This hotel is absolutely fantastic there reception area is stunning/modern and clean smells Amazing.
Staff are very welcoming and professional.
Food and restaurant is without a doubt the best we have ever had in a hotel theres so much choice and the quality is excellent shout out to the staff in the restaurant esp the lady who makes the omelette i think her name was sharon she is so friendly and always smiling.
Pool area is nice but I think in high season it would be difficult to find a sunbed.
Rooms are on the small side and not loads of storage but always clean with fresh towels and bedding.
Location of the hotel is Stunning with views to die for.
Loved our stay and would love to return.

Despite being advertised as a 5* hotel, there are a few reasons we feel it's not quite there yet. On arrival, there's a variety of hidden charges. These include car parking within the limited hotel grounds(@€18 per day), customer tax €6.75 per person per day - this all added €169 to the bill before we had even arrived in our room. You do get a complimentary bottle of water in your room, on arrival, chargeable thereafter.
In these modern times, there's no hard copy of a hotel/visitor guide for your room, which isn't helpful for people who choose not to have a smartphone. They say they'll give you a 'tablet' to view the guide, but I'm unsure how accessible that would be for all.
The Internet, however, is free and sufficient for emails.
The advertised Sky Bar is lovely, but the upholstered bed chairs are chargeable, and the package includes an alcoholic drink. Meals are lovely. There's a great breakfast selection, and evening meals are €30 per head, with a different World Cuisine every night.
Our room was pretty compact, meaning there was little floor space, but there was just enough storage for clothes and suitcases.
The air conditioning is good—the best we've had. The housekeeping staff are attentive and really lovely. We had an issue with our storage drawers, which they fixed on request.
Enjoyable stay, nice place to come in late October, still places open, lots to do and not too hot and noisy!

The hotel fully deserves its 5-star rating. All the staff were friendly and very helpful. We arrived at 8 a.m., and the lovely receptionist, seeing how tired we were, invited us in for breakfast and provided us with a place to wash, change, and store our luggage. Our room was ready within two hours. The room was cleaned daily. The only inconvenience was that the toilet and shower were separated from the room by a dark glass panel instead of a traditional door. The food was delicious and plentiful, buffet-style. Professional and friendly chefs freshly fry fish, meats, and omelets. The room service was always smiling. There's live music several times a week, in various forms. Despite having a large number of rooms, the hotel feels like a cozy place to relax. Right next to the hotel is a beautiful beach with white sand and azure waters. It's worth returning to this place !!!

We had an absolutely wonderful week celebrating my birthday with friends at the Fergus Style Tobago Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff were welcoming and attentive.Impressive customer service and care ,nothing was too much to ask ,the kind staff even surprised me on the big day and left me a bottle of champagne ,cake and a card in our room….a very nice touch. Thank you all again for making our stay truly special. Robert & Donna room 1722 ❤️❤️🍾

Second time staying here and obviously rebooted due to really enjoying the last stay.
However this time was totally different.
The room was clean and adequate but the noise was awful. There didn't appear to be any sound proofing. You could hear the man with the leaf blower early hours. Doors closing continuously through night and the rubbish truck every morning.
In the room the coffee machine and tv didn't work. Reported tv and was fixed straight away. One night on returning the sheets felt damp. Again these were changed very quickly.
Can't comment on the breakfast as we like to be out early so never ate in the hotel.
I dont believe the standard is the same as it was 3 years ago.
