As an introduction to this review, perhaps you could first compare the image of the footbridge to the sea on the hotel's website, which promises direct access to the sea, with my image of the footbridge as reality.
Then it is easier to understand what I mean when I emphasise here that the four stars and the big name Hyatt in no way stand up to what we experienced. Stars do not stand for greatness but for service and here it was lacking. Only the technician acted quickly, friendly and competently when we called because of the not working remote control.
But now the core annoyance: Actually it was mainly about the missing towels in the bathroom. It can always happen that they are forgotten, we would easily understand. The towels had just been forgotten and you would think that a simple phone call to reception would solve the problem. No, it all took 3 hours (and phone calls, including to the Hyatt head office, and up and down walks) and we had been repeatedly questioned whether we had looked properly, or we were sure, etc. In the end, we went down to reception with the ultimate demand and after repeated questioning we were given the towels - just from behind the desk. Finally, the rooms were freshly painted and clean, but the ventilation in the bathroom didn't work and the beds were so worn out that the feeling of having checked in at the wrong place remained lasting.

Great few days away… very quiet and chilled. The animation team, especially Sergio and Cristian were brilliant. The kids loved the disco every night and they made them feel so included and special to join in every evening. A lovely few days away for what was a last minute trip. Exceptionally clean hotel, all the staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. A lovely little spot 👌🏼

Nice hotel great location food choice good. Entertainment staff great work really hard to make everyone feel welcomed and involved. Restaurant staff and chefs friendly.

We came with my parents and my three children. Our ages span 69 years. We have all had a great time here as a family. We haven’t been on an all inclusive holiday before. Glad we only went half board plus because we would have eaten all day on full board. The hotel entertainment was really good fun, Sergio and Christian from entertainment team really made it enjoyable.

All round great place. The only thing I can say I wish was slightly better (which is me being very picky) is that the beds were slightly too stiff for me but that’s me being picky. The food was amazing and the staff were all so friendly. They got to know us and what table were tend to sit at at meal times and always had a high chair waiting for our little one which was so nice of them. Always so inviting and no requests was too much effort for them. All round a 10/10 place. Well done! See you next year.
