I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude for the exceptional stay we enjoyed at your hotel (five-nights). I had previously requested the same room we had on our previous stays, and I was delighted to find that our request had been accommodated, with room 1119 allocated to us upon arrival. This was our eighth stay at your wonderful establishment, and I must say, it continues to exceed our expectations. I was particularly impressed by the meticulous attention to detail in maintaining the hotel's cleanliness and upkeep. The gardens, in particular, were looking stunning, and I appreciate the effort that goes into keeping them so well-manicured. The staff were friendly, courteous, and consistently polite, making our stay even more enjoyable. We opted for bed and breakfast, allowing us to explore the local area and enjoy dinner at leisure, with the occasional happy hour indulgence. I must commend you on the exceptional service and amenities provided, which far exceed what one would expect from a 3-star hotel. Your establishment is truly deserving of a higher rating, and I would not hesitate to recommend it to others. Me and my partner have just came home after a weeks stay at Club Sirocco. From the minute we arrived to leaving, we had an amazing experience. The staff were helpful and very polite. The room was descent and clean. The pools were perfect. There was a variety of food to choose from and was delicious. From the hotel to the shops and beach is around a 5 min walk which was great. Would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to get away

We stayed here for the first time and absolutely loved it! The hotel staff were helpful, friendly and super accommodating! The room itself was lovely and had all the facilities needed for self-catering, which was ideal! We did however have breakfast at the hotel on our last day and thoroughly enjoyed it. There was a good variety of options for both food / drink and everything was cooked fresh. The entertainment was equally great, especially the games in the pool area during the day. The location was perfect with everything within walking distance but being slightly on the outskirts meant it was super peaceful / quiet which is exactly what you want on a relaxing holiday. Couldn’t recommend enough! Thank you for a lovely first visit to Costa Teguise ❤️

Small family holiday - first time in this hotel and this area of Lanzarote. Breakfast included - excellent a very large choose of foods from hot cooked fresh food, continental, pastries and fresh coffee/fruit. Rooms clean and very close to amenities. Staff really friendly. Pool area lovely - it states it's heated but it's not - it's freezing in oct/nov. Such a shame as if warmer it would be more used.

We've just come back from a 4 night holiday where we stayed half-board in the Serenity block, room 1234. The bedrooms and lounge/kitchen were decent sizes, we had a pool view, slight sea and could see the mountains. Sunbeds were available during our stay. A special mention to the waiter Miguel, he took time out of his day to talk to us, even when we bumped into him outside the hotel and always had a smile on his face. There was use of a shower once we'd checked out and somewhere to keep our luggage. The walk down to the beach and bars was around 10-20 minutes depending on walking speed.
