I had a WONDERFUL stay at the Sea Star Hotel Beau Rivage! Everything was truly impressive — from the clean and comfortable rooms to the delicious food served every day. The variety and quality of the meals were outstanding, and the atmosphere throughout the hotel was warm and welcoming.
The staff were exceptionally friendly and professional, always ready to help with a smile. I would especially like to mention Abdelazize and Abdelrazik, who went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. Their kindness and excellent service made us feel right at home.
Overall, it was a very good experience, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. I will definitely be coming back!

Sea Star Beau Rivage, Hurghada
Our vacation at Sea Star Beau Rivage was absolutely wonderful and far beyond what we expected before arriving in Hurghada. From the moment we stepped inside the hotel, we were greeted with professionalism, warmth, and sincere smiles. The atmosphere is friendly, peaceful, and perfect for anyone looking for relaxation and beautiful moments by the Red Sea.
The hotel is very clean and well-maintained, with spacious and comfortable rooms. Housekeeping is done daily, and towels and bedding are changed regularly. The beach area is definitely one of the highlights: fine sand, clear water, plenty of sunbeds, and a breathtaking view throughout the day. The pool is also excellent—large, clean, and ideal for hot, sunny days.
The food is varied and tasty, offering something for every preference: local dishes, international choices, delicious desserts, and always something fresh to try. The staff is attentive, friendly, and always ready to help, contributing greatly to the welcoming atmosphere of the hotel.
Throughout our stay, we felt safe, respected, and very well cared for. We learned about Egyptian culture, traditions, and hospitality in a beautiful and memorable way. This vacation became one of the most special experiences we’ve had.
I wholeheartedly recommend Sea Star Beau Rivage to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday filled with beautiful moments, good services, and a warm atmosphere. It’s definitely a place you’ll want to return to! 🌴✨

We spent 6 nights at the Sea Star Beau Rivage and mostly had a great time. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The beach and swimming pools were lovely and well taken care of. Though there was a lot of variation for food every night at the buffet, the quality wasn’t great. We ended up paying extra to eat at the seafood restaurant for multiple lunches and dinners. That being said, the best part of our stay was the hospitality of Abo Taleb and his team in this seafood restaurant. They really went above and beyond to make out dining experiences special! On the down side, the music was very loud from 10AM to 10PM, often playing the same typical pop songs (think Danza Kaduro) numerous times per day. Another unfortunate thing was that the hotel claims to be an “all inclusive” resort, but you have to pay extra for most things. For example the spa/gym, wifi, and water sports were all extra. Also the hotel has multiple men walking around the beach all day trying to sell you activities or services which are often more expensive than if you book outside the hotel.

The location of this hotel is truly disappointing. The area is not a touristic zone at all and it feels isolated in the worst way.
As a woman, I felt extremely uncomfortable. Many of the male employees stare intensely, flirt, and make you feel unsafe. This is absolutely unacceptable in hospitality, and they seriously need training on how to treat female guests with professionalism and respect.
The rooms are decent, somewhat clean but there is definitely room for improvement.
Overall, I would not recommend this hotel, especially for women traveling alone or in small groups. The safety concerns and location issues outweigh any positives.

We arrived at the hotel on the 30th of October for a 5-night all-inclusive stay, hoping for a relaxing break, but unfortunately, our experience was quite disappointing.
From the moment we arrived, the management and staff seemed unwelcoming — no smiles, greetings, or basic courtesies like “thank you” or “sorry.” Communication was poor; instead of speaking politely, staff often pointed or used hand gestures, which felt disrespectful.
Requesting fresh towels turned into an argument, something that should be a simple service at any hotel. Drinks were another disappointment — beer was served in paper coffee cups, and bottled water in the room was not included in the all-inclusive package (you had to pay extra). It seemed like the hotel tried to charge for almost everything possible, including cappuccinos and even Wi-Fi, which should be standard in this category.
The food was very basic, and most dishes were repetitive throughout the stay, with little variety or freshness.
On a positive note, the beach was lovely, and the rooms were a decent size. However, amenities were minimal — only soap and shampoo provided, no iron available in the room, and no effort to make guests feel valued.
Overall, the lack of hospitality, poor service, and repetitive food overshadowed the few positives. Sadly, this stay did not meet the expectations of an all-inclusive experience.
