It was my 3rd visit to this hotel in the last few years.
One notable thing to mention that it's more like a beautiful garden with hotel buildings inserted between palms rather then a standard hotel. You exit your room and you're in the middle of the garden, not in a hall. There is just one one-floor-high elevator in the whole hotel.
The area is simply beautiful and very well kept. Everything is clean, there is a lot of space, no crowds, multiple pools and place for everyone.
Rooms are spacious and cleaned daily with no exceptions. My rooms had some tiny issues - something was not fully functional or a little torn, but nothing what would impact my holidays. Service is very friendly, nothing is a problem (they helped us even with printing instructions for crocheting a mascots :) for my daughter).
Few times a day there is a bus to and from the beach. Beach itself is huge and very beautiful, with dunes starting right away when you enter the beach. You can also go on foot - it's 10-12 min walk.
Overall, a very nice place to rest and regenerate.

Our experience at the Hotel Suites and Villas was excellent from beginning to end. It's the perfect place to relax, enjoy yourself, and unwind, with meticulously maintained facilities, spacious and comfortable rooms, and a tranquil atmosphere with plenty of leisure options.
The hotel staff is incredibly friendly and always willing to help, making our stay even more enjoyable. The cleanliness and service are impeccable, and the food offers variety and good quality.
But without a doubt, one of the hotel's greatest strengths is its entertainment team, which creates a fun and welcoming atmosphere for all guests. We especially want to highlight Kendra, who is amazing: always smiling, full of positive energy, and incredibly professional. She makes you feel like part of the hotel from day one and ensures that every activity is fun and special.
Thanks to the entertainment team, and especially to Kendra, our stay was even more memorable. We would definitely return to this hotel and wholeheartedly recommend it.

I had a great stay at this 4-star hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well equipped, and the facilities were excellent. The staff were friendly and always helpful, which made the experience even better.
I would especially like to mention Javier. He is a professional who brings great energy and enthusiasm to his work. His activities were fun, well organized, and helped create a friendly and lively atmosphere. Javier makes guests feel welcome and entertained.
I highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

I’ve been here for almost a week and the hotel itself is excellent.
The food is very good with plenty of variety, the room was spotless when we arrived, and the night waiters at the theatre are wonderful—extremely friendly. It really makes you enjoy your holiday.
The entertainment is quite good. The shows are very enjoyable, especially the live music and the animation team’s performances, such as the international show and The Lion King.
As a small point to improve, the pool music is sometimes too loud and the speakers are not very clear, so it’s hard to understand the activity announcements.
Now comes my only major issue. We come on holiday to relax, enjoy ourselves and take part if we feel like it. I don’t think it’s appropriate to be constantly approached about public relations, Google or Tripadvisor reviews, or invited to join games while we are lying down and relaxing. Some people may like this, others may not.
If I want to participate or leave a review, I will do so on my own initiative. Yesterday, after a show, we were asked to leave a review; I explained that I didn’t have my phone with me, and today the same thing happened again. I understand this may be part of your job, but please also think about the guests—constant insistence becomes overwhelming and exhausting.
For this reason, and with genuine regret, I have to give one star. I’m truly sorry because I am very happy with everything else about the hotel, but please take care with these details. What may not bother some guests does bother others. Many of us are polite and say nothing, but despite how good the hotel is, we are not being allowed to relax in peace. I hope this aspect can be improved.

This was our second stay at the hotel, and once again it exceeded our expectations. The food was very good, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff truly stood out for their kindness and professionalism.
We especially appreciated the late check-out option—they kindly allowed us to use the room to shower and enjoy the facilities a bit longer, which made a big difference to our experience.
A special thank you to Bojana, who took the time to speak with us and made us feel genuinely welcome. She was warm, attentive, and highly professional throughout our stay.
