it. I'm only day two into my stay, I wonder what awaits us the remainder of our trip !

Wonderful hotel in a quiet part of Gran Canaria. All staff were friendly and welcoming and we had a very relaxing time by the various pools. They are not all heated so some were pretty cold, but we were here in Feb so it may also be a cooler month generally. Breakfast buffet catered to all tastes. Some staff were in training so there were some slight delay to orders but this was not a big deal for us. The rooms were spacious and well maintained and my son enjoyed seeing how his toys were arranged when we returned to the room in the afternoons! All in all, a great resort 👍

Wonderful resort with high levels of service; very friendly staff. Usually hotel breakfasts for places on this scale are a little lacking but the choice and quality was very good. Would highly suggest a relaxing stay here and will definitely return!

Good 4 star (breakfast 5 star). Location not near beach or port if with older people - it’s 15 min walk to the front. Our rooms were great on appearance but we had several issues (drain flies, insects and ants, cockroaches!) which kept appearing out of nowhere. The kids loved the large slightly salty pool - very warm and big enough for a lot of children. Breakfast staff were A+ as was the breakfast itself. Truly 5*. It’s a nice place but just lacks a certain ‘holiday feeling’ with its modern design and position. Sports facilities are also good but book up fast. Entertainment is standard fair but everyone seemed to enjoy it and the performers made a big effort to entertain and engage the crowd. The kids loved the magician particularly. Dads = beers are cheap here and they have footy on if that’s your thing. Nice hotel but not great. Recommend Masplomas over Mogan for 1week or more stay.

With heated and non heated pools. A decent size for the pool. Been back many times and will be going there again in the future.

A fantastic 5 days for some much needed winter sun! Nothing was too much trouble, the staff are all extremely friendly and helpful. Highly recommend having breakfast, a sumptuous buffet with everything you could want and more! We had a room with a jacuzzi which was a real treat. Will definitely be back. Thank you!

This is the perfect location in the best part of Gran Canaria. And the hotel is superb - huge perfectly comfortable bed, really spacious room, bathroom and balcony. Sun shines on the balcony for most of the day. Staff are exceptionally polite and helpful. With two beaches on either side and attractive beachside restaurants, we had a dream holiday. Will be back next year.

For our seventh and final 2024 holiday we stayed 12 days over Christmas. Firstly, the most comfortable beds we've found in a hotel and on a par with our own back home in the UK. Secondly, the view from our eighth floor balcony was exceptional and so peaceful. The Christmas evening meal went above and beyond. The immense amount of detailed work put in had to be seen to be appreciated. The food and friendly personal service was exemplary through out the stay and the spa and couples massages are strongly recommended. As a bonus you could, using Bluetooth, connect the large TV to your own device and play your music through the system. We'll be back, I'm sure!

We have all had an amazing stay at this hotel. Every single member of staff was very friendly, polite and helpful. Wide variety of food everyday. All areas are always very clean. I would recommend coming here to friends and family and will return with my own family. There are bars and shops within walking distance, and it's only a bus ride away to town for markets and beaches.

We arrived late in the evening, dinner had finished, but they did offer us a cold buffet, which was nice. I liked the fact that we didn't have room keys; everything was on the wristband chip, they give the kids wristbands as well. This hotel is currently undergoing renovations, so I would check before travel. They made great provisions for the areas/restaurants that were closed. We stayed in a privilege room, so we had access to extras like a private sun terrace, pool, certain restaurants, and lounge on level 4 on the north side of the hotel. Wasn't a big fan of the inside bar, that whole space is quite open and lacks atmosphere, needs a rethink. Also, if you are having dinner in Gaudi Restaurant, you can hear the booming music from the entertainment down below...not sure that is a privilege experience? We ate in all the restaurants except Japanese, kids needs to be 12+. This hotel is spotless, the pool areas are kept clean and safe, and all the staff were just brilliant and friendly, especially Alejandro in the bar! My favourite was a different type of paella everyday, the rose wine, the cava in the privilege lounge, and the pomel red wine. The sunset view from La Brasserie is just spectacular. We had a brilliant stay, thinking of staying at another H10 horizons next year. We used the hotel taxi service, same price as getting a taxi from the airport.

Booked a week here with the hotel via Jet2. Hotel is very clean, well designed and an excellent place to rest. All staff (reception, bar, and restaurant) including all other staff have been amazing. They’re very friendly and have gone above and beyond to provide us with an excellent service. Room we stayed at was very clean and had plenty of facilities and services (such as daily refilling of drinks). Food at the restaurants has been amazing particularly the buffet. Plenty of food provided for breakfast lunch and tea. They also rotate the food which is excellent and provide a variety which makes it easy to pick what you want. Entertainment has been excellent in the hotel. Hotel does a variety of entertainment from dance acts, to circus acts, and bands. Services at the hotel have been excellent ranging from entertainment, to several bars, and pools. Staff also do cracking cocktails which are very tasty. I went all inclusive so didn’t have to pay anything. Overall, our visit and stay in Gran Canaria has been excellent. I will be looking forward to coming back in the future.

Love this place!! Perfect for getaway and relaxing with stunning views and grateful staff. The privilege all inclusive package is amazing. You get so many different options, restaurants, wine options - bottles, great food - the Japanese restaurant is AMAZING!!!! Michelin vibe with an open kitchen! The brassiere is amazing too, and also the breakfast in the gaudi. the construction of the hotel is so beautiful and mesmerizing! We will definitely come back!! 💞💞💞💞

I would definitely recommend staying at this resort. The hotel is in a fantastic location with amazing facilities, especially in the privilege areas (easily worth the extra money)! Everywhere is very clean and I believe it is great value for money too. There is plenty of staff and they are all very helpful. Saulo especially stood out with his customer service, making sure our experience was the best it could possibly be. He was very kind and showed us all the areas of the resort. All round I am very happy with our stay and will be back in the future.

Nice clean hotel but sun loungers by all pools are too shaded by palm trees for a winter sun break. Ground floor rooms facing the car park are a bit dark & get no sun but are clean & cannot fault the cleaning staff in any way. Breakfast is good enough but would prefer a cappuccino to regular coffee. Fantastic location, right next to the beach/dunes & good for walking.

Spent some time researching hotels in the area and chose the Riu Oasis. We were completely satisfied with everything. We were especially happy with the food and service. Both were excellent. The best thing about this hotel for me was the location. The beach exit is right at the start of the Maspalomas Dunes area which is truly special. You can walk 10 minutes along the beach and feel like you are in the desert. To me this sets it apart from the other 5 star hotels in the area.

Good 4* experience. Nice pools, without tacky ambient music. 2 excellent specialty restaurants well worth booking (especially Botanico). Great breakfast buffet spread too. All the staff are unfailingly polite. Note no food available after 21.30 if you arrive late.

Rarely go to the same place twice - this is an exception. A quality hotel, fantastic food, immaculately clean with friendly and efficient staff. Excellent location by the beach, views over beach and see from our balcony window. Bus station short walk away with buses to rest of island. Not cheap, but imo great value.
