I was frightened to see our apartment at first due to the disappointing reviews but I was very happy with everything about this place and did not stumble across any issues. Customer service at the desk is decent but at the snack bar the women and man are extremely cheery and pleasant and not afraid to have a laugh with also great food at the snack bar with plenty of options to choose from. Great location great service I wouldn’t say the cleaning is great but it is decent enough to tolerate. I highly recommend

This would be a four star as it’s a wonderful location near the old village and beside the biosphere shopping centre. Lots off shops coffee shops good restaurants beside location. Has two swimming pools and a snack bar both pools clean neat tidy and well maintained. Rooms were nice clean and tidy also. Maids in most days cleaning and changing towels. Staff all lovely. The one major and I feel it’s major which lets this place down is the AirCon. It’s advertised as air con and it’s there and it’s on working. But they have it turned down or off. Even at its lowest setting it was blowing out warm air. I said twice to reception but nothing happened so I asked other guests and they all said same thing. It’s not a cheap place and I paid for it because Off air con. Critical in the summer. The place was just to warm for two weeks in June. Tiring and just makes everyone in bad mood after a few days. I’d recommend this place for winter but if you don’t like heat in the apartment then I’d think on summer. But overall wonderful place

Just back from a week from these apartments. This is the second time we stayed and we were really enjoying our week until I realised on the last day a member of staff had stolen my son’s Nintendo switch. I had it hidden away with our passports so someone had to go looking for it. This was really disappointing as we really like these apartments, however we will never return. I did report it to staff but they don’t care.

We stayed at this place from August 10th to 23rd. We had the worst vacation of our lives! If you want a vacation, don't come to this place!!!... Starting with the jet2holiday bus, they left us on the street instead of dropping us off in front of our place. With uphill and downhill roads and 6 suitcases!!! Without knowing where our residence was. With hellish heat and steep climbs, with the danger of the suitcases slipping out of our hands, rolling away! With cars passing... When we arrived at the residence, still no help. The apartment is located on slopes and stairs. No ramps to facilitate transport, 6 suitcases! A blond elderly lady (rude) welcomed us. She directed us to the apartment and washed her hands. Once we got there, we wanted to run away! Hot, the air conditioning didn't work. Dirty, old, broken furniture, dead bugs on the beds, water dripping, dirty, old, and malfunctioning refrigerator. A locked door inside the apartment separated the apartment next door. Damp walls, very dirty curtains and all the surfaces. Hard and uncomfortable beds. We went back to reception to complain, as we absolutely did not want to stay in an apartment like that, which wasn't even worth the money I paid for the booking. The (rude) lady, while I was telling her all the filth found in the apartment, was thinking about watching fireworks and didn't give me satisfaction!!! After begging her for another solution, she told us that she couldn't do anything, and that MAYBE they would find another solution the next day. She got nervous, turned her back on us and left, closing the door on us!!! (There are cameras). In short, the first night of our vacation we were sitting on chairs without sleeping! We called jet2holiday who answered after hours!!! We told them we wanted to go home, and they, with all the money we gave for the vacation, asked us for more money for plane tickets!!! This is not right or fair!!! The next morning, they found another solution. It didn't change our expectations. As soon as we got inside, a giant cockroach came out of the apartment! The front door was completely broken, especially the sides; it looked like it had been forced open, as if burglars had broken in. The same goes for old, broken furniture, few amenities, and mold on the walls. The air conditioning was very old and malfunctioning. We suffered from the heat inside and out. A foul sewer smell. The toilet flush was broken. Full of sewer bugs, dirt, and cockroaches. Especially on the terrace, which was accessible to the outside. The mattresses were hard and uncomfortable. The cleaning service was useless. The cleaning was superficial and poor!!! I had to buy cleaning supplies, detergents, sprays, and cockroach traps. To be able to live with dignity! An apartment should be equipped with certain things! Like other apartments I've stayed in. Annoying children on the upper floors who ran and jumped at all hours! Disrespectful. Place frequented by a certain type of people. (Rude) People who passed by would talk loudly, waking us up in the middle of the night. Very dirty pools. No rules. Nothing on the head (caps). No shower before entering (unused showers). The color of the pool edges and the water spoke volumes. Really disgusting! I immediately ran away from the place as it was full of giant flying cockroaches. I couldn't even go for a walk, you could find them all over you! Strangely enough, it was rare to find them outside. They could at least do a disinfestation! Neglected and quite expensive place. Not worth your money. On the last day, they didn't even let us stay 4 more hours in the apartment, obviously at a cost. I would have paid 80 euros for this. As the flight was at 9:00 pm. Instead, they made us leave the apartment at 12:00 pm. Making us believe that it was occupied immediately after. But no. Apartment 109 was still vacant at 6 PM, when we took a taxi to the airport. They left us at 12 PM, in the middle of the street. In scorching heat. With my health problems, which were quite serious.

Large complex but very quiet.
Gardens well maintained with beautiful plants and flowers. 2 pools and a toddler pool with supervision.
There are plenty of sunbeds around the pool, but we are beach people.
Apartment part modern, part dated.
Reception ladies and caretaking staff are very friendly.
The location is excellent for the town and beach.
