We are really happy in this hotel. Everything is simply perfect. Restaurant and bar staff are really professional. Very nice food and service.
The entertainment team was absolutely fantastic. They were all day making the people happy around the pool with a lot of happiness. Specially mention to the amazing Berliza, Javi from the Miniclub, Kendra and Fran!

I’ve been here for almost a week and the hotel itself is excellent.
The food is very good with plenty of variety, the room was spotless when we arrived, and the night waiters at the theatre are wonderful—extremely friendly. It really makes you enjoy your holiday.
The entertainment is quite good. The shows are very enjoyable, especially the live music and the animation team’s performances, such as the international show and The Lion King.
As a small point to improve, the pool music is sometimes too loud and the speakers are not very clear, so it’s hard to understand the activity announcements.
Now comes my only major issue. We come on holiday to relax, enjoy ourselves and take part if we feel like it. I don’t think it’s appropriate to be constantly approached about public relations, Google or Tripadvisor reviews, or invited to join games while we are lying down and relaxing. Some people may like this, others may not.
If I want to participate or leave a review, I will do so on my own initiative. Yesterday, after a show, we were asked to leave a review; I explained that I didn’t have my phone with me, and today the same thing happened again. I understand this may be part of your job, but please also think about the guests—constant insistence becomes overwhelming and exhausting.
For this reason, and with genuine regret, I have to give one star. I’m truly sorry because I am very happy with everything else about the hotel, but please take care with these details. What may not bother some guests does bother others. Many of us are polite and say nothing, but despite how good the hotel is, we are not being allowed to relax in peace. I hope this aspect can be improved.

I really recommend visit this hotel. It was an amazing experience: Bar staff are really kind, cleaning staff always on point, food was really nice, we really enjoyed the Mexican night, diversity of food, total paradise!!
Animation team always happy and doing a lot of activities for everyone and all ages. Also during the night, they gave us some performances like lion king (with really nice choreographies, outfits and makeup) Berliza was one of the entertainers that made our holidays with her professional work. Shout out for all the team!!!

My wife and I stayed at Las Dunas Suites & Villas from 25–30 September and were very happy with our experience. The hotel is extremely comfortable and well laid out, making it easy to relax from the moment you arrive.
The location in Maspalomas is a real plus. It’s noticeably more relaxed and pleasant than nearby Playa del Inglés, with a calmer atmosphere and a more refined feel, which suited us perfectly.
The buffet food was consistently very good, with plenty of variety throughout our stay. Everything felt fresh and well prepared, and we always found something to enjoy.
One minor point: the daytime entertainment around the pool could be a little loud, but it only lasted about an hour and the atmosphere quickly returned to being calm and pleasant, so it really wasn’t an issue.
We also appreciated the overall tone of the guests during our stay—friendly, low-key people, with none of the rowdiness that can sometimes come with all-inclusive resorts. It made for a relaxed and enjoyable environment.
The evening entertainment was a real highlight. It was well judged and far from tacky. Two vocalists in particular stood out: Gricelia Vega Padron and Daniele Montanari. Both are truly excellent singers—professional, expressive, and a genuine pleasure to listen to.
Overall, a very enjoyable stay and a hotel we would happily return to.

** Service & Staff
Reception: The front desk team was very friendly and efficient. They spoke both English and French, which made communication easy, and provided clear orientation upon arrival.
Room Service: Impressively fast and responsive.
Restaurant Staff: This was a pain point especially at lunch. Finding a table is complicated and chaotic. The waiters do not assist with seating, and there is no process in place; guests are forced to hover and grab tables before they are even cleaned. One staff member in particular was consistently rude and angrily told us to "go wait" without offering any help.
** Resort Layout: The resort is visually appealing, featuring bungalows rather than large high-rise buildings, which creates a nice atmosphere. The gardens, common areas, and rooms are all well-maintained and clean.
Amenities: Since the hotel is part of a larger group, you get access to two resorts. This offers plenty of options for pools and kids' parks.
Pools: Unfortunately, the pools are barely heated. The water was too cold for us to swing for long periods of time, and it was not possible to bring our baby into the water.
Note: There was a persistent smell near the toilets, though this appears to be a local infrastructure issue rather than a specific fault of the hotel.
** Food & Dining
Breakfast: The menu is good and diverse, though the bacon was consistently undercooked.
Lunch: The lunch menu is quite limited compared to other meals.
Dinner: The dinner selection is nice, but strangely for a resort of this type, there were no beef options (steak or burgers) available many nights.
The location is excellent. It is conveniently close to beaches, shopping centers, and walking/biking paths.
