Incredible hotel! Beautiful views and friendly staff! Would go back in a heartbeat!
Our week all inclusive holiday was outstanding! Our family room was clean and spacious. Food on offer was amazing, along with the lovely bar menu of drinks! Gin Fizz being a winner!! Salt water pool was lovely and clean...highly recommend! ❤️

I absolutely do not recommend this hotel – especially for families with children.
During our stay, our daughter suffered a deep cut across her foot from an unsecured lamp fixture in the hotel swimming pool. A lifeguard provided first aid, but the injury was so serious that she couldn’t walk for the remainder of our stay.
We reported the incident immediately to the hotel manager at the reception desk. A staff member was sent to take photos of the site, but that was the end of the hotel's involvement. No apology, no follow-up, no offer of help or support.
After our return, we sent an official email with photos of the injury and the incident location. The hotel’s response was vague and dismissive: "We are sorry, but you should have reported it on-site" – which is simply not true, as we did report it immediately and directly to the manager.
The hotel has shown zero responsibility or empathy. Their attitude toward guest safety and customer care is, in our opinion, unacceptable.
We feel completely ignored and disrespected, and we intend to file a formal complaint with the European Consumer Centre, as this concerns a serious injury and gross negligence in pool maintenance.
We will never return – and we do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Perfectly pleasant stay. Couple of things could be improved, but to be fair, for the price I paid it's not a massive issue.
I would say though that if sleep is an issue for you, request rooms away from the dining / entertainment area.
Be aware that people reserve the sun beds from 6.30am. There are plenty of beds available, although be aware that some of the guests get a little greedy with the parasols...
There is a great space on the roof that's a great relaxing area for adults. Pool is quieter too.
5-10 walk to the beach, yes it's a climb on the way back which in 36'c is hard work, but it's doable. There is a bus transfer, but it's only at peak times and is a couple 3 times to and from the beaches.
Spa is okay, and worth it if you only pay the price offered in the hotel, or if you've got it included in your stay. Just not sure it's worth the £29 I paid before getting here...

We are just back from a great stay at Gloria palace, the hotel is everything we expected.
We just had breakfast included so can't comment on lunch or dinner but the breakfast was very good.
Anyway the main reason I am writing the comment is to praise the staff of the hotel everyone we delt with was very nice and helpful.
Special shout out to Jesus, Naomi and all the reception staff.
Also our housekeeper was a great lady unfortunately I couldn't get her name but we were on the 3rd floor (802 & 805) she has gone above and beyond and always had a smile on her face.
Having worked in hospitality myself I know it isn't easy so well done to all the staff there.
Can't wait to be back again

Family stay for one week. The room was really nice and clean, as well as other parts of the hotel. The staff is really kind and helpful. Private parking for hotel guest is definitely a plus 🙂
Water in swimming pools is warm, but for some reason also salty.
We had all inclusive, but for some stuff you have to pay extra. Also the mini bars in between main deals are mostly fast food and drinks, which is not ideal especially with kids.
