Stayed at Hotel Floresta for a week in April all inclusive. Overall a very good hotel with a couple of niggles. Reception: Couldn’t do enough for you, they were always so friendly and helpful. Explained everything you needed to know about the place, recommended days out, places to see round the area. Rooms: Were immaculate and cleaned on a daily basis to a very high standard. Beds were comfy and the room had a very powerful shower. Having a separate living space/kitchen as well as a balcony with sun-loungers was nice as well. Pool: Was very big and there was plenty of sun loungers round about. Plenty room in the pool to swim or just relax in the sun. They also did a few games in the pool during the day which was fun. Restaurant: The food overall was well cooked and tasted nice. Breakfast was quite repetitive but lunch and dinner was quite varied and they had theme nights on a couple of nights. The Chinese one was absolutely brilliant. Service: All the reception, entertainment, house keeping and most of the bar/restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful, however a few bar/restaurant staff were rather abrupt and one in particular was really rude and acted like they didn’t want to be there at all. Location: Only a 10 minute drive from the airport and there is a spar shop right across the road. There is an absolutely excellent bar called Marcos across the street as well. About a 10/15 min walk into Los Pocillos. It is a little bit outside the main strip of Puerto Del Carmen. Would take an hour to walk but you can get a bus or taxi from outside the hotel as well. A taxi into Puerto Del Carmen was only €5. In a very good location but a little bit further out than you make thing but it is so easy to get to the airport. Overall a really good hotel for a break and I will happily stay again.

Tara Washington

This was our first holiday away with our son with additional needs, and we all had an amazing time. The rooms were immaculate and cleaned daily, and the bonus was our wonderful view of the mountains. The food was better than expected. Breakfast was the same every morning but had loads of options to change between. Lunch and dinner always had options for our picky eater. The entertainment during the day was good, and the night was brilliant with a mini disco for the kids. The entertainment staff were also brilliant. Location is great with a mini market outside to grab essentials and bus stops/ taxi ranks also outside to explore the rest of the island. Overall, it was a really great holiday and we will be coming back.

Room spotless, grounds immaculate, staff brilliant and food decent for all inclusive. Great range of inclusive drinks as well. Fantastic location, 3 min walk to the beach, bus stops outside, shops, bars, restaurants all a few min walk away and only 10 min from the airport. Highly recommend!!

Just returned from this lovely Hotel,the rooms are big with a bedroom living room and kitchen .We were all inclusive the food was fine plenty to choose from however we did dip in and out as there are some nice restaurants with some fab sunsets. The hotel was spotless the pool was big with plenty of bed and it didn't matter what time if day you could get one. Staff all friendly, Adult animation guy so nice and ran some great activities . We have stayed in the sentido and la Geria over the last 12 month and have loved them all but the floresta rooms are great and the pool is huge . We plan to be back at Christmas.😁

Pros: - Lovely clean & spacious apartment - Perfect location - Nice friendly reception & cleaning staff Cons: - Awful food. We ate one breakfast & one dinner and never again. The food is only for Germans. Mini frankfurters for breakfast etc. The food is not prepared on site, it is simply re-heating. Very poor quality and very poor selection. - Staff in bar and restaurant were rude, very slow and incompetent. I understand they have to deal with rude British tourists and have bad days but we are not British and we were always friendly, but the staff still did not treat us well in bar & restaurant.
