From arrival to leaving, our experience was great. Staff, cleanliness, safety, pool, location, all suited us. Groundsmen were constantly tipping up paintwork and spraying plants. Clockwork every night, the pool area was power washed, and morning the pool cleaned. We will definitely be returning.

I was frightened to see our apartment at first due to the disappointing reviews but I was very happy with everything about this place and did not stumble across any issues. Customer service at the desk is decent but at the snack bar the women and man are extremely cheery and pleasant and not afraid to have a laugh with also great food at the snack bar with plenty of options to choose from. Great location great service I wouldn’t say the cleaning is great but it is decent enough to tolerate. I highly recommend

These apartments are the worst we have stayed in in Lanzarote. Cats everywhere, cat poo all over, cockroaches - buildings with water stains, footpaths that are generally dirty and in need of a deep clean. The hotel is immediate adjacent to the old town bars, so expect noise all night. The rooms on the west side of complex are surrounded by lots of bins, so the place stinks. The rooms are dated, dirty and in need of a full refurb. The biggest issue is the place is building on a hillside - ramps and steps everywhere, so it is unsuitable for wheelchairs or prams. It’s not a nice place - AVOID

This would be a four star as it’s a wonderful location near the old village and beside the biosphere shopping centre. Lots off shops coffee shops good restaurants beside location. Has two swimming pools and a snack bar both pools clean neat tidy and well maintained. Rooms were nice clean and tidy also. Maids in most days cleaning and changing towels. Staff all lovely. The one major and I feel it’s major which lets this place down is the AirCon. It’s advertised as air con and it’s there and it’s on working. But they have it turned down or off. Even at its lowest setting it was blowing out warm air. I said twice to reception but nothing happened so I asked other guests and they all said same thing. It’s not a cheap place and I paid for it because Off air con. Critical in the summer. The place was just to warm for two weeks in June. Tiring and just makes everyone in bad mood after a few days. I’d recommend this place for winter but if you don’t like heat in the apartment then I’d think on summer. But overall wonderful place

Just back from a week from these apartments. This is the second time we stayed and we were really enjoying our week until I realised on the last day a member of staff had stolen my son’s Nintendo switch. I had it hidden away with our passports so someone had to go looking for it. This was really disappointing as we really like these apartments, however we will never return. I did report it to staff but they don’t care.
