My wife and I chose this hotel for our honeymoon, and if I were to sum it up in a single word, it would unquestionably be "excellent." Prior to our arrival, I communicated with the hotel, explaining our plans to surprise my wife, and they executed it flawlessly, adhering to every detail I provided. My wife was overjoyed, and the Zafiro Hotel team truly made our trip extraordinary. This hotel caters to your every desire, and I couldn't find a single flaw. The staff is both excellent and friendly, the meals are delicious and diverse, and there are numerous pools offering breathtaking views, among other amenities. If you're in search of an outstanding place to stay, I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. Don't waste your time searching for a better one; I conducted extensive research and can confirm that it is unquestionably the finest hotel in the beautiful island of Mallorca. We look forward to returning again soon.

Honest to god.. my stay at Zafiro Palace Andratx was some of the best memories I've ever had travelling (and that's saying a lot as I'm an avid traveller who often stays in boutique/luxury hotels). I couldn't get over how breathtaking the property was (the views are incredible), how amazing the food was and how great the service was! I visited with a friend for 3 nights and couldn't help but think of what an amazing place this would be for couples and families. When checking in I was instantly greeted with warm welcomes and a glass of Spanish champagne; the perfect welcome gift after a tiring day of travelling! Something I really appreciated was how technologically advanced Zafiro is in comparison to other hotels I've stayed at. I was able to download their Iphone app and utilize it throughout my stay to connect with the concierge/ ask questions, review/make changes to my restaurant reservations and to check the schedule for activities+services. This was a lifesaver and helped so much. I am SO SO happy we decided on the all inclusive package. This made our lives so much easier throughout our stay and allowed me to try things I normally wouldn't. I highly recommend going this route! Location is perfect with a stunning beach/charming town area nearby only 5-10 minutes away. Apparently Brad Pitt has a house in the port of Andratx - we enjoyed walking around trying to figure which house was maybe his :)

A really beautiful hotel in a nice quiet corner of Mallorca. Only half an hour from Palma, so a quick transfer from the airport. Spotlessly clean, amazing food at the speciality restaurants (properly impressive - not just “nice burgers” - we’re taking about stunningly presented top-quality sashimi) and beautiful views from everywhere. Plenty of comfortable sun beds - no racing out with towels at 7am. Only drawbacks - the Italian restaurant wasn’t quite as good as the rest (the pizzas are tough to get through) and only one outdoor family pool was heated. But the Sky Pool was lovely and the other restaurants were amazing, so no big deal :-)

The variety of cuisines on offer was impressive, and the food quality was consistently excellent. For larger groups, I would recommend booking a table in advance to ensure you get the best dining experience. The service within the restaurants and bars was top-notch. The waitstaff were knowledgeable about the menu and wine selection, and they provided attentive and friendly service. Dining here truly felt like a gourmet experience. I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to all the staff at Zafiro Palace Andratx for making my stay so memorable. Their dedication to creating a perfect guest experience was evident in every detail. I can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a luxurious, all-inclusive getaway in Mallorca. It exceeded my expectations in every way, and I can't wait to return.
