Currently staying here and so far its been great. All the staff are helpful and friendly and kept spotless. The pool is heated it's like swimming in bath water 😀. Stayed in for the entertainment and enjoyed it. The bar is reasonable and they also have happy hour🍻🍻👍

We stayed in the first week of January 2026. The location is up in the hill. About 10 minutes walk to the centre of town with shopping malls and many restaurants. The staff was friendly and nice. Cleaning was very good. We stayed in room 502 which is a 3 bedroom flat. A bit dated. The inner door handle fell off during our stay, but the janitor fixed this pretty quickly. One of the door to the bathroom had some old water damage (see image). Should have been replaced. The sofa was also very worn down in the middle. The beds was a bit on the hard side. Air conditioning could be better, but ok for us during this time of year. The pool was very nice. There is a supermarket very close to the pool together with a restaurant and drinks etc. can be purchased very close to the pool. Puerto Rico is a very nice place with lots to do and explore. I recommend Puerto De Mogan. We enjoyed our stay. There is an elevator in the hotel. 6th floor is the reception (ground level), pool is at floor 0. We stayed in the 5th floor. WiFi was a bit slow at times.

We were overall happy with our stay at Grupotel Revoli. The hotel has a great location, close to the beach and the town centre. The pool area was pleasant, and we spent most days at the beach, the pool was also a nice place to relax.
However, we were given a room on the ground floor with a view directly into a wall, with no sea view. We tried to request a room on a higher floor, but were told this was absolutely not possible.
The check-in experience was the only negative part of our stay. The receptionist we interacted with on the evening we left our previous accommodation because we couldnt stay there- the receptionist working this evening on Revoli was not friendly or welcoming. When we arrived, he appeared irritated that we had called beforehand and insisted he could not complete the check-in until the Booking.com confirmation came through. We booked and was left waiting a very long time even though we showed it to him. The process took a long time and felt unnecessarily difficult.
We also asked for duvets and instead received more of the same blankets which were already in the room. No information about the hotel or facilities was provided, and we had to figure everything out ourselves. We also went back to the receptionist and asked for a safe rental had to be paid in cash if we wanted the deposit returned, which was not explained in advance. The same receptionist rarely greeted guests and generally seemed unhappy.
On the positive side, the other reception staff were extremely helpful, friendly, and welcoming. They always greeted us, quickly arranged duvets and fresh towels, and also helped us with a later checkout without any issues.
Despite the check-in experience and the room location, we enjoyed our stay and were satisfied with the hotel overall. With more consistent service at reception, this would be an excellent place to stay.

Amazing hotel, amazing staff!! We have been coming for 18 years and every year is just as amazing!! We have visited 5 times this year and love it every time! Silviu on the bar is such a lovely person, he is such a character and it is so nice to see him every time and have a chat with him, he is credit to the hotel and makes our holiday very special! Aimed, Monica and Fran in the evenings are also amazing we can always have a laugh with them and feel so comfortable around all the staff!! We can’t wait to return next year as we have booked it already! The hotel is perfect
