We travelled with our daughter (3 years old) and son (1 years old) and were so happy that the hotel offered mini club and other activities. The activities during the days as well as at the night was well planned and so much fun. Darts, karaoke, yoga, mini disco, bingo etc was just a few activities we joined. Well done Joel for planning everything so well and being so fun and kind with everyone.
The hotel also has the best ocean view in the whole Bahia Feliz. We’re so happy with our stay at Blue Bay Beach Club. See you again soon!

Bluebay Beach Club is very impressive. Great apartments, lots of space, huge balcony and very clean. There were minor imperfections within the room but this did not impact on our stay at all. Nice restaurants within the square very near to the hotel. Throughly enjoyed making the most of the pool and gym. The staff were very friendly snd would not hesitate to return.

During my recent stay at the Blue Bay resort I experienced a mix of positives and areas of improvement .The staff are very friendly attentive and welcoming .The rooms are maintained clean and have a beautiful view of the ocean but are in need of reservation they are clearly run down especially the bathrooms kitchen and jacuzzi .The pool area is maintained well however the drilling and digging all day long while trying to relax on holiday is un acceptable . Its clear the staff are doing their best but the facilities short comings hinder the over all experience ,and lastly the breakfast is very poor it lacks healthy choices and quality.

We had a great stay at BluBay Beach Club Hotel in Gran Canaria. The room was well-equipped with a proper kitchen and a smart balcony with sun all day. The location in Bahia Feliz was peaceful with beautiful views — and just below the hotel, down by the water, you could even enjoy the sunset (at least now in April).
We had breakfast and dinner every day and were generally happy with the food. It was a bit repetitive at times, but most dinners were really good. The hotel also had a handy little minimarket, a small but functional gym, and a clean, pleasant pool area — all of which added to the convenience and comfort of our stay.
The real highlight of our stay, however, was Joel, the hotel’s entertainer. He led everything from yoga and workouts to music quizzes and karaoke nights. Super social, friendly, funny, and full of energy — he truly made a big difference to our experience. And it wasn’t just me — it felt like everyone he interacted with lit up. Joel, if you see this: thank you! You deserve a raise!

Just arrived here ..its a nice complex apart from lots of building work going on so parts of complex blocked off ...pool not assessable all blocked of from 5 pm.
Pool not heated as advertised
False advertising in reference to sauna and jacuzzi .neither of them.are available .so not much to do ..no shops near by unless you want to climb a massive hill which is quite far from complex.
Shop.on site , but be prepared for high prices ..
Maybe ill be more impressed as week goes on ..
But they shouldn't be advertising sauna and jacuzzi when its not available. Main reason we booked this complex
