Fantastic hotel with stunning clifftop views and a huge range of experiences - diverse food options, pools for every mood, kids/adults only zones, a well stocked gym - all freshly renovated and tastefully designed. The reception team were so helpful and genuinely warm, always sharing tips, arranging taxis within minutes etc. The whole place has a relaxed atmosphere where staff seemed to enjoy what they do despite this being a big and busy operation. I would absolutely love to visit it again!
A few small bits of constructive feedback. The food variety is impressive, but it would be great to see more prominent Spanish / Canarian cuisine alongside other options which seemed to dominate the buffet. A separate paid bar or restaurant with decent wines, proper cocktails and an à la carte menu would elevate the experience as the all-inclusive drinks on tap can feel repetitive after a few days. The ‘all inclusive plus’ concept was new and slightly confusing - clearer naming conventions (for example full board vs all inclusive) might help manage expectations. The children playground feels a little like an afterthought compared to the pools and gym, expanding and refreshing it would make a big difference for families who spend hours every day on that small terrace.

To start off by explaining my reasoning behind 4 stars instead of 5 is purely based on the fact that the kids splash pool wasn't open during our stay. Whilst it didn't necessarily ruin the holiday, it was a huge disappointment for me after spending hours trawling the internet to find the ideal pool layout for my family, it was the only reason I booked this hotel in all honesty. So this was a huge let down and we weren't informed of this prior, nor were we told on check in. We only discovered it after having a walk around and finding it fenced off.
The only other negative comments from me are; -The room shower. It didn't appear to have been thoroughly cleaned. There was quite a lot of mould built up on the smaller shower head, around the bottom of the shower near the door and on the tiles. This could easily be remedied with some bleach, but I don't believe the cleaners pay much attention to the shower which is a bit of a put off for me.
-The toilets by the pool and in the main building by the sports pitch had the worst smell I've smelled since the Long Drops in Glastonbury. Not sure what that's about but wow, it was insane. Also no soap in the pool toilets, which I feel is a bit poor and also gross.
Anyway moving on, we had a wonderful holiday and stay overall. The family suite itself was absolutely fine and clean enough (other than the shower as mentioned), really comfy beds which was a bonus! Also pretty quiet (other than hearing the above occupants running around/moving tables each morning). Lovely balcony space too and the decor is nice.
The hotel itself is beautiful, it's modern and you can see a lot of effort goes in to maintaining it all. The staff are all wonderful- friendly, helpful and very hard working which should be recognised. The main pools that were open were great, nice and warm and plenty of entertainment going on for all ages. Again, a lot of thought goes into making sure guests are happy!
The food is spot on, always great choice (and I usually struggle with hotel buffets), but I genuinely enjoyed each meal I ate, particularly the Asian cuisine station. The fresh pizzas are a must too.
The kids disco is ideal, nice and short and engaging for the young ones, though I would have preferred it to start little earlier than 7pm as my 3 year old was all tuckered out by then, but that's a personal preference.
I would definitely recommend staying here, it's got everything you could need for a beautiful holiday. The weather being fabulous helps too. Had it not been for the splash pool being closed- it would have been practically perfect for us!

Great hotel, kept lovely and clean, from the rooms to the overall hotel. Staff friendly, food very good, puddings are amazing, restaurant kept very clean. Pool is great, as it isn't ice cold like most. Easy to get in! We stayed on the 5th Floor in a family room, beautiful view of the sea. Would recommend to anyone.

One week with family (3kids) two rooms.
Excellent views over Puerto Rico and Atlantic.
We had two basic rooms wich were great.
Semi private backyard (1st floor) -> easy access between our two rooms. Clean and well maintained and mini kitchen with needed thing for coffee / snacks / bread making.
We had half board wich we found out to be quite enough for our needs. Food in restaurant was excellent and service overall was great.
Pool areas were nice and Infinity pool really was heated not only warmed :) Also main pool was warm enough to stay for hours...
All in all, great week, good balance on pricing and quality.
Would come again if going to Puerto Rico in the future.

Wow what an amazing hotel, staff all so lovely and helpful food and drinks catering for every need. The hotel is so clean. I would definitely come back actually looking to come back in the summer holidays. Although we dont have children there is so much for them do play park good size pools and lots of activities. If I could give more stars I would
