We booked a one room apartment but got a three bedroom apartment, which was a surprise. Facilities a bit old, parts of doors and walls were broken but not a big deal. Swimming pool looked smaller than it was on the photo. There were supermarkets, restaurants, playground inside the hotel but we didnt use much. You got everything you needed. Location was ok, 15 min walk to the center or the beach, but a lot of exercise because the hotel is on the higher ground. all in all good value.

Stayed self catering for two weeks in early September 2023. Apartment very clean and tidy on arrival. Note no oven or hairdryer.In fact, the whole hotel was very clean and tidy.Hard working cleaners could be seen in the hotel every day from 7.00am until late in the evening including weekends.All were very polite.
Bar staff were also very efficient. Polite to everybody including the children. Served the guests immediately and usually with a smile. There were two" happy hours" every day at the bar but not well advertised.Just a small sign near the till . Takeaways at the bar were served within 5/10 minutes.
Very good and clean pool and pool area which was always maintained. During my use of the pool a 3 year old had a "toilet incident". The staff immediately closed the pool and filtered the water to avoid any health issues.This meant the pool was closed about 3 hours but I had no problem with that. The welfare of the guests took preference. Unfortunately some of the pool tiles were lost or broken which resulted in my granddaughter and my wife receiving small cuts to their feet.This was the biggest concern during my stay.
Unfortunately plenty of guests unfairly claiming sunbeds with towels hours and hours before usage.
Hotel built on a steep slope so the adjacent main road very hilly. People with mobility concerns, young children and pushing buggies could be an issue. Also very draining to walk in extreme hot sunny days.Nevertheless, hotel is within walking distance to amenities such as, restaurants, cafes,supermarkets bus station etc.

We had a very nice 10 days here rooms a little tired but had everything you need .most people stop self catering in this hotel. We stopped 1/2 board buffet breakfast and a 3 course evening meal served to you table great choices massive potions and top quality a lot better that a buffet staff were very helpful and the tui rep knows his stuff pool nice We had no problem getting a sun bed as long as you put towels down before 9am two happy hours a day it's up a hill but taxis cheap parking is a nightmare but same all over this town

We stayed here for 1 week in May. Rooms are nice, big and cleaners visited 3 times in the week. Bar, restaurant and reception staff all very pleasant and friendly. Eugenia was especially helpful sorting us out with a takeaway breakfast for our last morning as the flight was early, thank you! We had breakfast included, breakfast was buffet and plenty of variety. We had lunch a couple of times and the food was delicious. Pool area fab, kept very clean. Short walk down to the beach but the accommodation is situated on a steep hill, we had our little girls buggy so a bit of a push on the way up but we managed! Will definitely return 😊

Me and my family have just come back from a 2 week stay here. The staff are lovely, always willing to help, friendly and like to have a laugh with you. We were half board and the breakfast is a help yourself style buffet, there is a snack bar where you can order nachos, pizza and Paninis etc.. for tea you are given a menu to choose a starter main and dessert from which are big portions and it's brought out to you. The male lifeguard is very helpful, genuinely interested in the safety of the kids, keeps the side clean/non slip and will take away peoples towels if they take the mick with putting towels out and not coming down to the pool until the afternoon. Wouldn't go much on the lady lifeguard though. Some tiles could do with replacing in the pool as a few children cut their toes but this isn't the only place I've seen it. The only complaint I have is the cleaners didnt come much in the 2 weeks we stayed, we had to ask reception twice for someone to come and change our sheets, mop the floor and clean the bathroom. The hotel is in a great location, with a supermarket inside or there is a bigger one just up the hill. We would definitely return as we enjoyed our stay.
