Unhappy & dissapointed
1. Tobacco worth approximately £140 disappeared from our hotel room. When we reported this to reception, staff acted oblivious and did not take the matter seriously. After checking reviews from other guests, we discovered that theft has been reported by multiple visitors, which made us feel very uncomfortable about our belongings and safety.
2. After this we were warned by another holiday maker tha hotel staff entered our room even when a “Do Not Disturb” sign was clearly displayed on the door. Too bad he couldn’t have warned us before some item went missing.
3. Basic amenities were not properly replenished. Our toilet roll was not replaced and we had to go to reception ourselves to request more.
4. We paid extra for a sea view room, however our view was primarily a yellow building, which is not what we expected when paying for this upgrade.
5. The hotel description on the website states that there is “WiFi signal in public areas”. In reality, we had almost no phone WiFi signal anywhere in the hotel except occasionally on the balcony. This resulted in a significant and unexpected phone bill as we had to rely on mobile data.
6. Due to the ongoing issues and the fact we no longer felt comfortable or safe, we decided to leave the hotel early. Upon checking out, we were also charged €1 for coffee despite the hotel being advertised as all-inclusive. We do not even drink coffee.
7. There was a constant and extremely unpleasant sewage smell coming from the bathroom throughout our stay.
8. Housekeeping repeatedly threw away our unfinished bottles of water, which forced us to purchase more from the hotel shop unnecessarily.
9. Many cockroaches.
Overall, this holiday fell far below the standard that was advertised at the time of booking. The combination of “missing items”, poor service, misleading information and the unsanitary conditions meant that we were unable to enjoy the holiday we paid for and even felt forced to leave early.

If we could rate lower we would. 0/10 do not recommend.

2 stars max,
efinitely not 4 stars hotel
I'll start with the positives, which unfortunately outnumbered the negatives.
The food, although monotonous, was tasty.
The hotel is located on a beautiful beach, and the view from the pool area is wonderful.
The service was friendly, except for one barman, who either has a personality disorder or tries too hard to be funny. Unfortunately, he crosses the line into cheerfulness and is annoying, loud, and gives the impression of being mentally ill.
Cons:
1.No signs on the door to request no cleaning and privacy. The staff knocks daily and then enters the room. I believe it is not staff fault, this should be changed by owner. Once, I managed to cover myself with a towel after getting out of the shower, and another time, the cleaning lady stumbled upon my sleeping husband. It's unacceptable that you have no privacy at all, and the owner should invest in door hangers as soon as possible...
2. Cockroaches are everywhere, and it's worst in the evenings, when a swarm of cockroaches waits outside the room until you open the door...
3. The decor is very old and hasn't been changed in years, and it wouldn't be so bad if it weren't for the fact that the pillows need replacing, there's no duvet, no power outlet by the bed, and only one for the entire room. Very uncomfortable.
Unfortunately, I don't recommend it, even as a budget option, because the lack of privacy and the number of cockroaches in the property are terrifying. It's worth considering additional staff to sweep the cockroaches from the hallway in the evenings.
4. The drinks were made from the cheapest alcohol and juices, the worst I've ever had in my life. Only the mojito was acceptable.
5. The coffee machine was broken at times during meals, which caused long lines.
6. The jacuzzi didn't work, and there was no heated pool. The information about the jacuzzi not working appears in the comments every few months. I don't believe the hotel's response, saying we were just unlucky and they were waiting for repairs. They either don't repair it or deliberately don't use it to avoid costs.
7. The pool water is dirty; I never once saw anyone clean it. The toilets by the pool are constantly dirty and dilapidated. It feels like they're understaffed and can't keep up.
8. The gym equipment makes you fear you might hurt yourself... old and rusty.
It is definitely not 4 star hotel.

The hotel has a fantastic location, just steps away from a wonderful beach, which truly made the stay special. The surroundings are peaceful and quiet, creating a perfect atmosphere for a relaxing holiday. The food was delicious and varied, offering something for everyone.
While the rooms could benefit from some refreshing in the future, the comfort, calm environment, and especially the close proximity to the beautiful beach made my overall experience truly enjoyable.
I had a great, relaxing stay and would happily return.

The hotel is in an excellent location on a beautiful, secluded beach. It offers all the essential facilities, and the staff are truly wonderful—friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay.
One thing to note is that the hotel is quite isolated. The nearest town, Morro Jable, is about a 10-minute bus ride away, which may be inconvenient for guests who prefer to be closer to shops and other activities.
The rooms are spacious; we stayed in a family room for four nights and found it very comfortable. However, the rooms would benefit from some minor updates, such as fresh curtains or new wardrobe doors, to give them a more modern feel.
The buffet offered a wide range of dishes; however, as a vegetarian, I felt the variety was somewhat limited compared to the options available for meat-eaters. Toward the end of our holiday, my 11-year-old daughter experienced an allergic reaction to mosquito bites on her arms and face, which was quite upsetting for her.
Unfortunately, the swimming pools were very cold, and we were unable to use them as much as we would have liked. As stated in the advertisement, the pool temperature was meant to be maintained, but this did not seem to be the case during our stay.
It would also be helpful if reception staff could provide clearer information regarding shuttle services to and from the airport.
Additionally, there were many nude sunbathers on the beach. While this appears to be common across Fuerteventura—as we also noticed it on Morro Jable beaches—it may be surprising for families who are not expecting it.
Overall, any shortcomings of the hotel were more than compensated for by the stunning nearby beach (Turquoise water and white sand) and the excellent staff. During our stay, we met several guests who were visiting for the second or even third time, which says a lot about the hotel’s appeal. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing, beach-focused holiday.

I am giving this hotel 4 stars purely as a formality. For the money they charge, the level of service is extremely disappointing.
The only positives are regular room cleaning and an ocean view. That’s it. The food is monotonous, the same every day, with no changes or variety. There is a constant smell of dirty rags in the kitchen, which completely ruins the appetite.
There is practically no entertainment at the hotel, despite the fact that the prices are far from cheap. For such a large hotel, there is only one jacuzzi, which is always overcrowded. Chipped and broken dishes are used in the bar and kitchen, and the alcohol, in my opinion, is pre-diluted with water.
The animation is repetitive and boring — the same thing every evening. Occasionally they invite performers, but their shows last no more than 20 minutes, after which there is simply nothing to do.
I have no complaints about the hotel building or the territory, but there is nothing special to highlight either. The main problem, in my opinion, is the hotel management and poor organization of service. For this price, a completely different level was expected.
