The first visit was so good, we immediately booked again for the same holiday. To begin with the hotel has an amazing location, overlooking the cliffs of Los Gigantes. A room with a sea view is essential. Sitting on the balcony with a glass of something, enjoying amazing sunsets. The rooms are nice enough, the bed was very comfortable. We couldn't fault the room service, everyday our room was cleaned and tidied with fresh towels. The hotel is spotlessly clean, the staff are constantly on top of the cleaning. It's an adults only hotel, which is what we wanted. We stayed half board, the breakfasts were excellent with sensible times of service. There are good amenities, with four elevators which are modern and swift. The pool areas are really lovely, with well kept gardens. We especially enjoyed the salt pool area, it's smaller and more intimate. The water has just enough salt to allow one to float without any effort. A sensation I enjoyed immensely, so relaxing. One other thing is that most of the staff are very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend a stay here, enjoy.

Spent a week here as a family of two adults and a 17 year old. Brilliant stay. We had a Garden Suite which was spacious, clean and comfortable. The food was really good. The evening buffet and breakfast had a wide range of delicious food. We ate several lunches at the Pool Bar which we found good value and tasty. We used the quiet pool which is a great place to relax.
The staff are fantastic - so friendly and helpful. They make the place memorable. Special mention to Clara the fitness lead - we did several classes with her. Really good range of classes and she is so enthusiastic and expert in what she does.

I was a bit anxious when I found out my partner had booked this hotel. I am emetephobic and alot of the reviews mentioned people being sick etc, I will add the hotel is very very clean however having the hand sanitiser stations wont help in a stomach virus outbreak because hand sanitiser will not kill the virus. Only bleach or certain wipes will.
However that being said, the hotel staff are constantly cleaning and thankfully I went outside of the norovirus season.
Now onto my review, the hotel is lovely, the rooms and bed spacious. The views are insane we had dinner and breakfast every morning looking out into the cliffa of los gigantes. The staff I could not fault, all extremely friendly and helpful, this even goes down to the waiters/waitresses and the cleaners.
The hotel lobby is nice and spacious and the pools clean. We spent most of our time at the quiet pool because the main pool usual has towels taking up the sunbeds (this is an issue wherever we seem to go). The view from the main pool again is out into the water.
The location of the hotel is amazing, its right by a few natural pools we spent a few days visiting them as they are within walking distance. As is the black sand volcanic beach however this does get really busy.
The only negative thing I have to say is the entertainment, I wasnt a fan it was very basic and not what I'd expect from a TUI hotel. There was a cher tribute when we were there who used so much auto tune excessive and I love cher.
Anyways over all id highly recommend this hotel. However by the looks of things id try and avoid it over the winter months as the stomach bugs are hard to get under control.

Visited several times over the years, it is the only holiday hotel we ever have been back to more than twice out of choice. It was our first trip back since before Covid and it was better than ever. The food in the buffet restaurant was outstanding. Great choices of food types from round the World on offer, consistently well cooked and presented. Rooms comfortable and clean, staff friendly, welcoming and helpful, lovely quiet location. Overall brilliant.

Just came back from this hotel. Wanted to say that it was an amazing stay. The food was good, room was probably the best part - big, clean, bright, modern.
All staff were great, very helpful and cheerful.
Especially Klarka from Czech republic ( fitness team ). She was absolutely amazing, her yoga, Pilates and aqua Zumba stuck forever in my memories!
The bar with outstanding view on sunset, with reasonable prices for drinks was also one of the best parts of my stay.
Overall, want to say thank you very much all the staff of this amazing hotel
