Had a wonderful stay here at the end of February for a week staying in a 2 bed premium apartments in the Serenity Area.
It's a short walk from restaurants and bars in Costa Teguise so no problem going out for dinner or drinks.
The beds were comfortable and nice sized apartments with everything you need in the kitchen. We were on the upper floor and found the balcony a little small for 3 of us, I'd recommend the lower floors if you can as these had loungers too!
Serenity Pool was lovely! Great temperature and so beautiful and lovely to swim in and sunbathe next to.
Breakfast was plenty good enough, lots of choice.

Friendly reception staff and good instructions to room. Hotel near the end of the resort so quite a long walk to the main restaurants and shops.
The apartment needs an update but kept clean every two days. Bedroom quite small and not much room around the double bed. The sofa bed in lounge not that comfortable for long when watching the TV. There were sun beds on the ground floor apartments but as we were on the second floor we only had chairs. Adequate kitchen area and facilities that we didn't use much.
We were B and B and the breakfast was good with a hot breakfast buffet with really thick British style bacon.
The reviews for the evening meal, cost 18 euro each, were hit and miss but we ate there twice in a week and found the food good. It was buffet style so no freshly prepared food cooked for you by a chef as in some hotels.
There wasn't much on site entertainment except for a Tuesday night at 9.30 pm which was a bit late I thought. There was nothing on the weekend we were there in early March 2024. The pool was cleaned each morning and the grounds once a week so the facilities were very clean.

Hotel was quiet and comfortable, spotlessly clean and nicely situated for walking in to Costa Teguise centre - about 15 minutes via a beachfront promenade lined with bars and restaurants.
Rooms were comfortable and well appointed.
Split into 2 areas we stayed in the slightly more exclusive Tranquility area, where accommodation ringed a central pool and was limited to 2 stories.

Our room was very spacious, but in need of a make over especially the bathroom, shower very dated. Everything you need for self catering is supplied. Serenity area very nice, pool area very clean and never a shortage of sun beds. 15 minutes walk to main square by road or along the beach. Breakfast was really good, loads of choice.

Part of a short vacation, overall experience good👍🏻 Staying in Serenity part, its nice and quiet. The food is great, a lot of options. Booked b&b but upgraded to hb.
The staff members at the front desk are very nice and helpful, unfortunately the staff in the restaurant not well trained, I thought its some local culture and temperament but noticed when the manager is there they are acting different (in a nice way). Maybe he should stay more often (🙈), otherwise they shout all the time, some swear (don't forget that some people understand the language).
