Very nice hotel, beautifully cultivated gardens, in the morning we fed parrots by hand on the terrace of the apartment. Rooms are cozy, high quality cleaning every day. Breakfast and dinner with a great selection of dishes, every day a different world cuisine. All staff very nice and helpful. Finally I want to pick up the location of the hotel close to the beach, pedestrian zone with shops and restaurants, supermarket right next to the hotel. The hotel is definitely worth a visit even for a longer stay.

We stayed here all inclusive in the school holidays.
The hotel is very well situated in the quieter area of Los Pocillos which is lovely but it is only a 5 minute taxi to the livelier Puerto Del Carmen (which can also be walked to in around 20 minutes.)
We really enjoyed our stay here, the room was sufficient for our family of four, quite large with good air con.
The food was of a good standard and the restaurant wasn’t completely overcrowded which was a plus.
The reception staff were friendly and helpful and we felt very welcome.
The only downside we felt with staff was that sometimes there didn’t seem to be enough manning the pool bar and the evening entertainment bar, however that is no way a reflection on the positive attitude of the ones who were there.
The pools are large and very refreshing on a hot day and we never had any problems acquiring sun beds if that’s something that concerns you.
There are two main areas that I feel could be improved to enhance the guest experience.
I think that the hotel could benefit from a ‘games room’ mainly for the teenagers/kids of which being a family hotel there are a lot of!
The other concern was the kids club….
There seemed to be a lack of adequate supervision, our 4 year old daughter was able to leave of her own volition on a few occasions but luckily our room overlooked the club area so we saw her do so, I would be concerned about other children being able to leave with a pool not too far away (albeit the smaller pool, but still a risk).
Overall though the hotel provided a nice holiday, good value and an excellent location.
We would return to this resort for a repeat vacation.

The Floresta Hotel exceeded all our expectations. The staff were incredibly helpful during our stay.
The one-bedroom apartment in the ground floor "C" building was immaculate, beautifully furnished, and offered a breathtaking garden view. It was very clean.
We spent countless hours unwinding by the pool, which was definitely a highlight of our visit. All four pools were well-kept, and the water was crystal clear.
The selection and quality of the food available with the all-inclusive package were exceptional. Every meal was a pleasure, with options to satisfy every craving, from fresh meats to delectable desserts.
Being just a short walk or a quick taxi/bus ride away from popular attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas adds tremendous value. There’s a peaceful, long beach just around the corner 🌊.
I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel ❤️.

So very impressed with this hotel. Everything you could wish for on your doorstep. My girlfriend and I had a great time. The breakfast selection is sensational, there is a spar shop across the road and 2 mins from the beach. Plenty of great restaurants walking distance. Highly recommend. Super friendly staff!

We just returned from a 10 day holiday here. We chose half board, as we didn't feel we'd get the value of all inclusive. This was a good choice, as the food was not great. As a vegetarian, the options were poor, with at best two hot 'main course' options, but often nothing but vegetables. Even the 4 salads, which is usually my staple in such buffets, we're disappointing, with many of them containing meat. Labelling was poor, with 'lettuce salad' containing chicken and 'zucchini' seeming to contain ham. The chicken nuggets were often cold, but our niece loved them when they were hot. The breakfasts served me well, with pancakes and a good range of fruit. One of our party was coeliac, and was brought a plate of bread, biscuits and a muffin each morning, with the offer of cereal. For evening meal she could choose one of 3 basic options each evening, but the pasta sauce was like tomato soup and the chicken was pretty tasteless. The service in the dining hall was slow, and the drinks were expensive.
The apartments were good, with lots of space, comfortable sofas and beds (although the pillows were hard) and a quiet patio with sun loungers. Our block was over reception, so it could be quite noisy at night and we couldn't open our bedroom curtains unless we wanted everyone to see in. We emailed in advance to ask for a separate shower for one of our party, as she had mobility issues. The initial response was very formulaic, but on making clear we weren't stating a preference we got a human response. However, on arrival that guest had been allocated a shower over bath, and we only realised the shower apartment had been allocated to a different member of our party when that room was finally ready, 45 minutes after we had been given the key.
The entertainment is geared to the younger guests it seems, and rather short, so we didn't go most nights.
The staff are a mixed bag - sometimes very friendly, sometimes gruff. I get the impression it's not a great place to work, it doesn't seem to be well-organised. On one occasion a bed needed changing, but it was just made up. On visiting reception to ask for it to be changed, it took an effort to get a spare sheet, and an insistence that it would be changed - it wasn't.
The WiFi was slow, kept dropping out and didn't work at all for the Sunday. The WiFi security is weak.
On balance we enjoyed our time, but in spite of the hotel. We won't be returning.
