We arrived late in the evening, dinner had finished, but they did offer us a cold buffet, which was nice. I liked the fact that we didn't have room keys; everything was on the wristband chip, they give the kids wristbands as well.
This hotel is currently undergoing renovations, so I would check before travel. They made great provisions for the areas/restaurants that were closed. We stayed in a privilege room, so we had access to extras like a private sun terrace, pool, certain restaurants, and lounge on level 4 on the north side of the hotel.
Wasn't a big fan of the inside bar, that whole space is quite open and lacks atmosphere, needs a rethink. Also, if you are having dinner in Gaudi Restaurant, you can hear the booming music from the entertainment down below...not sure that is a privilege experience?
We ate in all the restaurants except Japanese, kids needs to be 12+.
This hotel is spotless, the pool areas are kept clean and safe, and all the staff were just brilliant and friendly, especially Alejandro in the bar! My favourite was a different type of paella everyday, the rose wine, the cava in the privilege lounge, and the pomel red wine. The sunset view from La Brasserie is just spectacular. We had a brilliant stay, thinking of staying at another H10 horizons next year.
We used the hotel taxi service, same price as getting a taxi from the airport.

I would definitely recommend staying at this resort. The hotel is in a fantastic location with amazing facilities, especially in the privilege areas (easily worth the extra money)!
Everywhere is very clean and I believe it is great value for money too.
There is plenty of staff and they are all very helpful.
Saulo especially stood out with his customer service, making sure our experience was the best it could possibly be. He was very kind and showed us all the areas of the resort.
All round I am very happy with our stay and will be back in the future.

First, let me say that we both agree this is one of the best all-inclusive hotels we have ever stayed at. The hotel grounds are perfectly kept with many different plants and no rubbish or even loose leaves.
The rooms are cleaned so well, even hard to reach areas were cleaned. We had a couple of faults such as the air con not working on arrival. There was a man from maintenance there within 10 minutes fixing the issue. The food is so well cooked with some amazing dishes in the restaurants (especially Sakura) with perfectly cooked omelettes to order in the buffet.
We went privilege and it was well worth it for the drinks lounges that you can make your own drinks. We poured our own beer and prosecco all day so definitely earnt our money's worth.
But the best part by far was the staff. We travelled with our 6 month old in March 2025, and admittedly, the majority of hotel guests were retired. And although every single employee I passed said hola to me, many of staff were obsessed with our child and made us feel so welxome, even remembering our name and preparing the high chair for us at breakfast and dinner. Special mention to some staff as I feel they need to be recognised - Cora and Adrian on reception; Angela, Natan, Marta and especially Minerva in the restaurants.
We have never stayed in a hotel more than once, but this one we would definitely come back to and probably other hotels in the chain.
The only negatives we had were the 2 single beds were not tied together so moved away from each other. The location is quiet but away from anywhere other than the supermarket and the beach and I would recommend a car (there is the hotel underground car park and free street parking, although no lift from the underground car park up to the hotel). And that the breakfast was not open anywhere until 7.30 which was late for us, especially due to our personal situation of having a small child.

Wonderful hotel, fantastic service, the friendliness and help from all the staff is really appreciated. We have returned twice to this great hotel and had a superb family holiday for three generations, and we will be returning next year.
We are all very happy with this hotel as the go-to location for our annual family gathering. We highly recommend a holiday here.
Well done and thank you to everyone concerned.

This 5-star hotel is pure perfection—elegant, comfortable, and set in a fabulous location that offers both charm and convenience. The highlight? Gaudí Restaurant. The food is beyond exceptional—beautifully crafted, bursting with flavor, and served with true finesse. Every dish is a culinary experience.
The staff is attentive, the rooms are luxurious, and the overall vibe is effortlessly chic. If you’re after top-tier comfort and world-class dining, this is the place.
