Hard to give a definite rating to this hotel. Most of the areas are pretty run down, the rooms, common areas and facilities seem in desperate need of a renovation.
The service however, is overall good. Everyone is really attentive and even though some of the staff do nice things while waiting immediately for a tip, the service has a good standard.
The food is flavory and tasty. Its changed every day and the drinks are unfortunately not as good. Alcohol options are rated limited and the only included only applies to national drinks which is alcohol I have never heard about. Besides that, the usual precautions of traveling to Egypt, no ice, careful with the washed food and with some luck, you only end up with a slight stomach problem.
The location is nice, there are some areas to walk around but the night life is pretty much gone after 10:30 pm.
If your objective is to relax in couple and have some affordable vacations, I would say this is the place to be. Considering all in, I had a decent time.

Kai sol romance exceeds the expectations of even the most demanding clients. ✨
Stuff is very nice, helpful, fast, flexible and they carry drinks to the sunbeds, whether at the pool or on the beach. 🍹
🍲The food is excellent, every day is in the symbols of a different cuisine (Italian, Asian, European...). There are also 5 La cart restaurants at no extra charge, for which you need to make a reservation in advance. Dinners are accompanied by live music.
🛏️The hotel is very clean. The rooms are modern with a bigger balcony.
🌊The pools were about 29 degrees. The sea was cooler but people were swimming, about 25 degrees ( like in summer in Croatia)
The hotel meets the category of a 5 star hotel.
I definitely recommend 🌸

I was there to celebrate my 50th birthday. The hotel surprised me in the room with balloons, towels and happy birthday. the restaurant gave me a cake and the waiters sang happy birthday to me. I was pleasantly surprised by the very polite and smiling hotel staff. And on the beach they came with everything to clean your sunglasses... After all, it was like I was on my honeymoon at 50 years old. definitely the best vacation of my life: food, cleanliness, atmosphere... I will definitely come back. Grade 10 with congratulations

the hotel is really good..quiet, the food is excellent as well as the service. The beach is magnificent, the shops are very practical for shopping and even medicine.. I appreciated the good intentions on my birthday. BUT I don't find it normal that from 7am in the morning the best deckchairs are reserved..at the swimming pool and at the beach..we saw the towel staff putting them out themselves for customers who only arrive from 10 a.m....not normal at all...it was noted that it's forbidden...the deckchairs are blocked all day...we can't hope to have one unless it's poorly placed...for us it's really not normal at all...that's why 3 stars and not 5

I've been to Egypt three times before this visit and this resort was hands down, the best I've been to!
KaiSol is immaculate, the staff are extremely helpful and welcoming.
I highly recommend the VIP Spa package, we did this on our first day and it was incredible. We booked through a man called Sam, one of the reps that comes around on the beach.
I also highly recommend doing the desert safari. An unmatched experience that will stay with you forever. We got a deal through a rep called Abdulah who couldn't of been more helpful.
There is plenty variety of food at KaiSol. My partner is quite fussy but he was pleasantly surprised as he had a full plate (or two) at every meal.
I would advise you change your money up in Egypt. We did ours at the airport in a machine before collecting our luggage but they like taking English currency because their exchange rate is better out there so you can still use it. Alternatively you can change it up in the hotel or at the market.
There is a pharmacy on site. I managed to buy some antibiotics from there as I came down with a chest infection. Very helpful service!
There is a 24hr clinic on site, convenience shops and outlets to buy clothing on site too.
The beach is sensational. A couple of times a week, they had a BBQ on the beach, accompanied by a sax player! We spent all our time here rather than at the pool.
Evening entertainment was excellent too, we really enjoyed that and the setting for this is beautiful.
I would 100% return to this hotel, it's absolutely worth the return.
Things I would recommend on taking:
-Towel clamps for the sun beds. It can get breezy and the towels flap around. The breeze is welcomed by the way. We went in March and was thankful for some breeze.
-Nappy sacks! Toilet paper cannot be flushed down the toilet in Egypt. You have to put it in the bin next to the loo. This gets changed daily but I would highly recommend taking nappy sacks to put your used paper in and then put in the bin.
-Small change. It's customary to tip in Egypt so you'll want to have smaller currency on you. Every tip we gave, was our own choice but they were worth giving. The staff were faultless
