I went with my son to have dinner at the buffet restaurant of this wonderful five-star hotel, and everything was absolutely perfect. There was an impressive variety of food — it was an international night with dishes from different countries. The service was impeccable; the waiter came to our table several times to attend to us with great kindness.
Dinner was originally scheduled to end at 9:30 p.m., but a waiter went to each table to let everyone know it would be extended by 15 more minutes, which was a lovely gesture. The hotel is surrounded by nature, and you can also see the sea from there. It was a very pleasant experience — I totally recommend it.

A beautiful hotel with touches of luxury throughout. The most helpful friendly staff I've ever encountered. I love everything about this hotel and wish I could stay longer. The breakfast buffet was excellent with everything you could possibly want available. It's spotlessly clean and just a wonderful place to base on the beautiful island. A 10min stroll to the nearest beach

The hotel is great, they really make you feel at home. There are many options to choose from when you are there. From the 5 restaurants to the 5 or 6 pools.
There are options for private pools with the different rooms.
The concierge Pedro had great suggestions for activities and offered some truly unique experiences. He also showed us two incredible beaches that you won’t find on any guide.
My only issue was that the sound proofing wasn’t on par with the rest of the experience. We could hear everything happening outside of the room and some of the notices from the neighbours.

This was a very last minute booking as our holiday was cancelled to the air traffic issues. I booked a suite with pool 24 hours before we went. We slightly knew the area but not the hotel, but the reviews swayed me. I got a good deal direct with the hotel, and i added on the half board. Its an easy drive from the airport. The hotel is enormous, arranged in ‘blocks’, and we were in 5 , by the adult pool. Room very good, but weird glass bathrooms with no entry door, and huge gaps around toilet door. Not suitable for sharing with a friend and although here was a sofa bed it would have been way too crowded if you added any children (in my opinion), and no privacy at all. There’s lots of children and babies, and you can hear them from that pool. Plenty of comfortable, large sunbeds, and lots of towels - might be too busy in August (told it was 60% full). Restaurants very good standard, if slightly lacking in atmosphere. You did have to book on the app. Italian good for lunch. Mediterranean and sushi excellent, didn't try the other one. I think lots of people must be on AI. Drinks very reasonable, and they did balloons and cava for my birthday. Went once to the bar, very boring full of families and children, not our thing. We did go out to the Port and had dinner and lunch there too. Didn’t go to the beach as it looked v small and busy. All in all a great break and would go back, but not for any longer than 5 or 6 days.

Absolutely beautiful hotel, amazing attentive staff, gorgeous restaurants, stunning setting with spectacular views. It's the cleanest hotel we have ever visited and a real testament to the management and staff for running everything like clockwork.
I would advise the room with a pool and/going all inclusive, it's worth the extra!
We had an amazing holiday and we will be back again without doubt.
