Just stayed for the first time and allocated a room on the ground floor/ serenity side. The room was well equipped, clean and spacious. It had a small kitchen, tv and plenty of room to spread out. Food was excellent and as we had booked half board, included a well cooked breakfast with every option we could wish for, including churos with hot chocolate. ( My personal fave )
We also enjoyed a wonderful buffet evening meal, which included many options which changed every night. One night they served steak, (amongst many other options) which was very tasty 😋. We enjoyed our stay so much, that we booked a longer stay at the hotel for next year.

Do not accept room 1129 . Next to a power supply room that you wont hear during day sitting outside but at night a constant buzzing from it you wont sleep . Its not fitting to be part of serenity area that you pay extra for quiet . In general a nice quiet place but room has to go . We moved room 10.30 at night and no one helped with even directions to new room . Also tried to charge for moving and I admit I slightly raised my voice when refusing . Persons reaction on reception was to say he's not my ***** in a very very aggressive tone . Food was plentiful for breakfast but cold and slimy most of it. Dont recommend at all . Also a leather jacket left during room move completely disappeared 🤷♂️cleaner told us that room always has issues so honestly do not accept it if given.

I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude for the exceptional stay we enjoyed at your hotel (five-nights).
I had previously requested the same room we had on our previous stays, and I was delighted to find that our request had been accommodated, with room 1119 allocated to us upon arrival. This was our eighth stay at your wonderful establishment, and I must say, it continues to exceed our expectations.
I was particularly impressed by the meticulous attention to detail in maintaining the hotel's cleanliness and upkeep. The gardens, in particular, were looking stunning, and I appreciate the effort that goes into keeping them so well-manicured.
The staff were friendly, courteous, and consistently polite, making our stay even more enjoyable. We opted for bed and breakfast, allowing us to explore the local area and enjoy dinner at leisure, with the occasional happy hour indulgence.
I must commend you on the exceptional service and amenities provided, which far exceed what one would expect from a 3-star hotel. Your establishment is truly deserving of a higher rating, and I would not hesitate to recommend it to others.
We look forward to returning next December and experiencing the warm hospitality once again.
Wishing you and your team a joyous Christmas and a happy New Year.

We had room 101 which was a 2 bed room apartment as we were celebrating my sons 21st birthday and my 50th. Had a great time. Rooms cleaned every other day. Beds were exceptionally hard and agrivated my sciatica. Room 101 is on the ground floor next to the access for house keeping and services, from about 7am you can hear the door and trolleys beign mived out and the door banging so you dont need an alarm. The Hotel was very clean and tidy. Didn't access the Sicroco premium area as €20 is a bit of a joke really. I would consider using this hotel again but I think I would ask for a mattress topper. Other may find the beds perfectly fine. My other half and my son said theirs were fine.

Me and my partner have just came home after a weeks stay at Club Sirocco. From the minute we arrived to leaving, we had an amazing experience. The staff were helpful and very polite. The room was descent and clean. The pools were perfect. There was a variety of food to choose from and was delicious. From the hotel to the shops and beach is around a 5 min walk which was great. Would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to get away
