We have stayed at this hotel 17 times
It’s location is very convenient facing the lighthouse and is a short distance along the boardwalk to the fabulous beach. It is very welcoming with friendly attentive staff, although we did think this year they could do with increasing staff numbers.
It is very clean from bedrooms to all the public places and the swimming pool is cleaned regularly. The breakfast and evening meals are buffet style with show cooking, for anyone taking the all inclusive option lunch is waiter service on the terrace. Most guests are German with a very small minority of English and Spanish. We will definitely stay here again.

Hotel and rooms, staff, facilities and location all great. The spa is lovely to use.The bar prices are reasonable so an evening watching the entertainment is enjoyable. The food is excellent with plenty of choice making half board a must.

Second time here - and most staff are the same - with the same care and smiling service. The holiday was perfect, the food excellent and the facilities just as good as the first stay last year!
In all we returned here as it was that good first time and the impression now is just the same. A lovely hotel on a lovely part of Fuertuventura!
For the absolute proof, you can see why so many return again and again!

I’ve traveled quite a lot and stayed in many different types of places, and I always try to approach new accommodations with an open mind. This was our fifth time in Fuerteventura. On all previous trips, we stayed in private apartments or houses. This was the first time we booked a hotel on the island, and unfortunately, it turned out to be one of the most disappointing travel experiences we’ve had.
Our booking included breakfast and dinner (half-pension), but only when we checked in were we told that men are required to wear long trousers at dinner. This was never mentioned at the time of booking. It’s the kind of thing that should absolutely be communicated in advance, especially considering this is a beach destination, not a luxury resort. We didn’t bring anything suitable, and we were there for a relaxed beach holiday. Because of this, we didn’t have a single dinner at the hotel.
The breakfast the next morning didn’t improve things. It was bland, outdated, and reminded me of something you’d find in the 80s. There was no real variety and nothing felt fresh.
Worse still, my wife ended up with food poisoning after eating breakfast at the hotel. She had stomach cramps, diarrhea, fever, and chills. The symptoms began just a few hours later and lasted for several days, making it really hard for her to enjoy the trip or even rest properly.
I told the hotel staff what happened, thinking they would at least check the food at the buffet or show some concern. Instead, I was met with total indifference. One receptionist even suggested my wife got sick from somewhere else, which is ridiculous because she had only eaten at the hotel. The complete lack of accountability or basic empathy was very disappointing.
After explaining that we didn’t feel safe eating at the hotel anymore and wouldn’t be using the meals included in our booking, I asked if we could get a partial refund for the dinners. The answer was a flat-out no. “There’s nothing we can do.” We also tried to contact Booking.com multiple times by email and phone, but never got a reply. Neither the hotel nor Booking.com followed up with us.
We tried to make the best of the situation, but the experience really affected our holiday and left us frustrated.
Another issue was the water. We were given only three small bottles of water for our entire 8-day stay. That’s it. In a hot destination like this, it just feels cheap and unreasonable. How much does a bottle of water a day cost a large hotel chain? It felt like they were cutting corners at every opportunity.
Our room on the ground floor also came with issues. Every morning, cigarette smoke would drift into the room from outside, and housekeeping started cleaning nearby rooms around 7 AM. So forget about sleeping in. If you’re hoping for a restful and relaxing stay, this isn’t the place.
The only real positive was the location. It’s central and convenient. But that alone doesn’t make up for the many problems. The photos on booking websites are very flattering and do not reflect reality. The gym and spa are in poor condition, with peeling paint and old equipment that clearly hasn’t been maintained in years.
I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. The whole place feels dated and uninspired, just like the broader tourist development in Morro Jable. It’s clear that the focus is on mass tourism rather than quality or authenticity.
We’ve been visiting Fuerteventura for more than five years now, and it’s sad to see how short-sighted development is changing the island. This hotel is a good example of that: overpromising, underdelivering, and showing no real care for guest satisfaction. In our case, it even became a health risk.
In short: I strongly recommend looking elsewhere if you want a normal vacation in exchange for your hard-earned money.

We’ve spent 10 days in February in this hotel . Very central location , close to the Faro lighthouse . Good size, not too big , good pool , bar (with nightly entertainment) , good breakfast and friendly personnel . We had an upper floor with sea view . Would definitively recommend these as you get most sun and a view . Avoid the lower floors with pool view and spend the small extra to get sea view . 90% of the guests are German and average age is + 65. But still many friendly people . Only irritating are those ones that even don’t bother to mutter a “Buenos Dias” when addressing the staff and just chatter in German as if this was downtown Berlin . That’s why we rarely do those organised travels - this one was an exception. Some brits , other Scandinavian and Dutch . I heard that the once German dominated Morro Jable starts to get more international due to the weather being best on the southern cost of this island . Very clean pool and overall clean and good service . Yummy breakfast . You can choose between Spanish style with tomato bread , tortilla etc and things more catered for German taste . Only 2 negative points is the average quality dinner , especially the warm food (and we also had some stomach issues due to the grilled fish once ) - which is why we sometimes opter to war in town instead - and the narrow gate of the garage when entering / leaving by car. But all in all a very nice hotel . Can recommend it .
