The Game Collector
We stayed in the first week of January 2026. The location is up in the hill. About 10 minutes walk to the centre of town with shopping malls and many restaurants. The staff was friendly and nice. Cleaning was very good. We stayed in room 502 which is a 3 bedroom flat. A bit dated. The inner door handle fell off during our stay, but the janitor fixed this pretty quickly. One of the door to the bathroom had some old water damage (see image). Should have been replaced. The sofa was also very worn down in the middle. The beds was a bit on the hard side. Air conditioning could be better, but ok for us during this time of year. The pool was very nice. There is a supermarket very close to the pool together with a restaurant and drinks etc. can be purchased very close to the pool. Puerto Rico is a very nice place with lots to do and explore. I recommend Puerto De Mogan. We enjoyed our stay. There is an elevator in the hotel. 6th floor is the reception (ground level), pool is at floor 0. We stayed in the 5th floor. WiFi was a bit slow at times.

We arrived at the hotel late at night, and the first thing we asked about was parking. There was no clear information on the website about whether the parking was free or paid. It was quite a surprise to learn that we had to pay €40 for a week. When I asked why this information wasn’t available online, the staff just said “no” and weren’t very friendly or welcoming upon our arrival.
Our room was located very far away, at the end of the hotel, with a balcony but no view of the pool. Since I was pregnant, it was quite difficult for me to walk such a long distance every time, which was a big downside.
Housekeeping was done, but the quality seemed to depend on who cleaned the room that day. Breakfast was average, pretty standard. We had dinner once at the hotel restaurant, but the food was really disappointing — very bland and not tasty at all. I wouldn’t recommend eating there, maybe just getting drinks.
The air conditioner worked in one of the rooms, but the other room didn’t really get any cool air, so the system seemed underpowered. Also, there are cats on the hotel grounds, so be careful — they might bring fleas into your room.
Overall, our stay was okay, but there were several things that could be improved — especially communication about parking, friendliness of staff, and food quality.

Just home from an amazing trip. Grupotel Revoli was fantastic from start to finish. We were on the 3rd floor (6th floor is reception and 0 is pool restaurant and bar area). Room 307 (not a pool view but a lovely sea view). The location was perfect, it's approximately a 10 min walk to the big harbour and shopping areas. It is very hilly on the way back from town to the hotel and alot of steps to go down to the harbour area and to return that way. The views are beautiful though. You can get a taxi at reception for roughly 5 euro. The rooms are very well-equipped (no iron but available from reception). Housekeeping staff come regularly. The pool and restaurant is lovely also,with little onsite shop. Staff were very friendly and efficient. I would definitely return.

Lots of public parking just outside the hotel by the streets.
Very nice area. Has loads of restaurants just walking distance.
The hotel has a small supermarket in the vicinity.

Amazing hotel, amazing staff!! We have been coming for 18 years and every year is just as amazing!! We have visited 5 times this year and love it every time! Silviu on the bar is such a lovely person, he is such a character and it is so nice to see him every time and have a chat with him, he is credit to the hotel and makes our holiday very special! Aimed, Monica and Fran in the evenings are also amazing we can always have a laugh with them and feel so comfortable around all the staff!! We can’t wait to return next year as we have booked it already! The hotel is perfect
