Great location between the old town and the strip. Very spacious rooms with a large balcony and a fantastic view. The property is immaculately kept and the staff extremely friendly and helpful. The pool area is great . I would have no hesitation recommending it and we will most certainly be back.

We booked a room we seen on the website, however when we arrived we got a completely different room. Very basic. The restaurant looked as if had been closed for sometime. The kids play area looked rather run down too.
On the positive it was very central, right next to the shopping centre.

Great location between the strip and the old town. On the outside it looks 4 star unfortunately the apartments are needing a lot of TLC and only about 2 star, but lovely big balconies and the apartments have all you need for self catering.

We stayed in this Hotel last Week and it was just awful. The flat was old and as dirty as we have ever experienced on holiday. From the floor to the doors, shower, bath... there was hair from other people everywhere. The shower was so disgusting that we only showered with slippers. The flat was cleaned every day but the dirt was just moved around. The terrace and furniture were full of sand from us but they were never cleaned. We also had nothing to clean it with, sponge, washing up liquid...
We were so disgusted and wanted to spend as little time as possible in the flat. It was the worst experience we have ever had. We paid way too much for what you offered us. Just awful!
We will never stay in one of your hotels again and will never recommend it to others.

The location and facilities are very good , however...
Customer service does not exist in Labranda or with the management company in charge.
I gave 2 months notice to change dates of my booking, contacting the property over and over again to receive confirmation of amendment which I never got.
They then proceeded to charge me for an apartment for 2 nights that I was not there. As my stay was for 7 nights total, my options were to pay for the extra 2 nights, or cancel the entire booking last minute and find somewhere else to stay at high rates.
This was blatant theft and against consume rights laws, but they held the gun to my head anyway.
To the owner reading this review; - your company owes me a refund for those 2 nights, Oct 16th and 17th 2023.
I will then gladly amend this review.
The people behind the reception desk are the least helpful staff I have ever encountered. Taking payment and handing over a key is the full extent of what they seem capable of doing, and even this requires a 10 minute phone call to the management company.
