I would rate this a 5 star if the rooms were slightly bigger. Everything was amazing and everything that was included was great. The only issue was for a 5 star the rooms are really small and smell like chlorine. The gap between the bed and the wall was around 40cm so you are having to squeeze by.

A satisfactory hotel with well-designed exterior spaces and a delightful breakfast menu. The staff is generally friendly, but there are noticeable mismanagement issues, such as poorly designed rooms (especially bathrooms) and low-quality control in housekeeping (missing towels and blankets). It's recommendable for a bargained price. There’s a huge room for improvements in overall management.

We booked another HM hotel for a family holiday in the low-season. Because they suddenly rebooked us, we ended up staying here. Unfortunately no one told us before that this hotel is very family unfriendly. We were not allowed to swim in the pool with a 5 years-old child and got chucked out several times by the receptionists. A complete no-go for me. Btw that happened to a few other guests as well. All in all its a nice hotel, with very good food and nice waiters, but apparently there is a big mismanagement happening and the receptionists are following the rules from their bosses without any empathy. What a shame!

Super cute tropical vibe hotel. Would absolutely stay here again. The room was perfect with a massive patio + sunset view. inclusive breakfast is a bonus but I would definitely skip the sushi restaurant. Location was great for us one block from beach and restaurants super close by also

This must have been the worst experience we have ever had when trying to book a hotel. We booked for 4 adults + 1 child (3 years). We called the hotel to confirm that 3 people were allowed in the rooms. For a total of 6 calls during a 2 week period they were not able to provide us with a straight and definite answer. The website clearly let us book children, representatives we talked to all gave us different information. The fifth call the representative confirmed after talking to her manager that this is a family hotel, she would note down in our booking on arrival to make sure there was not any problems.
1 week after that day we recieved an email stating "We unfortunately have to cancel your booking because Ayron Park is an ONLY ADULTS hotel, we can book you into HM Tropical". So they cancel us, suggest a downgrade to a 4-star hotel for basically the same price. I call them and ask if this is true, the representative confirms that this is a family hotel and checks with her supervisor. She comes back saying that they recently have decided to change it to adults only and that she cannot accomodate our stay. Sixth time we are calling, spent hundreds of euros due to calling abroad our backup hotel got fully booked. So I ask them how they plan to solve this issue that they clearly have created. They were supposed to call me regarding a solution + compensation, not heard anything so we have to book something outside our budget.
I would NEVER recommend this hotel chain to anyone that wants a hassle free process and a pleasant stay.
