A high quality hotel who's ethos is customer service and enjoyment. Good sized rooms with huge beds, modern bathrooms with rainfall showers and big TVs, safe in all rooms,Tea and coffee facilities and a mini fridge. Great views if you opt for the sea view rooms.
Two pools with plenty of sunbeds, a pool bar and a bar next to reception. There is also a spa and gym on the resort and exercise classes throughout the day plus games.
The restaurant is also on the ground floor, which gives plenty of choice of fresh food for breakfast and your evening meal ( you will eat too much because it is so good).
There is also the culinarium on the first floor which does a five course taster menu and is exceptional. If you're booked for more than 4 nights you can book and visit once per stay.
Finally, the staff are on another level, no pushy sales, willing to help with all they can, and an absolute credit to the hotel.

Great location with a stunning view!
If you’re using public transport (as I did), the bus stop is very close.
It’s also near the port and a small beach.
The hotel is a bit old-fashioned but still very nice.
Breakfasts and dinners were good, with something new every day. I just didn’t know before arriving that all drinks at dinner are charged extra (even water), though the prices were quite reasonable.
The staff were really helpful and friendly.
The only strange thing was that people reserved sunbeds with their towels, and the staff didn’t seem to do anything about it. For example, I went to the pool at 9 a.m. — no people around, but all the beds were already taken.
One more thing to note — the rooms are quite noisy. You can hear sounds both from inside the hotel and from the street, even with the doors and windows closed.

The first visit was so good, we immediately booked again for the same holiday. To begin with the hotel has an amazing location, overlooking the cliffs of Los Gigantes. A room with a sea view is essential. Sitting on the balcony with a glass of something, enjoying amazing sunsets. The rooms are nice enough, the bed was very comfortable. We couldn't fault the room service, everyday our room was cleaned and tidied with fresh towels. The hotel is spotlessly clean, the staff are constantly on top of the cleaning. It's an adults only hotel, which is what we wanted. We stayed half board, the breakfasts were excellent with sensible times of service. There are good amenities, with four elevators which are modern and swift. The pool areas are really lovely, with well kept gardens. We especially enjoyed the salt pool area, it's smaller and more intimate. The water has just enough salt to allow one to float without any effort. A sensation I enjoyed immensely, so relaxing. One other thing is that most of the staff are very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend a stay here, enjoy.

Spent a week here as a family of two adults and a 17 year old. Brilliant stay. We had a Garden Suite which was spacious, clean and comfortable. The food was really good. The evening buffet and breakfast had a wide range of delicious food. We ate several lunches at the Pool Bar which we found good value and tasty. We used the quiet pool which is a great place to relax.
The staff are fantastic - so friendly and helpful. They make the place memorable. Special mention to Clara the fitness lead - we did several classes with her. Really good range of classes and she is so enthusiastic and expert in what she does.
We would definitely return

We got back from our holiday at Tui blue Loz gigantes last Saturday and overall had a lovely stay. The hotel was lovely. Our room was clean and comfortable. The lady that cleaned the room (Leny ) was bright and cheerful and kept the room in a very presentable condition. A slight issue with the service at the bar as we were often waiting over half an hour to be served when seated. That wasnt too much of an issue though. My only real complaint was one of the bar staff who was incredibly rude when I had reason to complain about one of my cocktails. I quite politely went over and said I was sorry and that I hated complaining but my cocktail was watery. The barman( unfortunately I didn't get his name) immediately went on the defensive , raising his voice and saying he had been making cocktails for 21 years and that there was nothing wrong with my cocktail. I felt a little intimidated by his reaction so went to see my husband. We went back up and the waiter was still defensive . He eventually said ' what do you want me to do? Make you another one? By this point I was quite angry and told him not to bother. Maybe he should have offered initially. To the rest of the staff, thankyou very much for your incredible service.
