The front desk is really nice and will help you out with anything. The rooms lack cleanliness, the bath is starting to rust, the shower was not cleaned with limescale on the tap, dirty doors, the drainage is slow and hair was found when we first arrived. One of the sinks has poor drainage and the complementary soap stinks. Limescale on the bidet tap and they don't provide a towel for it either. They do NOT clean or sweep the floors at all, wear slippers because your feet will turn black. The furniture is a little outdated with jammed drawers, chipped glass tables and lifting glass tables making it unsafe for little children. The double beds are just two singles pushed together and the pulled out sofa bed was flimsy, dirty and unprepared for the guests. I made them put covers on top of the sofa rather than the pull out whereas it was still hard and uncomfortable. The double beds creaks and is slightly angled which makes it weird to sleep on. The walls are scuffed in the main bedroom, the mirrors aren't cleaned and the safe doesn't work. No sponge, dishwashing liquid or seasoning is provided in the kitchen (no fruit, water, tea, coffee or sugar either), yet it is equipped with pots, pans, utensils, etc. Dishwasher tablets are given once a day. The cleaners slack off with the unpreparedness and cleaning. Cats hang out around the lobby, so watch if you have allergies (cute ginger cat). The view is very beautiful and so is the outside of the hotel but it lacks entertainment, the animation crew is lame and unfunny. Boring games of bingo and 'guess the movie'. Pool is very cold it isn't heated. No access to the beach and if you climb down it is very rocky. The sauna doesn't work and the jacuzzi is not heated either. The clear lift was out of service the whole week. The food selection is minimal. If you go down to the shops, do not fall for 'HiperDino Express' its a tourist trap with unfriendly staff. Town centre has a 'Spar' with reasonable prices. The staff are friendly though. Nothing to do for kids at all. It can be noisy since planes fly every 10-20 minutes due to the base near the hotel. All the balconies have an ocean view. Overall, very mid, definitely not a 4 star hotel, more of a 3 star.

I would stay away from this hotel if you are travelling to Gran Canaria.
First of all, rooms are very outdated, not cleaned well, bathrooms are rusty etc. My socks all turned orange from walking around the room. The fan in the room did not work at all either. I was disgusted seeing when we came back that our used towels were not replaced at all during our trip, just put back on the rack. The double bed also was just two single beds pushed together.
There was really nothing the hotel has to offer, there wasn’t any entertainment that we were made aware of, the pool was cold, there was a cat wandering around reception and my friend had cat allergies, she didn’t mind but the chairs in reception were filled with cat hair. Unhygienic everywhere over all.
The food offered was also not good - breakfast was okay, very bland, but for dinner the options were very very limited. They also do not specify what is in their food as I got some pasta the first night and it only said to be aware of gluten. However i could smell that there was fish in it and asked my friend to try which she confirmed there was tuna in it. Was not mentioned anywhere. We went out to eat every night since then. Waste of having breakfast and dinner included. Soft drink are also not included in the dinner, you need to pay.
Lastly, I came back on my last day and found that a bottle of perfume that i bought was missing. I went to reception and they said all they could do was wait until the next morning to ask housekeeping. I specified i was leaving at 7:30 and the receptionist said that that’s fine. Come 7:30 the next day, i was told the housekeeping isn’t in until 8. They called housekeeping and they said that nothing could be done and if it shows up they will send it back. So not only did they lie to me the first night, but again the next day. Absolutely disgraceful they just seem to hire anyone. I am in shock that they just did not seem to care at all.
The hotel did have some beautiful scenery, but any if not most other hotels will also have the same, and with everything else it’s absolutely not worth it.

The hotel is tired and needs updating. The swimming pools and hot tub are not heated. The entertainment is absolutely horrible; I've never seen anything like it. We stayed with breakfast and dinner, and you have to pay for drinks with your dinner; even water isn't supplied. Every day it's an English breakfast with no other choice. From my experience, I can give this hotel no more than 1 star. Beds and pillows are horrible; sleeping near the pool is more comfortable. My son slept on this sofa bed for 10 days and said he'd rather sleep on the ground in the kitchen than on this bed. There is nothing for kids to do as all games are broken or don't work properly. I'll never come back to this place again!

Great hotel! Super affordable. It's in a nice quiet area but still has shops nearby and restaurants to visit. Very close to some rocky beaches and a small airport. Bus stops are super close so you can easily travel round the island. Staff are really kind and the hotel is clean. Cleaners came in every day and emptied bins, folded things etc. Would definitely recommend.

The view and balcony are nice, and the area outside the hotel is fine. There is also a very friendly orange cat we called Casperina (turnes out to be a girl), which was honestly one of the few positives.
Unfortunately, the inside of the hotel is extremely outdated, empty, and depressing. Room 605 is in poor condition, with visible moisture damage, cracks in the walls, worn tiles, and broken grout. Towels placed along doors to stop water from coming in say a lot about the overall standard.
Although marketed as an apartment, the kitchen is almost unusable due to very limited equipment. I would honestly rather have had 20 sqm less and a normal hotel room.
The beds are terrible. Despite clean sheets, the mattresses are yellow and heavily stained, which feels unhygienic. We feel very uncomfortable staying in the room for more than an hour and try to avoid it. This is day 8, and I have mostly been complaining to my partner.
The ceiling fans feel unsafe, the lighting is chaotic, and although the TV has many channels, most are dubbed in Spanish or German, so we only used the TV radio. Using the luggage scale costs 2 euros, and reviews mention paid Wi-Fi (not tested).
The elevator is extremely scary, even for my 21-year-old partner. Staff are very kind and speak decent English, which we appreciate, but we have not dared to eat here.
Location is okay, with 6–7 restaurants within a 30-minute walk, but anything else requires transport. Parking is free, but very limited in the evenings. Other reviews confirm we are far from alone, and the online photos hide many of these issues.
Overall, a nice view and friendly staff do not make up for a hotel that feels unhygienic and misleading. Not recommended.
