A lovely hotel. My kids also enjoyed as there is so much to do for them, the pool, kids club and playground were great. The suite was spacious and clean and an added bonus having a large terrace with the jaccuzi. Very accommodating staff who brought food to our room when we arrived at night, also every breakfast and dinner they had a table set up for our family with the highchair and kids chair ready. Very thoughtful. We had a lovely stay and would reccomend.

I really wanted to love this hotel as we stayed an entire week but there were notable things that need tending to. This hotel is poorly built (the finishing in the rooms and spas) and extremely understaffed. There were multiple times we tried calling room service and got no answer and when they did answer there was no one able to bring us what we needed, for example an iron. Not to mention the only phone that works is plugged in the bathroom?? The one on the nightstand is just for decor I guess. We also wanted to order room service one night and based on their QR menu you can order food until 10pm. We called well before that just to be told the kitchen was already closed. I also scheduled a facial and they are so understaffed that the esthetician had to keep leaving during our session to check on the floor. We also scheduled a couples massage just to have oil rubbed on us. 😐 I would not call it a massage at all. I guess you get what you pay for but we were expecting more from a “five star hotel”. I will say that the food was good and the staff is nice.

In our opinion it is not a 5 star hotel. The staff was very nice,room ok but no coffee or tea in the room .Not even a bottle of water. Apparently it is also booked by big German tour operators and I don't think the guests pay nearly 200€ a night. Disappointing

Great hotel with spectacular interiors and great gardens. Staff are really nice and we were greeted with a glass of Cava. Breakfast and dinner were great and since we paid for the dinner, I think it was good value. The room was big, well equipped and had a balcony. The bathroom had a separate bathtub and a shower. The place has got evening entertaiment, but it is not loud and disruptive. I did not like extra charge for wifi and room safe. In my opinion 5 star hotel should not use cheap airline techniques to raise revenue. This is not a major issue and I can definitely recommend this place.

May 2016: The service is very friendly and forthcoming. The rooms are spacious and clean. The architecture of the hotel is beautiful. The hotel is close to the sea and secluded. Free WiFi and the bandwidth is great. Oct 2016: Back again and although the same crew worked throughout the whole summer they are still very friendly and professional. We had some work to do and I can only reiterate that the WiFi Bandwidth is excellent (in building 4).
