Really great hotel. Pool on ground level with poolside bar and the same on the roof. The roof is a suntrap all day. I had the halfboard option and there is plenty of choice each day. The food is decent, I have stayed in other hotels with finer dining. If you want a seaview you will have to upgrade which is 10 euro a night. Well worth it. Also the indoor pool, spa and sauna is 10 euro per day. Staff are amazing, its spotlessly clean. I would stay here again.

Amazing atmosphere! The staff was amazing, always so cheerful and professional with a little bit of a fun side! A special thanks to Nathalie and Antonio for doing the most to make the vacation extra joyful, and also for making the best drinks!
The hotel is really clean and the cleaners is always on top of their game!
The food in the restaurant was good, the spa was luxurious and relaxing, the entertainment every night was various and fit all age groups! We would absolutely consider staying here again if we’re ever going back to Playa del Ingles.

We had an extremely disappointing stay, largely due to ongoing failures in food provision, service standards, and overall comfort.
The handling of vegetarian food was particularly poor. On multiple evenings there was only a single vegetarian option, often of very low quality. On one occasion a dish labelled and presented as vegetarian contained meat, which is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about food labelling, kitchen controls, and allergen management. On New Year’s Eve there were no vegetarian options available at all beyond bread, which forced us to leave the hotel and pay to eat at another restaurant despite being on an all-inclusive package.
The all-inclusive service itself was frustrating and inconsistent. Inclusive guests were clearly treated differently, not receiving the same level of service as others. At the bar there was usually only one member of staff, leading to long queues, and we were restricted to ordering two drinks at a time, served as quarter pints, while other guests were freely served full pints. In reality, the all-inclusive package offered very little value and was largely unusable.
The hotel environment did not help matters. Seating throughout the hotel was extremely uncomfortable, with metal seating and worn leather chairs offering little to no cushioning, making it unpleasant to spend time in communal areas.
Overall, this was a very poor experience and genuinely felt like a holiday from hell. We spent a significant amount of time outside the hotel because of the issues above. We would not return and would not recommend this hotel, particularly to anyone with dietary requirements

We recently stayed at the Labranda Marieta from November 25th to December 2nd, 2025, and once again had a truly wonderful experience. This was actually our second visit, as we also stayed here in November 2024, and it was just as enjoyable this time around.
From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and valued. The room cleaners deserve special praise—our room was left immaculate every single day, which really added to the comfort of our stay.
A very special mention must go to Nico, who went above and beyond throughout our visit. His warmth, professionalism, and positive energy stood out and made a real difference to our holiday. It’s because of team members like Nico that we will continue to return to Labranda Marieta in the future.
Overall, the combination of excellent service, spotless rooms, and standout staff made our stay memorable. We look forward to coming back soon!

Location is perfect. 👌
The food quality and variety for HP is great. 👍
The staff is friendly ☺️
Sunday evening entertainment singer was super 🤩
On the contrary:
- we paid more for partial sea-view, which is eventually mean that you know the sea is there, but from the room you might or might not see; but if you got a room at the part of the building we did, not really.
- there are almost no vanities in the bathroom, e.g no shampoo or conditioner which I would expect for a 4-star hotel, the shower gel is so poor quality and doesn’t smell nice, and you also need to take out the filler from the dispenser to actually get some. So we ended up buying from the supermarket.
- the shower door doesn’t close properly and sometimes there is sewage smell in the bathroom
- the beds are super uncomfortable, soft and middle has almost like a whole from usage
- and when I asked for a iron and ironing board I was told to go and get it from reception, which I’m okay with when it’s a B&B but not in a 4 start …
- we were so looking forward to get a Bali bed with bubbles on the top floor and when we see the area next to the bed has construction work totally understand why no one is using them. And it’s eventually disturbing that they are working there and therefore the roof top is partially closed, also on the first floor there are doors changing in progress. No one informed us during the booking that there are eventual construction works happening at the moment.
- when the cleaning service came, they made the beds but didn’t change the bedding for fresh ones and neither got fresh towels
- on our 3rd day when I got back to our room during the day, there were also some works/repairs happening in our room, which no one informed us about and I was surprised that our room was totally open and maintenance people were going in and out. I don’t think it is OK or should happen without informing the guests. And they also left behind some tools, light bulb on the floor.
- the wifi is not available in the room which makes impossible to make video calls
We truly expected something else from a 4 star hotel.
