Lovely apartment. Sunbeds by the pool and on the roof. Not far from the beach. No snacks or bar at the property. Breakfast is available for 9€ a day. Normal buffet style. Yumbo shopping centre 10-15 minutes away on foot. Lots of bars, restaurants and shops to browse through.

My husband booked this for my 50th birthday. I was joined by my brother in law (who shares the same b-day), his wife and my sister who surprised us, visiting from Essex UK.
I would like to say a massive thank you to Yudith. I asked for an iron, ice tray, amongst other things. We had issues with our shower and the treadmill in the gym. Yudith was relentless in getting all our requests sorted and the response time was amazing!!
You can not fault the work ethics of staff in this hotel. Thank you to Yudith, Pavlo and all the reception staff. Thank you to the cleaning staff for being so lovely, in their bright white uniforms. Always helping us with whatever we needed, service with a smile! Always trying to speak to us in English (so sorry, our Spanish is terrible, in fact non existent!!) Last but not least thank you to the maintenance team!
This hotel is very central, close to the beach, shops, bars/cafés and restaurants. Yet it's quiet, with space around the pool, in the spa and gym which you can just let yourself into using your room card.
Great Wi-fi, we didn't mind that there was no air con, we were happy with the fan provided!
Our room/kitchen was spacious with the sea view and well equipped. Anything we didn't have we just asked for!
A great holiday, which ends tomorrow after eleven nights. We are definitely coming back! 👏🏾🙌🏾🫶🏾👏🏾🥳😊

Great location, lovely apartment, lovely staff. The only thing I would recommend to improve is to lower the gap on bottom of the door to stop insects coming in. Other than that would recommend.

Nice spacious apartment had everything you would need apart from air con, great WiFi (was getting upwards of 60mbps)even in the room.
Very clean overall, although the cleaners maybe should sweep and mop the balcony now and then,it wasn't swept once while we were there (10 days)
Pleasant staff.
Would stay again without hesitation.

We have visited Playa del Inglés many times and this is the best accommodation we have stayed in (11-15 Sept 2023). The rooms are clean, spacious, beds comfortable, and kitchen well equipped (although a couple of sharp knives for chopping onions would be nice!). There are only a couple of English language TV channels but who cares? We were on holiday !!! The pool area is clean and sunbeds were plentiful, both in the sun and the shade. The pool itself was beautifully clean and refreshing. The location is perfect - 10 mins away from the beach and also the same distance to Yumbo and Cita centres which we visit a lot. Have heard people moan that there is no air con... Ok, so there isn't but you knew that when you booked didn't you? We didn't mind - there is a massive fan in the room and I like being warm - the 4th floor got a nice breeze too. Reception staff were friendly and I hope my Spanish speaking didn't have too many mistakes in it. After all, when in Spain, we shouldn't expect others to speak English.. although they did and very probably better than I speak Spanish. All in all, this place is wonderful and also very peaceful and quiet, day and night, which suits us perfectly. We have already booked for next year. To be totally honest, I'm reluctant to say how much we love El Palmar, because then too many other people will book it and we might not be able to get in. It is absolutely gorgeous and I wish I was there now. Wifi good too.
Thank you to all the staff, especially the cleaners, who amazed us by being completely glamourous, in immaculate white uniforms and never even seeming to break a sweat!
