Do not stay here. I was nearly assaulted by the front desk for trying to bring home a guest past 11:30pm. Nowhere was I told in writing or verbally that guests are not allowed past 11:30pm. Truly have never been so disgusted with a hotel in my life. Embarrassing my guest and myself. You deserve to be treated better than at sanom beach resort, so do yourself the favor and choose a different hotel for your stay in Maspalomas.

We had a great stay overall. The hotel is lovely, well-maintained, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The jacuzzi was a highlight—warm, relaxing, and a great way to unwind. The atmosphere was peaceful, with no children around, making it a quiet and restful experience.
However, there were a few downsides. The cleanliness of the room wasn’t up to standard—the floors didn’t seem to be mopped properly (if at all), and one day, our towels weren’t replaced. The biggest issue was the shower, which kept overflowing and flooding the bathroom. Another drawback was the lack of privacy due to the adjoining rooms. While this setup might be convenient for families, I could hear every movement from the neighbouring room, including footsteps and even bathroom use.
Overall, it’s a good hotel with some great features, but the lack of privacy and upkeep of the room let it down.

We were really delighted with our stay here. Pleasant staff at check in and we had an excellent room looking onto the pool area.
Very good cocktails, slightly more expensive than nearby bars but the quality was higher.
It’s a great base for exploring all the surrounding areas, but equally if you fancy a quiet pool day the pool and seating around the pool are excellent. No early morning sun-bed reserving which is a massive plus.
We really hope to return in the future and stay for longer, thank you for a lovely holiday!

We book this resort for our holiday. Because it looks good on booking.com When we checked in the room was dirty and not clean. We go to the reception and we say it. They show us another room it was also far from clean. We make them an offer to pay one night and leave the resort. The reception says we need to call the travel agency. And we ask for a conformation that we check out by email. We never receive the email. We go again to the resort and ask for the check out. The manager says you never check in! She lies when i never check how can i know the room is not clean? It is a scam and not a 4 star hotel!

The staff were all really friendly and helpful. The resort itself seems to be very new and clean. The rooms were spacious and the beds were really comfortable. The pool and hot tubs were amazing ! Thanks very much
