I Have stayed here for 5 nights, all inclusive.
Special mention to Adrian ( entertainment coordinator) Adrian absolutely made our holiday unforgettable. His energy, kindness, and passion for what he does are unmatched. Whether it was yoga, the music quiz, or sangria making, he brought so much fun and laughter to every activity. He has a natural gift for making everyone feel included and welcome. You can tell he truly loves his job — his positivity is contagious! The hotel is lucky to have him; he’s one of the best coordinators I’ve ever met. Huge asset for the Hotel.
Pros:
Karina (Receptionist): Always kind, helpful, and welcoming — truly a ray of sunshine every day.
Adrian (Entertainment Coordinator): Super friendly, energetic, and informative. Great attitude during activities like sangria making, yoga, and music quiz. One of the best coordinators I’ve met — and I travel quite a lot!
Very clean hotel: Rooms and common areas spotless.
Great food: Good variety and quality every day.
Rooftop terrace: Spacious, plenty of seating options, and two shallow pools — perfect for relaxing.
Excellent location: Close to the beach, supermarket right outside, bars nearby, and only a short ride from the airport.
Cons:
Outdated rooms: Toilet was wobbly and bathroom door couldn’t close properly.
Pool area: Needs some care and improvement — looks a bit untidy compared to the rest of the hotel.

Minuses: The hotel definitely doesn't deserve a 4-star rating. The room is quite dark, the air conditioning is barely noticeable even on max. The most absurd thing is the glass door to the toilet, which doesn't close properly, so you can forget about any privacy during your ritual. There's no ventilation in the bathroom; only an open window onto the shared hallway. The beds are very uncomfortable, the mattress too soft, making it impossible to sleep properly. The balcony window is also leaky, so you can hear almost everything even when closed. The food is boring and tasteless. Half-board dinners don't include any drinks, water, or anything else for an additional fee. The price on the menu differs from the price charged, which is not very decent for the restaurant. The food looks in the photos and is actually a huge difference, for the worse. The WiFi is quite weak. There are cockroaches in the bathroom, and renovations are being carried out during your stay—door replacement, roof repairs. The staff smiles but is completely unhelpful. The hotel doesn't have its own parking lot, so keep this in mind if you're renting a car. On the plus side: the entertainment at the hotel was top-notch – a credit to the animator – best regards to Mr. Adrian, always helpful and kind. There's a shop on the ground floor, close to the beach, car rentals, and markets.

A very good, located hotel. It's close to the beach and the ocean. We had a room on the third floor, our room was spacious, comforable with a nice view of balcony on the mountains and the palms. The swimming pool is big enough, there're many sunbeds with umbrellas. A big advantage is a beautiful tarace on the roof. I liked very much an amazing view on the ocean and the dunes in this place. A room staff is very nice, hard - working and honest. Our room was tidied up every day from Monday to Sunday, the duvet was changed on Friday and the towels were changed every day. The food is delicious, so various and so much choice, it was impossible to eat everything. A variety of choice of meat, fish, vegetables, fruit, desserts, snacks, diary, pizza, pasta. A big advantage and a nice suprise were thematic dinner, e.g. Spanish couisne, Mexican cousine. The staff in the dining room : chefs, waiters should be graded 10/10 - very nice, helpful and cultural, they take care about tidying up and keeping clean. Next advantage of this hotel was show organiser Adrian. He is a great person, very friendly, sociable, communicative, with a sense of humour. Adrian oragnises aqua gym and strechting and mojito preparing a few times a week, it was a great fun. I like very much that hotel organises a free event for guests everyday - Adrian invites various vocalits, dancers, cabarets. Our stay in hotel was very nice and I recommend it everyone.

Lovely hotel and facilities, not much variety of food but everything I had tasted lovely, even the fussy eater i was with always found something. We went mid October so not busy at all not sure how it would be when its very busy as the food area doesn't look like it can handle that many people. The snacks on offer could be a bit better and not too keen having to ask for it but its not a massive issue. Location is great, walking distance to beach, shopping and bars if you want to go out.

Rooms are undergoing upgrade during the time of our visit, nevertheless, they are still perfectly acceptable as is. Other areas of the hotel require cosmetic attention, although the work required is by no means major. The "chill out" area on the roof terrace is nice, although spoilt during our stay by I'll behaviour from some residents, which was not seen to be addressed by hotel staff. The main swimming pool is clean, but a bit tired looking and requires attention. In general, the communal areas e.g. lobby and restaurant, are kept spotlessly clean. The all inclusive drinks are pretty good and the beer is cold and drinkable. The food however is overall poor. While the salads and pizza are nice enough, the hot food is a disaster...really not very good at all, and disappointing given the money paid. By the middle of the week it was necessary to look elsewhere for an evening meal, incurring additional cost. This alone is enough to deter us from returning to this hotel, which is a shame, we will however return to Playa Del Ingles, as it's a very friendly place.
