I spent a day at this hotel with a day pass and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The reception staff were outstanding – very friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which immediately made the day feel special.
The hotel itself is impeccably clean, beautifully maintained, and offers plenty of space to relax with multiple pools and different areas to sit, sunbathe, or just enjoy the atmosphere. I especially want to highlight the Sky Bar team – they were incredibly nice, attentive, and made the experience even better.
Dinner was a buffet and honestly exceeded my expectations: a wide variety of options, fresh, tasty, and well presented.
Even though I didn’t stay overnight, the whole day was fantastic, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to spend a relaxing and enjoyable day.

On the whole we had a lovely 10 days and would probably go back. My main issue was the lack of any entertainment, the rooftop bar was completely dead, not even taped music. Our room "standard" was a strange shape with too much furniture at the balcony end, a metal chair that had no function as far as I could see. That said the staff were friendly, attentive and plenty of them.

The hotel has wonderful pools and a beautiful atmosphere—so relaxing and the perfect way to spend our last day. It truly made our trip end on a fantastic note! A special mention to Blanca and Nuria, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for. Their warmth and professionalism made the experience even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone!

Fantastic holiday! A brilliant hotel and facilities. Everywhere had a calm and relaxing feel to it, whether it be the main or rooftop pool, the beautifully smelling lobby or dining room! The gym was well small yet well equipped and the bike rental was easy to organise. We had a brilliant room with a fantastic sea view. It’s easy to furnish a building to a high standard but the care and personal service we felt from all of the staff really made our experience - from Laura and Lucas in the reception team, to Christina and Christian in the restaurant and a young gentleman with dark hair at the sky bar (we didn’t get your name, sorry!). These team members matched our energy well and really made our holiday that bit better. Thank you for a super week!

This hotel is not a perfect 5 star but it does MANY things very well. Great staff, clean all through, absolutely wonderful food - i looked forward to dinner each night, clean and comfy sun loungers. Loved the rooftop area - nice and chill. I felt like a valued customer. What I can't rate so highly was the aircon in the room which was adequate but could have been more powerful. Also, the vicinity of the hotel could improve by providing more litter bins and places for men to urinate. It felt a little seedy for this reason. I discovered it is the party place for Germans.
